Duska was extremely friendly and made check in very simple. The apartment feels even nicer than the photos show it as. 100% would stay here again.

Clean and beautiful apartment, 10 minute walk to old town. Loved it! Would stay again! We accidentally took the house key with us and he was so kind about it and let us mail it back. 10/10!!

부모님 모시고 다녀왔습니다. 따뜻하고 친절하게 맞이해주셔서 감사합니다. 훌륭한 집 인테리어와 필요한 물품 모든게 갖춰져 있었고 각 방마다 있는 에어컨도 좋았습니다. 내 집 처럼 편안하게 사용 가능한 용품들도 다 비치되어 있으며, 침구가 깨끗하고 푹신하며 좋았습니다! 부모님이 여행 중 가장 좋았던 숙소라고 극찬을 하셨습니다. 횡단보도 하나만 건너면 큰 슈퍼마켓도 있어서 쉽게 필요한 식자재도 구매 가능합니다. 너무나 완벽한 집이였고 좋은 경험했습니다 감사합니다! 10/10 !!!!

This is a very beautiful apartment. Very spacious with lovely beds and two excellent bathrooms. The sauna and hot tub were a great extra. The apartment was just a short walk from the beautiful harbour and the lovely alleyways and restaurants of the old town. Sensational location for a long weekend break

Beautiful home tucked away in city center... Be close to everything without hearing it all once inside the home. Walkable to restaurants, waterfront, and so much more. Great host, very responsive. Great air conditioning in home. Would return.

What a lovely studio apartment. The location is great close enough to walk to the Old Town in about 5 minutes, and far enough away to feel peaceful. Also very close to a sand beach. The apartment is small, but as a solo traveller it was perfect for me. Small kitchen with a fridge, hob, microwave and all the utensils you could need. Comfortable double bed. And a glorious balcony with a table and chairs to sit and relax. Nikolina was a very attentive host, met me at the property and had left me some water, juice and a lovely bottle of Croatian white wine. If I ever return to Split, I would absolutely stay at this apartment again! Thanks Nikolina!

Lovely apartment in a great location, close to beaches and walkable to the centre of Split. Very clean and comfortable, with well equipped kitchen. Really attentive host who looked after us very well, was flexible and gave us great recommendations.

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Anamarija avec nos deux filles de 12 ans et 16 ans. Cette location vous laissera de bons souvenirs de votre séjour . La vue extérieure sur la mer est exceptionnelle. La piscine est située face à la mer. Des draps de bain étaient installés sur chaque transat à notre arrivée. L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée de maison. Les hôtes habitent à l'étage de la maison mais Anamarija et sa famille sont très discrets. L'endroit est très calme. Les literies sont de bonne qualité. Pour les enfants il y a des jeux extérieurs mis à disposition. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais vous profiterez surtout du cadre extérieur. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande cet endroit.Sandrine

Das absolute Highlight ist der Meerblick auf dem Balkon. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten mit Uber und einem Mietauto die Stadt in 10 min erreichen. Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Der Fußläufige Strand ist aufgrund einer Baustelle gesperrt, müsste aber bald wieder öffnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

The apartment was exactly as described, with a beautiful view. There’s no need for a car since the bus stops are conveniently close. There are no cons to mention – the apartment is priced as it should be. The small selection of books provided was surprisingly interesting.

An awesome villa - great size, spacious living areas, a gym and games room downstairs and a large pool. We loved it. Although it’s a fair distance away from the centre of Split getting an Uber was very easy and cost about €26. Darko was brilliant, very attentive and brought round food which was incredibly generous and exceptionally well made. We loved our time there

petite maison sympathique et la piscine très bien. Tous le nécessaire de toilettes, cuisine et linge de maison été inclut. Kristian le fils est très réactif et très aimable. La maison se situe à côté d'une rivière. Commerce a proximité.

Our stay at Sara’s villa was just lovely. Such a peaceful location with tremendous views over the mountains. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need and thoughtfully put together. We just loved the pool house with billiard table and sauna. The outdoor kitchen and bbq was another favourite. Sara and Katja were so lovely and welcoming and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their villa to anyone looking for a fabulous, peaceful place to stay. We have been to many villas over the years and this was definitely one of our favourites. Thank you once again.

We shared this space with 2 families (9 people in total). We were in town for a wedding. The space was great, big enough for everyone, and also we used it to dress and do hair and makeup for the wedding party. Antonia was very accessible and easy to work with, and accomodating.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Gastgeber empfangen und haben eine kleine Führung für das ganze Haus mit allen nötigen Informationen, bekommen. Die Villa befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage etwa 10 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und man hat von dort aus einen schönen Blick direkt aufs Meer. Wir waren begeistert und würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen... Wenn auch das nächste mal im Sommer ! :)

It was a lovely place to stay with 2 families. Maja was very helpful with instructions and super responsive. There was quite a bit of smell coming from the restaurant downstairs but as we didn’t stay much at home it was ok.

Villa magic view was amazing and beyond expectations. Everything was immaculately clean and the facilities of a pool, hot tub, bbq, sauna and games room were great. The villa had everything you needed and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of towels left for the pool and bathroom. The hosts were also amazing, flexible to our needs, gave great information and arranged airport transfers. The villa is up a very steep hill but you wouldn’t get the special views in any other position. The walk down was about ten minutes and we used taxis to get back up. Ubers are available at a reasonable rate. Supermarkets and beach at the bottom of the hill. A great week and highly recommend.

Alles in allem Beschrieben war die Unterkunft in allen Punkten absolut perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Branka war schnell und Hilfsbereit. Die Einweisung war entsprechend der Villa gerechtfertigt und super Hilfreich. Ich kann nur jeden einzelnen diese Unterkunft empfehlen, den man hat hier wirklich alles was man brauch und alles ist funktionstüchtig. Der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt wenn man andere Unterkünfte vergleicht was man hier geboten bekommt. Absolute 10/10 ⭐️ Ps: die Villa ist nicht so einfach zu finden, aber das ist kein Grund nervös zu werden. Schaut das ihr mit Google Maps arbeitet. Branka wird euch unterstützen und alle Informationen geben. Wir werden wieder kommen. 💪🏻🙏🏻
