Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Prapatnice. L’endroit est isolé et très paisible avec une vue magnifique et surplombante sur les montagnes. Un calme absolu. La maison de construction traditionnelle dalmate est rénovée avec goût et modernité et présente tous les équipements décrits. Elle a beaucoup de charme. Le four traditionnel dalmate qui fait office de barbecue est très chaleureux, installé au milieu d’une cuisine d’extérieur avec vue sur les montagnes. Possibilité de manger les légumes du potager. Mention spéciale à la piscine qui est grande avec des enceintes permettant de se baigner en musique. L’autoroute proche permet de rejoindre facilement Split, Makarska ou Dubrovnik. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, disponibles et chaleureux. Le dépaysement est absolu et la quiétude est maximale, loin des foules touristiques. Encore merci Helena pour votre accueil très sympathique. Nous recommandons votre maison les yeux fermés et en garderons un excellent souvenir.

Wir haben im September für 6 Tage im wunderschönen Steinhaus übernachtet und es war einfach traumhaft! Das kleine Haus hat uns mit seinem authentischen Charme begeistert, und der Ausblick aufs Meer war einfach atemberaubend – jeden Morgen aufzuwachen und direkt auf das glitzernde Wasser zu blicken, war ein Highlight. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Roman und Eva waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe und Erholung in einer idyllischen Umgebung sucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein absoluter Traum! Die Unterkunft bietet zahlreiche wunderschöne Möglichkeiten, um im Außenbereich zu entspannen. Die Lage direkt am kleinen Strand ist ideal und rundet das gesamte Erlebnis ab. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, was eine besonders gemütliche Atmosphäre schafft. Ein großes Lob auch an Marija, die Betreuung war fantastisch! Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir würden definitiv gerne wiederkommen – sie hat dort etwas ganz Besonderes erschaffen!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The place was incredibly beautiful, equipped with top-notch amenities, and everything worked perfectly. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Me and my friend group stayed at Teo's and it was better than what we could have hoped for. The location is a perfect amount of socialization and peaceful nothingness. The house is very big and well kept, big rooms and cozy places to chill. But the prettiest part is the private beach that comes with the house. All in all we had an amazing time and highly recommend this house for your next vacation. Since we are young people and quite loud, we could be as loud as possible since the first Neighbours were 500m away. Teo is a great host, but he wasnt there at the time so his mother kindly welcomed us as well. Really wanted to make everything possible for us, what ever we needed, even offered tht she drives our trash to the bin. So we were all very pleased with the hosts mother and the place and would definitely return.

Davor und seine Familie waren sehr herzlich zu uns. Wir kamen spät in der Nacht an und wurden trotz der Uhrzeit liebevoll empfangen und in die Mühle begleitet. Die Restaurants hatten bereits geschlossen, woraufhin Andrea, die Tochter, uns mit hausgemachten Essen versorgte. Neben dieser Aufmerksamkeit bekamen wir über die Tage hinweg auch hausgemachtes Brot und Eis. Vielen Dank! Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall etwas ganz besonderes und zudem auch sehr sauber! Große Menschen sollten sich im Badezimmer bücken, da die Wendeltreppe darüber verläuft aber das gibt der Unterkunft einen einzigartigen Charme. Die Familie lebt in den Sommermonaten ebenfalls auf dem Gelände, was die Kommunikation für uns erleichterte. Aber auch digital lief die Kommunikation wunderbar ab. Wir bekamen viele hilfreiche Infos rund um unseren Aufenthalt. Wir bedanken uns bei Euch für die witzigen Gespräche, das sehr gute Eis und für Eure Gastfreundschaft.

We have had the most amazing holiday, in a beautiful location with the most lovely hosts. Our stay was beyond expectations. The airbnb was stunning and crafted with love. The location was utterly stunning, within 5 minutes walk to two beautiful beaches with bars and restaurants perfect for watching the sun set. Having private use of the pool was wonderful and our hosts made us feel right at home. The accommodation itself is really special and much bigger than what I had imagined it to be. We can not recommend this airbnb enough! We didn’t want to come home! Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay x

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE - top Airbnb in Hvar (or possibly the whole world) Best view on the entire island. Absolutely amazing hosts and amazing accommodations, super clean and quaint place. renting scooters to get around was a game changer, bring snacks for the kitties :) taxi recommendation from host was easy to call up to get for nights out. you’re the only residents on the hill so enjoyed the privacy yet easily accessibility to Hvar and Milna via 5-10min scooter ride. Literally cannot say more about how awesome this place / experience was!!!! Wish we could include pictures of the view from the living room because it was breathe-taking. Would ONLY stay here when we return :) a few steps to climb and probably not recommended for older folks who can’t haul luggage up but totally worth it for the view, the house, and the amazing hosts if you’re able. We’ll be back next time!

Davor and Christine are wonderful hosts. They made us feel at home, like family friends. Davor has a profound knowledge of the island, its history, the most pleasant places and provided us with many useful tips, he also lent me a book so I could get better information. He is also an excellent chef and the cuisine is truly exquisite. Simple, healthy and zero km ingredients! Christine bakes delicious bread herself and cooks delicious cakes. A particular commendation to Bičevo, a small island but truly full of wonderful ravines. And also Salbunara, a small paradise nestled among the rocks. A bay with crystal clear water and myriads of fish. The cottages are all well placed in the middle of nature, with attention to every detail and equipped with everything you need. The right place to stay connected, in the presence and savor what nature offers us and which we too often forget about. Highly recommended!
