It is a beautiful house with lots of details that amazes me. Clean and comfortable beds that help to have a nice rest when it is needed, a complete, clean, and modern kitchen helps save some money because it invites you to stay and cook your food there. Jake is a great host, he replied fast and very professionally when I told him I wouldn't be able to get trash can out. He fixed that for me. He also asked if we need anything to let him know, for him to help us. Overall, I will stay again in this beautiful and cozy place. Thanks Jake, Sincerely Macedonia

Overall the AirBnB was exactly as described, it was super nice and private. The room itself was awesome, the TVs had free Netflix, as soon as we came in there were some snacks set up for us. Plus the pool table was basically always open, we spent a lot of time playing pool. I would recommend the place if you don’t mind being in downtown

Jake's apartment was perfect for my week stay. The place matched the photos and description perfectly. Jake was very helpful and responsive and even brought over extra items for me. The apartment was very clean and a perfect location downtown. I didn't have a car, but was able to walk all around downtown very easily to restaurants and coffee shops. The kitchen was clean and had all utensils, the bed was comfortable, and the washer and dryer was great for a week stay. It was a very quiet location and will definitely recommend this location when friends and family come into town! Jake was very responsive and helpful and even allowed me to store my luggage for an extra few hours!

Everything was as described on the listing. The space was very comfortable. The only downside was there is quit a bit of homeless in the area so we parked in the parking garage and overall to park for 2 days was around $60 dollars.

What a cute, cozy experience! My pup and I loved getting to experience this little community. It was very quiet and peaceful, and in a great location. We walked to the nearby park, around the beautiful neighborhoods, and checked out a nearby coffee shop as well. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a great stay at Blockhouse. It was private, quiet, convenient, and just the space we needed. The neighboring restaurants have great menus, but without a reservation on a Friday evening, we were unable to get a table. We weren't coming for the dining though, so not a problem. Instructions were so clear that we didn't need to contact our host. We will definitely stay here again and recommend without reservation.

Felt like home, loved the hot tub amenities. Jerry was very kind and quick responses. Will rent from them again!!

Beautiful home in the ponderosa neighborhood. It had a hot tub. Outside patio furniture. House looked like pictures online. Great space for my family. Host was very responsive and gave simple instructions for check in and check out. We enjoyed our time very much

Second time staying in one of their locations, friendly, respectful, quick response. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean. No more than 20 minutes from grocery stores,restaurants, and activities.
