Second time staying in one of their locations, friendly, respectful, quick response. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean. No more than 20 minutes from grocery stores,restaurants, and activities.

This place was amazing! It’s brand new, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was incredibly spacious and cozy, and the bed was unbelievably soft and comfortable—one of the best we’ve ever slept in! Highly recommend staying here. We’d definitely come back!

Overall the AirBnB was exactly as described, it was super nice and private. The room itself was awesome, the TVs had free Netflix, as soon as we came in there were some snacks set up for us. Plus the pool table was basically always open, we spent a lot of time playing pool. I would recommend the place if you don’t mind being in downtown

This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Jake’s properties and it did not disappoint. He always provides a clean place and peaceful atmosphere!

The apartment was terrific--a little hard to find, but understandable in a downtown area. Jake's instructions were impeccable. The location was terrific. The apartment was quiet and felt safe with wonderful big windows. Outside didn't feel as safe, but that is to be expected in most downtown areas these days.

I have to say Jake's place exceeded my expectations. It was much larger than I expected. The location is key - we came for a show at the First Intestate Center. Short of the Davenport Grand I don't think we could have found a place that was closer. It was very comfortable and clean. There was a bit of street noise and the garbage truck in the morning, but that would be expected for the location. All said, it was a good stay in a great location and a very fair price. Would stay there again.

Really close to convention center and anywhere from 5-15 min walk to a bunch of other great shops and eateries downtown. Street noise can be heard pretty clearly late at night and early morning from inside so if something like that would bother you, bring a noise machine. Beds were very comfortable.
