Mariko is a kind host and always responsive. Apartment has lots of kitchen supplies for cooking and home is spacious. Plenty of parking and felt safe. Thank you for the stay.

Loved the Space! Clean, updated, and un-cluttered which is greatly appreciated. After traveling as a nurse for over 4 years, l appreciate a space that is not over-done with personal items or over cluttered. Less is always more! The neighborhood is nice with a river walk out front. The only “negative” I found was the lack of neighborhood dog owner responsibility concerning dog poop not being picked up. This of course is not the apartment owners fault. The city of Spokane should enforce this. Best features: great parking in the back and in the front, nice light and windows which gives the apartment an open feel, and the washer and dryer are new and in great shape. Thank you so much for a great stay in Spokane. I hope to stay again in the future.

We had a great experience at Jason’s place and in our interactions with him. He was super responsive to any inquiries. The place was well stocked and comfortable, and it was so great to be up on the mountain and not have to drive at all the whole time we were there.

Wonderful visit, accommodations comfortable

Chelsea's place was centrally located and easily walkable to the city center of Coeur d'Alene. The unit was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. The permanent neighbors were friendly, and Stay CDA was accommodating and very reasonable when there was an issue with our original booking. Communication was clear, with frequent check-ins to ensure we didn't have any issues.

very clean. all amenties present. bed comfortable. Good location in terms of distance to downtown, freeway, arterials to other areas of town. having a brewery there made for some noise issues in early evening, either from the above apt or the outside seating of the brewery, I couldn't be sure which (or if both). Neither party was being obnoxiously loud for their setting, but I think the walls are pretty thin. Even so, the noise ended by 9 PM so it wasn't a big deal, just merits mentioning in case you need a quieter place. Hosts communicated well, all info needed was provided via email and posted in the room. Can recommend.

Perfect spot for couple or single travelers. Great walkable neighborhood near Manito Park. Had everything we needed for our stay. Super quiet and comfortable place. Easy to catch a Lyft right outside the property to take us to the Spokane Arena for the March Madness Women’s Basketball Tournament. Kitchenette has everything you need to make easy breakfast and mini fridge to keep snacks and take out leftovers. Would recommend this spot for anyone traveling to Spokane.

Molly’s place was such a treat to stay at! Molly and her family have truly thought of everything and it was a delightfully cozy stay! The space is well styled (like it shows in the pictures) and very comfortable. All of the rooms are well stocked with supplies - the bathroom’s soaps and bath supplies all smelled so nice. The welcome binder has a lot of wonderful recommendations - I wish I had more days to explore the downtown area. I highly recommend Molly’s place for any Sandpoint visit!

A great, affordable stay in Spokane. Anything downtown is a 15-20 minute walk away, but the apartment is nestled in a quiet neighborhood up the hill from the highway. Nearby an organic food market and a few food options, too! Will definitely be back in future Spokane visits!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything felt new, clean and the place is well designed/functional. Sandpoint is such a cute town with lots of good restaurants. Its an easy drive to the mountain for skiing.

This was a great location. All the rooms were spotless and the place was well stocked to meet every need a guest might have. The location is far enough away from the downtown area to avoid excessive noise, but still close enough that it's just a short drive to visit the shops. Anna and VeeAnn were also very communicative and friendly. I'd easily stay here again.

What an amazing find. If I could have given 10 stars I would! It was just perfect and reasonably priced. Super clean, peaceful, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and the great care for the space is evident from the moment you step in. You will not regret staying here!

Beautiful condo with all of the amenities! The mountain and lake view was stunning. Spacious accommodations for 8. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. It is close to the train tracks and trains are frequent, but not disturbing. Quiet, peaceful surroundings - hot tub and pool were excellent!

The condo was great for our family- three adults and two kids. Plenty of beds and space, and two very large bathrooms. We had a minor issue shortly after check in and the host was very quick to reply and help us resolve. It was a super short walk to the mountain for skiing. The kitchen was well stocked, there were lots of warm blankets and the bathrooms had tons of towels for showers and the hot tub/sauna/steam room. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

It only took a few steps inside to realize this stay would be something special. This space is not only beautiful but thoughtfully designed with a true sense of hygge—warm, welcoming, and effortlessly calming. As an aspiring chef who’s particular about the kitchen, I was especially impressed this kitchen. I’d seen previous reviews mentioning missing items, but I found the opposite to be true. Everything I needed was at my fingertips, from quality pans to sharp knives—clearly curated for guests who actually enjoy cooking. Mariela even checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. That level of care and communication made the entire experience seamless. The bed was incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud—and I woke up every morning to jaw-dropping views that felt like something out of a dream. It was the perfect place to reset, refocus, and feel inspired. Truly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had.

James place was a little gem. It’s laid out so well. Decorated adorably and perfectly for the area. The seating area in the window was so cute and my granddaughter loved sleeping in it. The place has so many great activities you can stay as busy as you want.

Great stay and extremely accommodating. It was such a nice area and we felt very safe. Quite spacious inside as well as outside! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the amazing backyard but it would’ve been great. We hope to stay again if available! Thank you for a great time.

Very nice condo for our group of three. Neat and clean upon arrival with welcome snacks and other kitchen goods in the cabinets. Close to Silver Mountain gondola, grocery store, and many area restaurants. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this unit if in the area.

The place was a great home base for a ski trip to the mountain. The resort is only several minutes away with several options to get to the hill (Shuttle or a short drive). We felt like we had plenty of space with 7 people and it had a good mountain cabin feel.

Darling lil spot! Loved all the charming extras and my daughter had good laughs about being almost too tall for the kitchen at 5ft 9in 🤣 We would’ve used the hot tub except we were busy at the volleyball tournament downtown and didn’t have time to heat it up an hour in advance as the instructions implied. Loved the history of the house in the hallway!
