If it was possible to give 6 stars out of 5 I would! My expectations were greatly exceeded. Tidy, pristine, comfortable, and conveniently located near grocery store, restaurants and hospitals. The unit was furnished with everything to make it feel like home away from home and had plenty of storage space. It is also located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. Would definitely book again.

Margaret and Max’s home was perfect for our weekend! It was very easy to get to, close to downtown but quiet and peaceful. We loved the neighborhood! The beds were comfortable and laundry was an added plus. We had everything we needed! We would stay here again in the future!

My wife and I had a great stay at Blockhouse. It was private, quiet, convenient, and just the space we needed. The neighboring restaurants have great menus, but without a reservation on a Friday evening, we were unable to get a table. We weren't coming for the dining though, so not a problem. Instructions were so clear that we didn't need to contact our host. We will definitely stay here again and recommend without reservation.

Leslie was a very warm and responsive host. The apartment was super comfortable and located in a safe neighborhood adjacent to a great part for walking and playing with my grandchildren. I would stay there again!

Perfect spot for couple or single travelers. Great walkable neighborhood near Manito Park. Had everything we needed for our stay. Super quiet and comfortable place. Easy to catch a Lyft right outside the property to take us to the Spokane Arena for the March Madness Women’s Basketball Tournament. Kitchenette has everything you need to make easy breakfast and mini fridge to keep snacks and take out leftovers. Would recommend this spot for anyone traveling to Spokane.

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

We really enjoyed staying at this studio. It was so clean, smelled great, and exceeded my expectations. Not all of Erika's ammenities are listed, but the room was fully stocked with everything you would need for a lovely stay, including local coffee, bottles of water, and fresh fruit. The king sized bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, and overall much larger than it appeared in the photos. The neighborhood was quiet, and just a mile or two from all of the fun things to do in Spokane. I would absolutely stay here again, and I would highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for an affordable, clean, pet friendly space!

Very impressed! We were struggling to find a place for the 1 night we were going to be in town and are so so grateful this one showed up in the list! Easy decision. Lots of space and very clean. Super easy to find. Check in/check out was great. Definitely staying here again!

This was a great location. All the rooms were spotless and the place was well stocked to meet every need a guest might have. The location is far enough away from the downtown area to avoid excessive noise, but still close enough that it's just a short drive to visit the shops. Anna and VeeAnn were also very communicative and friendly. I'd easily stay here again.

Adam and his family thought of everything. parking spots marked, well stocked kitchen, extra towels for the hot tub... This was the perfect stay for us for our snowboarding trip. Will definitely remember this next time we're in Spokane!

We absolutely loved the huge couch with recliner and perfect size smart TV. We could of spent a few more days just laying around watching movies. Marcella was responsive and accommodating. Its pretty close to a few good restaurants and fast food options. We really enjoyed Hops Mountain Taproom.

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was beautifully decorated, well equipped and had gorgeous lake views. We sat at the fire pit every night and watched the most lovely sunsets I have ever seen. Harrison had some great little eateries and a fantastic ice cream shop. We also enjoyed the proximity to the bike trails. We most definitely plan to return.

This was my second stay at this quiet, comfortable apartment with a great country view. I watched deer and turkeys in the valley, and saw fish when I walked down to the river's edge. It's spacious and well appointed with soap and dishes, etc. The wifi worked well. I only occasionally heard the owners or their guests in the main part of the house, and they respected the listed quiet hours.

Darling lil spot! Loved all the charming extras and my daughter had good laughs about being almost too tall for the kitchen at 5ft 9in 🤣 We would’ve used the hot tub except we were busy at the volleyball tournament downtown and didn’t have time to heat it up an hour in advance as the instructions implied. Loved the history of the house in the hallway!
