Una casa perfetta,tenuta in modo impeccabile. L'appartamento è bellissimo, nel centro storico di Viterbo. La pulizia è incredibile, non ho mai trovato un airbnb così pulito. La cucina, e in generale la casa, è completa di tutti i comfort. Ultimo, ma non meno importante, Claudia è una host fantastica, sempre pronta a dare consigli e sempre disponibile. Davvero un soggiorno perfetto!

This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

הדירה של אנה מדהימה! החלטנו להגיע באופן ספונטני ואנה הייתה זמינה לכל השאלות שלנו ונתנה לנו להגיע בשעה מאוחרת של הלילה. על אף הקור והחושך בשעת לילה, היא חיכתה לנו ברחוב הראשי כדי לכוון אותנו לדירה. בנוסף היא ביקשה מחברה שלה לבוא איתה כדי לעזור בתרגום לאנגלית. הדירה נקייה מאוד, המיטות נוחות וישנו ממש טוב בלילה. היינו 4 אנשים ותינוקת והיה המון מקום לכולנו ולחפצים שלנו. יש מטבח מצויד היטב ויכולנו לבשל ולהכין אוכל לכולנו. אנה הכינה לנו עוגה ועוגיות, מיץ וחלב, ומאוד התרגשנו מכך שהכינה לנו דברים למרות ההתראה הקצרה. קיבלנו מאנה המלצות על מקום טיול מאוד מיוחד באזור (bangoregio) ומאוד נהנינו שם. האירוח החם של אנה וההמלצות שלה הפכו את הלילה שישנו אצלה לשיא של הטיול שלנו באיטליה. לצערנו יכולנו להישאר רק לילה אחד אך אנו בטוחים שנחזור לדירה של אנה בעתיד. מומלץ מאוד!

Appartamento arredato e curato splendidamente. Abbiamo trovato tutto estremamente pulito e accogliente. Il letto è molto comodo, il bagno è davvero grande compreso uno spazio doccia molto ampio. Il posto perfetto per passare un weekend romantico in pace e in tranquillità a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal lago di Bolsena.

Una casetta deliziosa (e molto romantica) immersa negli ulivi delle colline sabine... davvero molto bella e accogliente nella sua semplicità. Simone e la moglie Costanza sono stati sempre presenti nelle comunicazioni ma mai invasivi... Io e mia moglie abbiamo passato un bellissimo e romantico fine settimana (di notte si vedono bellissime stelle)... Vivamente consigliato a tutte le coppie

Dimora storica unica. Non ha prezzo passare il tempo in questa fantastica abitazione. Tutto ciò di cui si ha necessità è presente in struttura, tutto pulito. Grazie Federica! A presto!

Ottimo alloggio in zona centralissima , perfetto anche il parcheggio nella piazzetta dove è situato l'appartamento. Romina persona precisa e disponibile. Alloggio logisticamente perfetto per passare un paio di giorni al parco termale della Tuscia.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Siamo stati divinamente da Vittoria e Renzo! L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, con un design elegante e raffinato. Tutto era perfettamente pulito e accogliente, creando un’atmosfera rilassante e piacevole. Inoltre, ci hanno accolti con una deliziosa sorpresa: una buonissima crostata artiginale per la merenda, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. È stato un vero piacere soggiornare qui, ci siamo sentiti coccolati e a nostro agio fin dal primo momento. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Grazie di cuore per questa splendida esperienza.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

The apartment is a two-storey studio in a house with two further apartements, that of the landlords and a second holiday apartment. Both the landlords’ apartment and the studio have roofed terraces with a wonderful view onto the Valle Umbra. Although landlords hardly use their terrace, a construction between the two terraces that would ensure privacy, would have been nice. The studio is tastefully furnished and artfully decorated. The landlords had prepared a welcome box, when we arrived!

I let others record their superlatives, and let the photos illustrate what is on offer. Here, I thank Elisa and Luca for their motivation and effort in restoring and making available such a wonderful property. To bring a property of this type to a comfort standard suitable for general short term vacation rent at such a reasonable price requires a lot of effort and investment. The bathroom and minimal kitchen are functional and tastefully modern, separate from the large living spaces and do not detract from the whole effect. the large dining room gives a powerful impression but goes largely unused except for hosting a party. I recommend the entire experience.

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

This gem of a find right in the heart of the medieval village walls was amazing. Our balcony over looking the square & fountain full of genuine Italian history, charm & character. Laura was the perfect host with wonderful communication & generous knowledge & assistance. Our room was clean , cosy & the shower great! We ate & drank directly in the square eating traditional cuisine in a perfect setting. Breakfast was stress free with great choice. A delight to stay for our first night in Italy 🇮🇹

My husband and I fell in love with Olimpia’s place. We found it so beautiful and charming. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the gardens, the home, the pool, the view of the Tuscan countryside from the pool, and the delightfully strong coffee in the mornings in a romantic setting on the back patio. Olimpia and her sons were so kind and inviting. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Annalisa kindly picked us up and drove us to the train station on our departure. She is a very kind , caring person and you can tell how much she cares for her hometown and shared information on areas to visit and find great food. The room was very comfortable and the view from the sunroom was exceptional. Even though Annalisa only speaks Italian we were able to communicate via Google translate. Highly recommend stay in this B&B.

We enjoyed our one night stay here very much. The flat is furnished with every thing you need and decorated beautifully as showed on the photos. Benedetta is so friendly and we are much appreciated to her hospitality and great breakfast. It worths more than 5 stars and provided free pick up services to and from train station. The place is centrally located in the old city with good restaurants nearby as well as nice scenery. Highly recommended to others to have a relax here.

Appartamento in un'antico palazzo del centro storico con una posizione splendida per visitare il centro di Foligno e fornito di tutto quello che serve per il soggiorno e per una classica colazione. Arrivare in auto non è stato facilissimo poiché il navigatore fa fare un percorso complicato in vicoli stretti e tortuosi, impossibile per auto grandi, mentre esiste un percorso molto più agevole e lineare. Sonia gentilissima e disponibile. Parcheggio gratuito riservato a pochi metri a piedi dal portone d'ingresso.

Carla e Claudio sono stati molto accogliente e pieni di buon consigli . La camera era esattamente come descritta . Tutto perfetto.

Antonella es realmente una superhost. Nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos en su casa. La habitación es fantástica, muy cómoda. Esta un edificio antiguo con unas vistas increíbles de la Tosacana, de esas que parecen postales. El desayuno, con productos locales, es exquisito. El alojamiento es un 10, y Antonella como anfitriona, es mejor aún!
