הבית של איזבל הוא בית מקסים, יפהפה, מאובזר היטב, עם נוף מדהים, וניכר כי איזבל השקיעה מחשבה רבה בכל פרט ופרט. התקשורת מצוינת, וניתן מענה מיטבי לכל בקשה. הבית נמצא ממש מעל חוף הים, 8 דקות הליכה בשביל רגלי, ו2 דקות ברכב, לחוף חורפטו. אנחנו היינו בקומה העליונה מתוך 2, ולכל קומה יש את הפרטיות שלה. בנוסף קיימת בדירה שכשוכית כפי שמופיע בתמונה- מעולה לילדים וגם למבוגרים(: אין לי סםק שאם נגיע לאזור שוב נזמין שוב אצל איזבל. תודה רבה איזבל!

The house is for sure more beautiful than shown in pictures. Cleanness is above 5 stars. Supplied with all facilities to make your stay memorable (full kitchen & bath equipment). Central heating well working, fire place too. Outdoor BBQ facilities also. Bed linen & towels soft & clean. Centrally located , nearby (walking distance) to village square ,restaurants, cafes markets, but also with the necessary privacy. Plenty space of parking. Fantastic view upto the Aegean sea. Although we stayed around Epiphany holiday (winter season) and the house and area atmosphere was marvelous Christmas-New year decorated, I believe that house will be fine for summer period as well, since plenty fantastic beaches are around the village (10-15 minutes driving far away). Cost reasonable for the accommodation quality that offers. If you want to feel like your home but in a magnificent place, this is the right place.

A lovely house in the village of Vitala, ideal to enjoy the beautiful villages of Central & Eastern Evia. Mr Tasos is very helpful and attentive to his hosts' needs. The beautiful beaches of the island are over 30" away with the car, and roads are mountainous, but beautiful!

from asking about booking to the end of our stay this was all made so easy with amazing communication, the airport collection and drop off was so handy and the use of the car made our stay so much more enjoyable. the villa is perfect in every way, so we'll equipped, very clean and spacious, and the pool was a bonus. we will definitely look to return.

Die Unterkunft von Evelin liegt mitten in der Altstadt, direkt an einem Kirchturm. Turmglocken ertönten am Sonntag 7:30 Uhr. Uns hat es nicht gestört! Von der kleinen Terrasse, kann man gut ein Stück vom Meer sehen. Der Gang zum Hafen gleicht einem Trim Dich Pfad. Uns hat es gefallen. Die Ausstattung der kleinen Wohnung ist luxuriös. Evelin ist eine freundliche, lebendige Frau und sofort erreichbar, wenn man eine Auskunft benötigt.

Είναι ένα από τα ομορφότερα σπίτια που έχουμε μείνει πότε. Τόσο όμορφο που θέλαμε να μείνουμε στο σπίτι και να μην εξερευνήσουμε το νησί :-). Είναι καινούριο, πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο, πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο, εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις, με κλιματιστικό και τηλεόραση σε κάθε δωμάτιο του σπιτιού, με τεράστιο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ εντός του οικοπέδου, σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία που μπορείς να έχεις πρόσβαση σε όλο το νησί, δίπλα στις Κουκουναριές και κοντά σε πολλά εστιατόρια και υποδομές. Επιπλέον, η Χρυσούλα είναι ένας πολύ ζεστός και καλόκαρδος άνθρωπος που ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική. Θα χαρούμε πάρα πολύ να ξαναπάμε και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα για μια υπέροχη εμπειρία και διαμονή στην Σκιάθο.

We had a great stay, the hosts were extremely welcome and helpful. Beautiful quaint & quirky property, so private, stunning views. Would highly recommend!

Schönes Haus, guteLage nahe am Strand, toll die kleine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine wenn man zu mehreren Leuten ist.Horefto ein netter Ort mit vorwiegend griechischem Tourismus, dieTaverne "to Kima" (die Welle) phantastisch zumEssen gehenund wir haben in großer Gruppe nie mehr als 10 Euro pro Person bezahlt für feinste Fisch-und Meeresfrüchtegerichte, die typischen selbstgemachten Beilagenportionen uvm. Der Strand nie überfüllt (Juli), der Nachbarstrand mit den Wildzeltern noch ursprünglicher und lädt zum Nacktbaden ein, hat sogar seit kurzem ein verstecktes Cafe. Der Pilion durch die Mischwälder und Quellen schön zu erwandern und nicht zu heiß.

Marina's house is captivating. Sparkling clean, modern and tasteful and very homey. Marina should get 1st prize for the best outfitted kitchen in Airbnb history - there is every appliance and utensil, that you could want and we cooked major meals and also barbequed (great local grocery store close by has everything). There are plenty of cupboards in the bedrooms, absolutely pristine bedding and extra pillows. But the star of the show is the view. You can't grasp the depth and magic of the verdant valley that spreads below the terrace and runs all the way to the sea. We passed many hours on that terrace, just bathing our eyes and souls in the beauty of this place, letting our ears rest with a silence I have never experienced. There is a feeling here that no photograph can capture. If you are looking for peace for your soul, look no further. A place to return to for sure.

Beautiful home, wonderful host, PERFECT neighborhood, this is the perfect place if you’re looking to feel tucked away while in the heart of the town. Highly recommend! The home has a well-stocked kitchen, good lighting, comfortable furniture, and pretty village views from each window. It’s within easy walking distance of the sea, many restaurants, and a large supermarket. We stayed for 3 months during the winter and everything was perfect. Our visit was quiet, we had beaches all to ourselves, and we got to know so many wonderful locals. Also the cats in this part of the neighborhood are particularly sweet! Christmas time in Skiathos is truly magical. Oliver was a wonderful host, very responsive, helpful, and kind. We would book with him again in a heartbeat! It was a privilege to stay in this home and I’d recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Skiathos ☺️

Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα δύο μεγάλων υπνοδωματίων με δικά τους μπάνια, μια ωραία σοφίτα με δύο χαμηλά αλλά Πολύ ανετα κρεβάτια και ένα υπέροχο σαλόνι με κουζίνα. Εξω υπάρχει και μια μικρή αυλή. - Ισόγειο - Πολύ κοντά στο κεντρικό δρόμο της Παπαδιαμάντη - Δίπλα ακριβώς υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στο κέντρο της Σκιάθου!

I felt in love with this place immediately, house so big and spacious. Of you are wake up early you can catch beautiful sunrise. You feel so private, if you want to relax from big city and people this place is exactly what you need. Want it to say big thank you to Alex. He is a dream host. Show us around and point at all interesting places near by, also is nice touch from them local olive oil left for us at the kitchen. Over all 10 out of 10!!!

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο, όπως φαινόταν κει στις φωτογραφίες. Ήμαστε 4 άτομα, 2 ζευγάρια και μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι. Η οποία υγρασία, καθώς το σπίτι είναι δίπλα στη θάλασσα, έφευγε με το ξεκίνημα των κλιματιστικών ενώ κάποια λίγα νέρα στο μπάνιο λόγω υγρασίας δικαιολογούνται από το χειμώνα στο νησί . Η Αναστασία είναι εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, πάντα διαθέσιμη να εξυπηρετήσει και βοηθήσει. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα θα το συνιστούσα σε όποιον θέλει διακοπές στη Σκύρο και να μένει δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Η απόσταση από τη χώρα είναι μόνο 5 λεπτά με το αμάξι, ενώ υπάρχει σουπερμάρκετ και ταβέρνα ακριβώς δίπλα στο σπίτι ( 1 λεπτό με το αμάξι)

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

Πολύ ωραιο σπίτι με εύκολη πρόσβαση και ησυχία. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και φούρνο. Επιπλέον, μπορείς να επισκεφθείς το Πατητήρι με τα πόδια. Τέλος, ο ιδιοκτήτης κ.Γιωργος ειναι τρομερα εξυπηρετικός και αμεσα διαθέσιμος για απορίες και ερωτήσεις ειτε για το σπίτι είτε για τα αξιοθέατα του νησιού.
