Stayed at the farmhouse for about 4 weeks and really enjoyed my stay….and the farm fresh eggs! Delicious. This is a wonderful place to stay and a great value so if you have the opportunity don’t hesitate. I will definitely be returning when my work requires me to be in the area.

Derek & Nathan are super hosts! Both hosts are extremely communicative, accommodating, proactive, flexible, professional, and understanding. Our group of 8 was worried of the possibility the snowy weather would affect our travel dates but our hosts took the time out to shovel clearing the exterior prior to our arrival and even providing us with snow materials such as shovels, salt, etc. just in case we needed it. The images didn’t do the interior enough justice either! The home was beautiful, peaceful, quiet, cozy and extremely spacious. For shopping I would recommend doing it early since there is only Food Lion & Dollar General as grocery options but there is an ABC store close by as well if you are into spirits. We will 100% return if our group ever prepares to stay in Mineral again. Thank you both once again.

The Lake Lodge was the perfect escape for a weekend with my husband. We roasted hotdogs on the fire, relaxed in the hot tub, and had a fun game of headbandz. This house is extremely kid friendly, so while we do not have children ourselves, we will definitely be returning for a group trip with friends and family who do have small children. I would recommend this for anyone, couples, families, friends to take this opportunity to enjoy all the beautiful Lake Anna area has to offer.

We live locally but had family coming from out of state and needed more space to accommodate. This offered everything we needed and was much more spacious than expected. The deck set up is great as we had rain some of the trip so could still enjoy outside in the covered section without having to get soaked. Will definitely consider booking again when family visits!

Great location. Very clean and host had clear instructions. Easy check in and check out. Very easy to get to and close to downtown Fredericksburg and perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend Eve's place and stay there again when in Fredericksburg.

We had an excellent stay at Kevin’s for a 3 day weekend with our dogs. The house is comfy and has everything you need, the location is better than we had expected, and the fenced yard for the dogs was everything our city pack needed to unwind. Lots of trees, birds, deer, and big sky to enjoy with an array of outdoor areas and furniture to choose from. There’s a boat ramp down the hill from the property, and they have kayaks available so that you can get out on the lake. If you are planning to kayak I’d recommend either being really strong, or having a pickup to throw them in and drive them up and down the hill. It’s a ways and the thought of carrying the kayaks back up the hill made me ache a little. Might try and figure that out next time :)

Carley’s place on Sophia street was walkable to everything. My family two adults and two young adults made a stop over here on our way to Savannah Georgia. We spent the afternoon we arrived taking the trolley tour around the area and learning about the history of the town. Did you know George Washington spent his youth here? However, if you’re not into history, there are great stores and restaurants within minutes of walking. Carly is a great place to stay. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is lovely and the living room is nice to sit around and chat. There is a train nearby which you can hear through the night, but we did not mind the noise at all. It was a nice change to the suburbs we usually live in. Thank you, Carley, for a wonderful stay!

Joseph was very responsive before and throughout the stay. The property felt very cozy and comfortable and private, which is not often the case with properties. Conveniently located. There was a heavy snowstorm which is rare for the area, and Joseph had the long driveway cleared straight away, and salted the walkway before it arrived. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing Airbnb! It was so clean, had everything we needed and the hosts were the nicest people you’ll ever meet! So responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend staying here, so worth your money!!

Had a wonderful stay here while visiting Fredericksburg. The unit was very clean, stocked with necessities, and the location was great. The private entrance was easily accessible and, despite being a basement unit, no noise was heard above us whatsoever. Susan was very helpful and the recommendations/info provided about the area were much appreciated. Would absolutely stay again if I find myself in the Fredericksburg area in the future!

Excellent location- not right in the busy part of Fredericksburg, but just a few minutes to everything. Very clean.

Terras place was wonderful! It was clean, and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and she was proactive with providing instructions on how to find the house, and get into the air BNB. Wonderful stay. I highly recommend!

Kim and John’s place was a great little place to stay at. About 20 minutes from things and in a quiet neighborhood. Would book here again.

Quiet. Clean. Beautiful sky lights for natural light. Easy check in. Full kitchen. Would definately recommend.

Key’Shawn was very responsive and flexible for our family. Our family has special needs children and we had something come up. He worked with us in our transition staying at his wonderful place and then leaving for a family emergency. Highly recommend. He is a kind and very understanding. We need more humans like him.

Sam’s place was beautiful! The bunk room was our little guys favorite and thought he was a big boy sleeping in the beds. The condo had everything we needed! Sam was so helpful in providing us with restaurant ideas and best places to boat/wakeboard on the lake! They had a boat slip we could use to dock our boat for the weekend with a short walk back to the condo. We enjoyed our time so much we didn’t want to leave. We hope to be back next summer!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Scott and Carrie's. The location was GREAT as the walk to downtown Fredericksburg was so close! It was clean and cozy. We would stay here again and would recommend to others!

This Airbnb was spacious with very comfortable beds! I think, in the off-season, it could be a tad cheaper, but it was close to shopping, the vineyard, and the state park.

Jonnathan's place is a beautiful, clean, spacious condo conveniently located next to the marina. We so enjoyed our stay & having a designated boat slip to dock our boat was an extra added bonus! Absolutely perfect place to stay for a weekend lake getaway! We are already looking forward to our next stay!

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Fredericksburg - easy walk to shopping and restaurants nearby - no need for a vehicle. Comfortable space and nice place to comeback to after visiting all the local spots nearby. Would definitely stay here again.
