A beautiful place! I loved spending mornings on the balcony looking at the river.

Place was nice and comfortable. The deer would walk right to the back patio. Neighbors were very friendly.

The Airbnb was clean and in a safe area. The point of contact was very prompt with responses.

Just finished staying a weekend here and it was perfect! Joaquin even helped me out when I made a mistake on the dates. It could have been a disaster but he responded immediately and was so helpful. He was absolutely the best host! It was easy to walk downtown and we even went to the market while in town. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Kathleen’s River spot. Several cats were entertaining during our Al fresco dinners. We figured out how to stream to the TV, cooks steaks from the local HEB and the meat was yummy and were easily prepared with the provided charcoal grill. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor experiences. Everything we needed was supplied and if you needed anything HEB and restaurants were close. We were there for work, so didn’t partake in the river but local food was plentiful and service and hometown feel was exactly what we needed. Will work to come back and stay longer. Would love to have just sat, played cards and lazed a bit more!

Amazing BNB!!!! So impressed by how lovely the property was and how beautiful my private apartment was even more. It's so much larger than the photos seem, they've added a nice round soaking plunge tub on the deck, it was great for relaxing on such a the warm day. I travelled for an AKC event and enjoy they are pet friendly. Little Cuca sure was a great host. Jim and Mindy made me a wonderful meat/cheese tray and delivered it to me. How gracious, I really hope we stay there again as it was the cleanest, neatest, most organized BNB I've ever stayed at. Mindy thinks of everything you might need while your there, I'm very happy I was able to meet them. thanks again!!!

What a wonderful stay! Kenneth greeted us to give us a short tour - pleasant and friendly, but not intrusive. We enjoyed talking with him. The apartment was clean and lovely - not cluttered with enough decor to feel homey. We were in town for an event and did not cook like we usually would, but the kitchen was clean and was very well stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable with soft quality sheets. The shower had no water pressure issues and was stocked with quality products, including name brand TP. The patio was lovely and we saw deer feeding on the foliage in the yard. Nice area, easy access yet quiet. Kenneth surprised us and printed out downtown info for us after we talked about our plans - he went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again. We loved this little cottage! It was exactly as described with beautiful views and direct access to the Comal River. Plus it was only a couple of blocks from the town center. We were able to walk over to restaurants and coffee shops. Plus Cathy was a gracious and attentive host. Will definitely book again!

Everything was clean and had plenty of beds for our group. Great value.

Absolutely fantastic place. Anytime I am in San Antonio, I will be staying here. I came into town for surgery and this place was so perfectly accommodating for that. The shower had a teeny tiny step to navigate getting in and out of. The recliner was perfect post op for sleeping in. Kitchen had every appliance you would need. Perfectly located for shopping or whatever else you may need. Don’t look anywhere else, this is your place!

Great stay! Home is exactly as described and looks just like the photos. It’s actually one of the cleanest air bnbs I’ve stayed in. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a Starbucks about 5 mins away. Host was also accommodating to my reservation requests. Would definitely stay again!

It's so nice to find a place where we can take our puppies and is so clean and accessible. Great locations to all of our family in Austin, San Antonio and Gonzales. Jayson is a thoughtful host and everything you need is there in a quiet neighborhood.

We loved staying at the Greenbelt Haus. It is a great location and an easy walk to all of our favorite places in New Braunfels. We would stay there again!

Beautiful place to stay at in the center of everything we had planned for the week. Juan was very quick to respond and helpful as well. Great idea to have the board games and Pac-Man for the kids we enjoyed it very much. Will definitely be staying here in the future when we come back into town. Angela's place was exactly as described and made for a wonderful stay. The location was our favorite part—so many birds and deer that we ended up having breakfast on the balcony in the morning. The entire complex felt safe and really relaxing. Angela has been a fantastic host, extremely responsive with clear instructions. My family and I agreed that we would 100% stay here again when we come back to Canyon Lake. The only minor issues we noticed were that there could have been a bit more toilet paper stocked, and in the master bedroom, turning off the light switch also cuts power to the outlets. It wasn't a big deal; we just charged our phones in the living room while we slept. I wanted to bring it to your attention for future guests. Thanks again for a great stay! ☺️

Mark was easy to communicate with and has a wonderful place. We can’t wait to come back. It is in a great location, well-appointed and comfortable for a group. Thanks for making our New Year’s Eve in Gruene so much fun!

The condo was perfect! Everything was exactly as described. We had a girls weekend and the condo was in a perfect location for Gruene are fun! It was also a beautiful place overlooking the river!

Everything was great! There are a lot of thoughtful extra touches, such as light switches labeled for which they turn on, tons of towels including beach towels, a cooler available in a closet, a step stool in the kitchen for us short people, etc. Natalie was very responsive when I had a special need. We would definitely stay here again or at one of her other properties.
