The house was just as described. Very clean and cute! The backyard is an oasis! The hosts were very communicative and available as needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

We had a short one night stay but we wished we could have stayed longer. We loved the hot tub!

We had a wonderful Christmas at this charming cottage in Dunedin, FL! The home was immaculate, with a cozy yet open living, dining, and kitchen concept that made it perfect for family gatherings. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 clean, modern bathrooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax and unwind. The backyard was a standout feature—spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful retreat, yet we were just minutes away from the vibrant downtown area, filled with great shops, restaurants, and attractions. We enjoyed our stay at Fredy’s house. The house had a great open kitchen, dining and living room and was perfect for a group of four golfers exploring North Tampa golf courses. The house was clean and had comfortable beds. The pool was a fun addition! It’s a very quiet neighborhood and is easy access to surrounding golf and restaurants are a quick 10 min drive away.

Great stay for our family! The home is very clean and decorated with a beachy, fun vibe! Great bathroom, comfy beds and lots of places to hang out! The dryer was very helpful with wet towels and beach gear was great. Our favorite part of the home was the backyard. The plunge pool was so fun and we loved the game room and golf. Private yard and we enjoyed the birds over coffee each morning! Recommend for any family!

Highly recommend! Great location with easy access to multiple beaches, which is what we came for! I appreciated that Amy left beach chairs, umbrellas and a small cooler with ice packs that we could use. The binder with helpful recommendations of things to do was great too, and we enjoyed driving up to Three Sisters Springs to see the manatees, and the local botanical gardens, in addition to Clearwater Aquarium. The home was spotless when we arrived, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place and location no car needed we walked everywhere or took the trolley. The beach was magnificent we spent most of our time there to relax and catch some rays. We enjoyed the Grove down the street for coffee and a light breakfast. In the evenings had oysters at Crabby Bills tried some Mexican food at VIP some Italian food Villa Gal hosts were very responsive to all our requests they even told us about a power outage in the area if you like the beach and are looking for a comfortable clean place

What a cozy, comfortable and quaint little house right by the beach! The house was well appointed with all the initial essentials & was very clean. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable (we actually slept like we were at home, a rarity!). Communication was flawless and the host was accommodating at check-in which we really appreciated. Located steps from the beach, it was the perfect amount of house for our family of four. Lots of space for our things and easy to use laundry facilities were helpful. Beautifully landscaped back yard and deck, with clean outdoor furniture and bbq, as well as beach accoutrements (chairs, wagon, inflatables) the host definitely takes pride in their rental. Would recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you for a great little vacation.

The cottage was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need such as kitchen necessities, toiletries, extra towels and beach items. The pool was beautiful and even lit up at night. It is a three minute walk to the beach and some of the bars and restaurants. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely nice and responsive with everything. We would stay there again. And I loved the free library out front. I left a book in there ☺️If you are thinking about renting this cottage, you definitely should, you won't be disappointed.

Our 2nd one month stay at this lovely cottage. It's an excellent location on a channel to access Lake Henderson. Perfect for bass fishing. The home is clean and comfortable. It's spacious and was perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen is organized and well stocked . We enjoyed the patio, particularly the newly installed gazebo which provided shade during sunny days. The view from the patio is relaxing and perfect for sunrises. Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It's an easy 3 mile ride down 44 sidewalk to get to the Withlachoochee Bike Trail. Spent many hours fishing. Every Monday we'd make the the 45 minute drive to the Webster Flea Market (excellent stop for produce) then stop for lunch at Big Bass Grill on Lake Panasoffkee. Easy drive to Winn Dixie. Would absoulutely stay again,

We really enjoyed our stay at the Indian Shores Beach Cottage! Property was exactly as the photos describe, easy check-in, cute minimal decor which is always helpful traveling with children (less to babyproof), host was friendly and responsive, and best of all.. Location is just one block walk to the beach! A quiet, relaxing, tropical stay for our annual FL getaway! :)

Very responsive hosts. Clean! Friendly neighbor that lives in main home on property. Hardly knew anyone one else lived in main home. Loved having a laundry option. Beautiful area, lots to do and perfect for morning walks. Look forward to visiting again.

We can’t say enough about how great Krista’s listing is…the home was perfectly laid out, clean, modern, and so many small details that made our stay easy, fun, and relaxing. We didn’t bring our kids, but noticed how kid-friendly the home was with so many thoughtful additions like a high chair, pack n play, toys, and swings. I want to find an excuse to come back to stay again!

Fantastic stay! This tiny farmhouse was spotless, stylish, and comfortable. The space was stocked with essentials, the host was warm and accommodating, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax. Highly recommend!

Everything was LOVELY! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed, much appreciated! The home was super clean and peaceful. The pool was warm and clean ... the shower outside was amazing! Our stay was truly amazing and peaceful ... a home away from home.

Staying at Shane's place was wonderful! Our family stayed for 8 nights. It was just as described, and the pictures were extremely acurate. The place was very clean and it really was just a short walk (maybe 3 minutes) to the beach. We had everything we needed for our stay. Diane was extremely helpful and responsive and she answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and very safe. Another family was staying upstairs during our stay, and although you could hear them a little bit, we had no issues with the shared access areas because they were super nice and friendly, too. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and not crowded at all. We had access to beach equipment (chairs, unbrellas, etc, which was a bonus for us). It was a perfect beach vacation for our family of 4 and we can't wait to stay at Shane's place again!

Michael’s Citrus Cottage was perfect for our 6 day stay in Dunedin! It had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I have seen in all the Airbnbs I have been to. The location is perfect also. Less than a 10 min walk to many restaurants, to 7 microbreweries, and many stores to satisfy your shopping itch. I would stay at Michel’s place again should we travel to Dunedin again.

This was a perfect place to stay for us. My grandson was able to easily take quiet naps when he came to visit. The Cottage felt open and airy, with lots of windows to view the outside. We were close to Craig Park where we watched kayakers and dolphins, even from our dining room windows! The park was great for walking and watching the manatees, and we even had a picnic. We attended the Fine Arts Festival there as well. There are plenty of activities close by for sure: Sunset Beach, Sponge Docks, Valspar Golf Tournament, First Fridays in towns close by, Tarpon Springs Golf Course right there...These are just a few things we did. We enjoyed the restaurants and breweries as well. We didn't run out of things to do and we enjoyed our quiet time as well!

Sarah has a cute small house in a more natural setting. She's taken care with design. Lots of nice outdoor areas to lounge. Place was very clean. Wasn't a major issue for me, but something people might want to know- the property is near a CSX freight railroad line- you will hear freight train whistles throughout the night. Also, the main mattress is a spring type that whenever you move you hear a symphony of spring noises. I was able to sleep well and enjoyed my stay, but thought others may want to know the above. I'd stay with Sarah again.

We spent 4 days here with our 3 kids (11, 9 & 3) and absolutely loved it! The cottage is perfect for a family with small kids or a couple of adults. I wouldn’t recommend more than that because of the bathroom. They have really maximized the space & we were pleasantly surprised to see that it was a little different from the photos- in a great way! There is a counter top that wraps around in the kitchen/living area. The beach chairs were a huge bonus as half of us flew in and didn’t have much room for packing. Between the 5 of us, the house had plenty of dishes, towels, trash bags, etc.. much more was provided than your average condo/rental home stay. The neighborhood is amazing and truly a gem, rare to find such peace and quiet on a busy coast. My kids were enamored with Charlie the bird and we really enjoyed having so many walkable options for food (The Grove was our morning routine!) If you are looking in the area, do not hesitate to book this home- you’re in for a treat!

The Alafia River House did not disappoint. Check in was easy with helpful photos & directions. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but yet close to everything too. The house is tucked in right on the river, the yard is lush & Florida tropical, it is the perfect place to sit & read, eat a meal or take a nap. Watching the chickens and surrounding nature are an added bonus. The home is old with character, but so clean & refreshing. All the things you need and more are carefully stowed in antique furniture. Martha is easy to contact, but you shouldn’t need anything. The kitchen is up to date & has all of the extra things that you probably forgot to bring. My husband and I had a sweet trip & the Alafia River House was a gem. Thank you Martha.
