We had a wonderful stay. The property was everything we needed for our small family. Sholeh made sure the pack-n-play was set up for our infant before we arrived. The host was accommodating to our early arrival, and extremely responsive when we were on site. Would love to stay here again sometime! The home is beautiful and the area is beautiful.

Kenia’s home was spectacular! We absolutely loved the backyard…the spa was so nice and hot, the pool very clean (too cold to swim), putt putt area was so much fun. Inside was spacious with a big TV, lots of beds (master very comfortable), fun bunk beds, and a nice culdesac where the home is located. I loved the orange and grapefruit trees as well. Kenia was gracious and friendly! My kids were SO sad to leave. Highly recommend!

My family and I felt just at home! The house is breathtaking, well decorated and it makes you feel just at home! Maria was really good at communicating and really helpful!

SUPER CLEAN HOME!!! My family felt very comfortable and secure at this property. Host were super responsive especially when we voiced some concerns about the heating they sent someone out right away to fix the problem. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

OMG what a beautiful home! It was perfectly clean and generously equipped. The master bedroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Exquisite view from the back deck, very relaxing. We will book this home again. It is the nicest place we have ever booked in Big Bear. We have booked in Big Bear several times before, for a bit cheaper, but they weren’t nearly as nice and impressive. Worth the price that was asked. Thank you Bryan. An awesome host. Pleasant stay and responsive host. Plenty of room for me and my 3 teenage kids. Board games were available (Risk is the best!). I’ve read other reviews about the dock being under construction or something, but we found no such issue. We fished off the dock and caught (& released) several blue gill. Recommend small Rapallas with natural colors, trout imitators. They couldn’t resist.

Loved the house—it definitely had that cozy cabin feel. Yuri was very responsive and helpful, and he made sure the utilities were all set up. Enjoyed a relaxing weekend getaway!

The place was exactly as listed and we loved it. The house was spacious, clean and had a great outdoor patio. Coffee was provided and there was plenty of utensils/pots/pans in the kitchen. We appreciated the washer and dryer, plus they provided slipper to wear inside the house. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed very safe. Without a doubt, we will stay here again.

This has been one of THE BEST Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. Jennifer is an amazing host, it was great to be able to ask a real quick question and get answers that were not only helpful but quick! This place was so roomy and our whole family enjoyed their stay! We were able to sit and eat and be together even with so many of us there. The rooms are split on the 3 floors, two masters upstairs, one on the main floor and the built bed room and the two Jack and Jill rooms down stairs. Most rooms had access to a balcony which was wonderful as well! Enjoying our mornings out on the balcony with our coffee was AMAZING, you can’t beat the view. We loved it so much we were tempted to stay longer! Definitely will be staying here the next time we come to Lake Arrowhead!

The location is great, and the number of rooms and bathrooms were just perfect for our group of families. Annie was quite helpful and let us check in earlier even to accommodate our young kids. The house was very warm for this winter season and close to the Summit. We had a great stay.

We absolutely loved it there! We were looking for a place to stay for our family vacation where we would feel at ease and comfortable and this place absolutely nailed it! And the place was so beautifully furnished and decorated. Also we had enough space, since the place had a big living / dining room and kitchen.

Our stay was very pleasant, comfortable and safe. My seven sisters and I get together every four months . We loved this home and we shared our great times and beautiful family memories together. It was very welcoming , very spacious and we enjoyed every minute here. We’re looking forward to return next year God willing.

We were on a project in the area and stayed at Lexis & Zach's. It was exactly as described, comfortable and very clean. The location and house was just perfect!

Easy check in and house was very clean. Host was responsive and accommodating to modifications we needed for our stay. Location was convenient due to its proximity to the freeway and food.

Charlie's place was simply amazing! This was a staycation getaway for my wife's bday and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was quiet, private and plenty big for our party of 6 with lots of seating and space for entertainment. We were also lucky enough to enjoy a full day of snowfall which was a huge factor in visiting Big Bear. Of course we took advantage and did some sledding just out front, built a snowman, and took lots of pictures. If visiting during winter/snowfall snow chains are a must and I would highly recommend bringing your own shovel to help clear the stairs and more importantly clear a path for your car. We weren't able to park in the driveway due to the snow but the walk up was not as bad as some have noted (my 5 year-old had no issues)Lastly, the location of Charlie's place sits at a slightly higher elevation vs the "downtown" area which was great as i noticed we received snow fall when at home vs none when i drove into town. We'll definitely be back!

They were amazing. I had a hiccup with the shower, and they came to fix it right away! (Amazing shower btw) Also, I got the flu while I was there and they made it so easy to tack on an extra night. Thank you guys! I’m so grateful for that space.
