Great spot all around! So convenient to Hamilton College and neighboring towns!

We were in town for Cooperstown All-Star Village. It worked out great super close to restaurants as well as close to the field to go back-and-forth for games. House was extremely comfortable highly recommend.

We stayed at Alexandra's place for a few nights . The apartment is cozy and welcoming, very clean, with great art on the walls and good books on the shelves. Alexandra was very responsive and nice - she lent us her snowshoes, told us to park in her garage during the snowstorm to avoid being snowed in , offered good suggestions for local places to eat.

Had everything our family of four needed for a 5 day stay. Kitchen had everything needed to cook if you desired. Comfy bed!! Host very responsive. We were there for a hockey tournament and happy we chose this spot over a small hotel room.

Thank you for your indication of how to sign in Netflix in the tv. The the crackers, olives and nuts were delicious! I really enjoy staying at The Magnolia Ville. Nora

Natale and Lance are responsive, and have a very comfortable set up. Plenty of space, parking is easily accessible. Very friendly.

Great 1 bedroom apartment. Perfect for a quick weekend stay or longer for 2 people. The place was very clean and quiet. Quick and easy to get it with parking right out front of the door that leads upstairs. I will deffinately book again in the future.

An amazing and eclectic home! Carin keeps this place super tidy and clutter free. We loved the large kitchen and living room! The frozen pond next to the house was beautiful to wake up to. The bathrooms are cute too!

We loved everything about Esther's place! It was exactly as described and our kids loved the shuffleboard table. The surroundings are beautiful, and it was close to Plattekill and Belleayre for skiing.

We were lucky enough to find Victor's place for a last minute snowmobile weekend to New York for the first time! The area did not disappoint. Victor was very proactive, and graciously allowed us to park ahead of an early check in, which we very much appreciated. The space was clean, had comfy beds, and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed. We loved the area and the rental and would definitely recommend it. Thank you Victor for your great hospitality and helping to make it a memorable trip!

This place was even better than what we expected. The house was Beautiful and extremely clean. Melissa went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Melissa checked on us to make sure everything was good with us and she responded immediately if I needed her. My family had such a great time on our vacation. None of us wanted to leave. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

This is my second time staying at Evelyn’s house and it was just as nice as the first time. My sisters and I felt right at home, the house is very clean and well stocked. The house sits back off the road in a beautiful private location. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to the area.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was warm and comfortable in the cold and snow, and very nicely decorated for Christmas. Our son has lots of fun playing on the snow. Communication was good and the location was convenient for both visiting family and picking up food and groceries.

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

We had a wonderful time at Dave's place, it was the perfect spot for adult gathering. Very convenient to get there, prime location with an amazing view, we were cozy and comfortable in the common area and enjoyed the modern kitchen. Everything was clean and good quality. Thanks Dave

The house was beautiful. My friends and i had a great stay. The hang out place on third floor was best. The rooms were cozy and the porch was the best part. Would definitely recommend.

Daria and Justin were lovely, responsive hosts. It’s a great little apartment — super clean, well equipped with all the basic necessities, tasteful, well thought out decor, a really pleasant place to be, right on the mountain. Small, but perfect for a couple or small family ski weekend. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

Great place right next to the mountain. Had plenty of space for my family, and more beds then some of the other townhouses we've stayed at next to Hunter which was nice
