Cozy house and a perfect place for a long weekend getaway. Jennifer went above and beyond to mail items we left behind. If ever in the area in the future we will book the house.

Scott was an excellent host. Responding quickly to emails and worked with us to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home is welcoming and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed while preparing meals. We will definitely stay here again!!

Justin’s place was impressive. With it being a smaller house we were not sure if it would be crammed. It was NOT at all! Perfect set up! Fenced in back yard was great! Justin’s house really wasn’t missing a thing- very well thought out. Perfect location. Close to University of Dayton and UD Baseball field. Justin was a great host! Very responsive and accommodating! Thanks Justin!

Maria's home was in a nice location, quiet neighborhood, and close to many stores to get groceries or anything you would need. We had 6 adults stay,. It's a smaller home, but it worked for us because we were not there but to sleep and shower. The home is clean and maintained. We would stay again. Thank you for having us.

Cute little spots that I stayed in for a month while working nearby, very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, within distance of all the amenities, cute little neighborhood grocery right around the corner.

My family of 6 with two dogs were out of a home and living in a hotel for a week after a kitchen fire. Sheila was kind enough to take us with our fur babies in for a total of 3 months! As soon as we get there my one child blew a breaker running a hair dryer. Gerald was quick to respond and fix the problem. He was kind and very helpful. We had a big snow storm and Gerald was kind enough to clear the walk way and driveway as well as spread salt for safety. They are wonderful people with big hearts! 10/10 Would ALWAYS recommend!!!

Renee was great! We came up for WEC and were concerned about the weather. Renee was flexible and communicated as we traveled up and reassured us about the road conditions. She was personable and quick to respond. We will definitely be making her home our go-to WEC house. Thank you Renee! Looking forward to next time!

absolutely enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend vacation with friends and their family members . This property can easily accommodate 12+ persons. kitchen fully loaded with utensils and plates etc. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Troy was very workable and helpful from the time of booking through arrival and stay. Our daughter and her bridesmaids stayed there for several nights leading up to the wedding in Washington Court House. They had a great time together, and the AirB&B was a big part of that. There are a number of steps up to the apartment, but once inside, the apartment is exactly as described & expected -- clean, up-to-date, welcome touches, and surprisingly roomy! Thanks, Troy, for providing a great place for making memories for our daughter & friends!

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend! I recently stayed at this incredible Airbnb, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated the property was. It felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make guests feel comfortable. The host was outstanding—super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, even providing local recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this place!!

To say that Matty is an exceptional host is an understatement! His description of the house and amenities is accurate, with everything clean, in working order and clear, concise directions. Matty is very respectful and an excellent communicator. From sending a welcome message to making himself available for questions, comments and concerns- he goes above and beyond! The house is easy to find and is great for a family vacation spot, or for a couple wanting to get away. You can relax on the cozy sectional and turn on the electric fireplace, or get your gamer vibes going. Or, just destress in the hot tub! There are plenty of pots, pans and other kitchen amenities. I love that there are even some kitchen items for kids to enjoy! The neighborhood is peaceful and it's easy to get to local eateries and stores. It also doesn't take long to hop onto the interstate. I would absolutely recommend Matty's place again and again!

Jason and his team were phenomenal throughout our 2 week stay. We’ve stayed at several Airbnb’s in the last few years and this experience from booking request to checkout was the best we’ve had. This is the level of customer service that makes you feel like you’re back in the 80’s/90’s. Great job guys and next time I’m in Cincy I will purposely seek out a house managed by your team.

Thank you Kathy and Leo for an awesome stay at your camper! It was a great location to the Springfield Antique and Flea Market, which is why I traveled to Ohio. Lots of amenities associated with the campground and lots of things to do and see in the area. It was comfortable and everything is there inside you could ever possibly need for a stay. I enjoyed stay and will keep the location in mind for next year's trip!

The Piatt Guesthouse was the perfect spot for a family get together. The house itself is a historical cabin with a few charming quirks, but the owners have added all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We had two babies and a small child with us, and brought an extra rug for them to play on. The stairs aren’t friendly for small children, but the first floor bedroom and large primary bathroom were perfect to fit two pack and plays with plenty of walking room around them. The location in West Liberty was great. We enjoyed visiting the Ohio Caverns and went skiing at Mad River Mountain one day. Kate was a great host. Highly recommend.

My family’s stay was everything it needed to be! It was a great home, very spacious, clean and stocked with everything you could think you needed. I would only update the stove/oven. Will definitely stay again!

Lisa's stay was wonderful, a very well stocked kitchen and bathroom, with a lot of unanticipated but greatly appreciated amenities. You can tell that the host puts a lot of thought into the comfort and care of their guests, from the decor to the amenities.

Stayed at Sheas place with my family (4 people and a dog). It was exactly as described. Cozy, CLEAN and comfortable. The house had all the basic necessities required for our stay and it will be on my list of places to return. Thanks you Shea

Our host, Billy, was amazing. From the moment we checked in to when we left. He was accessible, friendly, and accommodating. The home was in great shape and just as described in the post. We had an amazing time and if we stay in the area again I would go out of my way to stay here again.

Stayed here for the horse show at WEC it was the perfect home base. Close to everything, spacious, fenced yard. Would come back!

Kathryn’s place was exactly what we needed for our family to come together for Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed including a beautiful china set for our dinner. I would highly recommend this property especially if you need something that will accommodate everyone in a big family or group.

Katie’s home was perfect for a stay in the area with two young boys. She was super responsive and accommodating prior to the check-in and throughout the stay. Nothing is ever perfectly childproof like your own home, but this was close. We would absolutely come back with our two children if we were passing through Ohio again.
