This home is incredible. Big kitchen for cooking. Cozy living room with adorable kid nook. The hosts were super kind and always responsive. Great location felt close to everything. Would highly recommend!

Such a beautiful home in a safe, convenient location. I was obsessed with all the natural light, especially the bay windows in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and the backyard was perfect for the dogs. Hosts were very responsive, highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The space was super fun and stylish—definitely more of an experience than just a place to sleep. It’s in a great location, close to awesome restaurants, thrift shops, the bookstore I wanted to visit, ice-skating, and even the mall. The hosts were super cool and pet-friendly, which we really appreciated. The outdoor area was beautiful, and even just enjoying it from inside (with the cool lighting) was a treat. Highly recommend!

We've stayed here three times now. We love the location and especially the giant living room and dining areas. Beautiful view of the river -- most visible in the winter when there are no leaves on the trees. Host is very welcoming and responsive. I'm sure we'll be back again!

This has been our favorite Airbnb that we have stayed in! We came to Eugene from Los Angeles to visit my son for the long weekend. The house was so clean, beds were very comfortable and there was a great yard for our pug Kimchi. Luke was very responsive. Great home to stay in and close to U of O! Thank you Luke!

We stayed for one night at the Pool House and it was amazing! My son and his bestie had the time of their lives playing in the pool, battling each other as foosball and ping pong, roasting marshmallows over the indoor firepit and then watching movies from their bunk bed until they passed out. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub too! An incredibly unique space, if you are looking at this, you should book it. Brenda was very responsive, check in and out and was super easy. I'm already planning our next stay here!

I traveled back home to Eugene with my family to take care of a close relative that had recently been in and out of the ER. This house was an oasis of calm during the trip -- a classic mid 20th century Coburg Road area home, with just the right touches of modernity. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect to sleep in (the firm pillow was amazing for my often painful neck). The location was perfect -- just off Coburg Road, centrally located between my relative's house and PeaceHealth Riverbend, and we could easily get anywhere we needed to go. This was a perfect Airbnb experience. Kudos to Americana and Neil. I couldn't recommend it more!

We booked this spot last minute on our way back to wa from Cali. This quit pit stop was what exactly we needed after a week long off- grid camp trip in northern Cali. The place was amazing and the pool and jacuzzi was a huge plus for our 7 year old. Would definitely recommend and come back in a heartbeat if ever we are passing through again. :)

M son had an extended stay while he was in the area for work. Communication and flexibility for extending his stay was super easy. We are so grateful to them for making his stay so easy and comfortable.

Nomad’s Nest was perfect for a weekend girls trip! The location was beautiful, and the space had all the amenities we could want. Caroline was a wonderful host and provided a very detailed booklet of things to do and places to eat. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This house is so spacious, lovely, and well-equipped. It is perfect for our family. There was a problem with the internet and cable when we arrived, but McKenzie Property Management responded immediately and by the next morning a technician was there to repair it. Wonderful stay.

This is definitely one of my favorite places to stay! Absolutely adorable! Perfectly clean! The instructions on where to park and how to get in were awesome and included helpful pictures. The tiny house was just as described. So cute! Comfortable! It was a rainy spring day when I arrived and a little chilly! I turned up the heat a couple of degrees, and in no time was cozy as can be! My chihuahua loved the little yard to run around in. I loved the tiny gazebo to sit under in the rain. Absolutely perfect!
