It was the perfect little spot! we were cozy and felt that we were in a safe neighborhood! everything was clean and modern! we loved!

This was the best abnb that I've stayed at. very down to earth. Cassie was right on each time we had an issue. very nice extras like spices coffee tea shampoos.. would definitely stay again. loved the beds and the kitchen.

The place was gorgeous, with a beautiful view of the river and valley. Very well kept and well stocked with everything we needed to stay in for the weekend.

My daughter and I stayed at Julia's studio for a couple of U of O future student events that we needed to go to; it was a bit last minute. Right off the bat she was so responsive and helpful when I booked. The studio was in a nice and peaceful neighborhood, easy to find, easy to get into, clean and well stocked. It even had fresh flowers and wine, and she accomodated our allergies with breakfast bars, and oat milk in the fridge. It felt clean and cozy, and welcoming. It was easy to get to the college and downtown. We will stay here again when the need arises. Thank you so much! We had a great time.

Love, Love!! This was the perfect place to be able to enjoy everything the area had to offer and go back to a peaceful room and decompress. Dralyn was so flexible and accommodating with our check in, we came in later due to our flight being delayed and we were able to go straight to the room no hassle and relax. Will definitely be booking again when we come back to see the Ducks win another game. Go Ducks!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Fran was communicative and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention and Fran addressed them the same day. The neighborhood is very quiet and we slept well. I would recommend it to anyone.

We had an amazing stay! Maria is a kind and thoughtful host who went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable for us. The location was minutes from everything we ever needed. We loved the goats and chickens who were the highlight of our daughter’s visit to Eugene.

This studio space is absolutely fantastic! It’s conveniently located near restaurants and the university, and it’s a great value for the price. The owner was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the place was ready a little early for me! Faith gave me some great recommendations and even helped me set up the place. I highly recommend this studio space to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay on your visit!

This place was absolutely beautiful! We loved being surrounded by nature and all of the plants inside. They gave great local recommendations that we got to try and would definitely love to visit again! Highly recommend!

As always, we had a truly lovely stay at High Pass Winery. It’s in stunningly beautiful surroundings, with peaceful views of the forest and vineyard. The interior is equally beautiful and peaceful. Special note about the heaters: it got very cold during our stay, and the interior heaters were more than up to the task of keeping us cozy. The space is steps away from the tasting room, so when it opened on Saturday, we were able to relax, sip wine, and play some of their board games. The host was also very gracious and understanding about a personal difficulty we had during our stay (nothing to do with the space). We are deeply grateful for their kindness. The location is very convenient to Junction City, where my aging parents live. It’s also convenient to nearby Eugene, and Alsea Falls. The Oregon Coast Range has some hidden gems to discover, and I highly recommend High Pass Winery as a starting point. Or, for a serene and restful retreat.

My husband and I stayed here for a month after moving to Eugene from Iowa. Jori and his family were very accommodating and welcoming. Moving across the country to a new place can be scary, but our nerves were instantly calmed when we arrived because our space was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We felt right at home and had no issues. Like the other reviews state, sometimes you can hear foot-steps from the upstairs, but it was no big deal for us and it was always quiet during quiet hours. Some things I would also like to emphasize: -The home was close enough to the bus stop, it was easy for me to get around without a car. -The washer and dryers were 10/10 amazing. -The bed and environment was 10/10 cozy and clean. -Even though there is not a stove, meal prepping/planning was not difficult as long as you can be crafty. We were able to use the convection microwave to cook, full-size fridge, and plenty of plates/utensils for two! My husband and I both highly recommend this home!

This little place was great! Only stayed one night, but would definitely be happy if it was longer. Very cozy and cute decor. A lot of thoughtful touches. Eileen herself was very friendly and helpful and definitely made me feel welcome. Highly recommend!

What a delightful place! We usually stay at another favorite of ours in Eugene, but it wasn't available, so I was lucky enough to find this gem of a place. New, CLEAN, comfortable and quiet, and it had everything we needed. And Erin, our host, was always helpful and available if we needed anything. We felt very much at home and greatly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Debbie was a gracious and welcoming host, offered flexibility at check in and gave us a brief tour of their beautiful farm. And it was only at 15 min drive to Eugene. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place just outside the city.

I had a great time during my stay. Peter was very accommodating of my late arrival due to flight delays. The unit itself has a private entrance and a comfortable bed. Complimentary coffee, fruit, soft drinks were a great touch. Beautiful walking area with some great restaurants and parks nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for us to feel right at home. The proximity to the river and walking trails was an added bonus.
