Easy place to stay at to be within walking distance of broadway! Cute building and enjoyed our stay

This place was amazing! So great for a girls trip right in downtown with an easy walk to broadway!

Our stay at Chad’s home was nothing short of amazing! From our very first messages, Chad‘s team was highly responsive, extremely accommodating, and made everything from booking to traveling a breeze. The home is incredible - spanning over four levels, our group of seven girls admired the tasteful decor, extreme cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout. The rooftop was hands down the cherry on top of it all! Every morning I went up there to meditate, stretch, and enjoy the breathtaking views of Nashville. Seriously could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting this wonderful city! Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs LOL - which was just my excuse to skip working out for the week. Alex's place was perfect for our family's visit to Clarksville! It was located close to everything we were looking to do - Fort Campbell, Nashville, and so many antique stores! The house itself was exactly as described and depicted in the photos. It was easy to find and get into using the keypad. The house was clean, spacious and really had everything we needed. There were even enough pots, pans and utensils in the kitchen that we were able to cook a complete Easter dinner during our stay! Alex responds so quickly to all messages so that was really appreciated as well. We would definitely rent from Alex again on our next trip to Clarksville!

We had a fantastic few days in Nashville. Cody’s place was in the perfect location; only a quick drive to most locations. The house was beautifully appointed and Cody was extremely responsive to any questions we had. He also went above and beyond to give us suggestions as to where to eat and things to do in the area. Would definitely go back to Nashville and stay at Cody’s again!

Beautifully renovated home in a great location. Very comfortable beds! Spotless kitchen and bathrooms. Jacob was a great host and we felt very welcomed.

The condo was perfect for our group of 3. We were able to walk all of downtown easily from the unit. The neighborhood was nice and clean. The unit was well decorated and had all the right amenities. Beds and linens were GREAT, made getting a goods night rest easy after a long day of exploring. I would stay here again.

It looked exactly like the pictures on the listing. He is very responsive to messages and helpful with recommendations. Nothing but 5 stars across the board!!!

River view and wildlife were great!

This location is walkable to shops and restaurants and in a nice neighborhood, and rideshare to downtown Nashville is really easy. There were ants in the living room, but the co-host came to take care of them right away after we checked in late which was amazing. In the shared bathroom the shower floor was very creaky and seemed unstable, and the shower and bathroom sink were backing up a bit. the other bathroom was fine. There was a lot of traffic noise if you slept in the living room but it was fairly quiet in the bedrooms. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator which isn't clear in the post. The unit is really nice and spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our group of 6. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for us and the outdoor pool area was a nice perk. It was a great location to broadway and we walked it every day very easily! The parking spot was a great plus as well! It took us a little while to get used to the latch app but Rindi was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this place 100%.

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!
