We booked this for business purposes! Our construction crew wore very happy and very comfortable! We stay here for a month and through Samantha was always on communication if we needed anything! She was very pleasant to work with always working way to fulfill our needs! Lovely home wonderful communication! We will definitely stay here again very lovely home, community and host 🥰

Great spot to stay when visiting Oxford/Miami University. Host was great communicator. Pet friendly with fenced in backyard came in handy. Will definitely book here again in the future if they will have us again.

We had our family Christmas gathering at the Gray Whale - it was a perfect accommodation for a large family - plenty of space for meals, sufficient kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms, and room to work puzzles and play games.

Scot’s place was perfect for our trip with our two little boys! We loved the movie theatre basement and the hot tub. The beds are also wonderful and helped us all sleep in. Just a short drive to all the attractions. The house was absolutely perfect for us and we would highly recommend it.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area and had a great experience. Tyler was very responsive and accommodating from the start. We were traveling with young children, and he went above and beyond by setting up a crib and pack ‘n plays for us, which made things so much easier. The place is very family-friendly—even had a playroom, which was a huge bonus! Everything was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. Highly recommend, especially for families with little ones.

we love this location. we have family in the area and having a small special needs child this house is perfect. the host is beyond great as well. we will come back as many times as they'll let us!

The home was beautiful and peaceful to stay at. The host was wondeful about giving full details to get to the property. The road getting down to it is probably a little intimidating if you are unfamiliar with hilly backroads but we had minimal issues getting to and from. Host left treats and drinks for the stay that everyone appreciated. The sounds of birds, the deer and the tranquil river flowing were a great way to appreciate the simpler parts of life. Would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway. Great neighborhood, lovely restaurants, close to plenty to do but you wouldn't really need to leave if you didnt want to.

Joe's house was perfect for my family's stay in Loveland. This was our second time staying at this home and it was just as great as the first time. There was ample space for my family of three, the kitchen had everything we needed for making meals, and the location is just a short walk over the bridge to lovely downtown Loveland. Joe is a very responsive host and checked in several times to make sure that we had everything we needed. We hope to make it back for a stay at Joe's house again soon!

My son and I stayed here while on a visit to the University of Miami, Ohio. It had everything we needed and we felt comfortable on our 2 night stay. The check in was a breeze and Bekki and Michael made sure to text and check up on us once we arrived to make sure everything was ok!

This place was beautiful and matched the photos exactly with very easy check in and a great host who communicated very well , neighborhood was quiet & it felt right at home for our 1 night stay . The place had snacks if you’d like one . Had a listed board in the kitchen with some suggested things to do. I also LOVED how decorated it was and placed along with a few notes that gave you the option for a pay it forward bottle of wine you drink and replace. Such a great & cute idea. Would absolutely recommend this place to EVERYONE !

We appreciate how welcoming Leah’s home is. Very clean and uncluttered. The back deck is an extra bonus along with a parking space. Leah made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back when visiting family.

Chris's place was just as described in the listing and had a lot of charm. The apartment was easy to find and in a pretty quiet neighborhood. As others have noted, if someone is staying in the second floor apartment above, you will hear that person walking around. Chris provided a white noise machine and table fan, which helped mask some of the noise, but this is something to note if you're a light sleeper. Overall, I'd recommend this apartment and will stay again when I'm back in Cincinatti.

This our second time staying at April’s. The place was very clean and April is very responsive. The weather was beautiful for our stay. We enjoyed a great hike in the John Bryan state park. The restaurants are very good and walkable from Aprils place. She has a great place and is an exceptional host.

We don’t stay in Airbnb’s often. The location was much better than local hotels for our needs. Included parking, especially in the city where you pay extra for parking almost 100% of the time, was a real plus! Nightly rate for our six night stay was better than the hotel we typically stay at when visiting Cincinnati. Would consider staying again.

Super cute place to stay in OTR! The space was perfect for the two of us for a long weekend. It was clean and well taken care of! And lots of great places within walking distance!

Everything was perfect definitely will book again and the beeedddd yes we loved the bed slept right through all disturbing calls/text lol

We stayed here for a short staycation over spring break. Klotter is remarkably quiet for a city neighborhood and the little garden space where we parked was lovely. The beds were clean, the kitchen was immaculate & accessible, and the Nespresso machine was a lifesaver in the morning. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom(s) were very steep, but it is an old house and my kids loved having their room in the attic. The backyard space was suitable, but not practical for my dog (but she's a country thing and wasn't in love with the city in general.) She did enjoy our morning walks down Klotter though! We found a lovely crepe place near the university, hit up the museum center for the children's museum, and treated the kids to an arcade night at Scallywag Tag. all of it was less than 25 minutes away, most only 10. My kids are exhausted and begging to come back. It was a successful spring break.

The listing was great! Spacious, cozy, clean. Not much to critiques there. I think the only thing we didn't expect was everything pertaining to the entrance into the building. It can seem sort of sketch, especially if you check in at night since the entrance is in this sort of side alleyway and lockbox out on the ground in the alley. When you walk into the building you're met with stairs going up and down and the stairs going down looks dark. Like I said the suite itself is great, but you kind of have to look past the general entrance experience. Overall, nice spot, Can't go wrong with the actual suite.

Mike was a amazing. Very responsive even reached out to check on us during our stay to make sure everything was fine. Three location was perfect. Literally in walking distance or 10 min drive from everything. Highly recommended

What a beautiful place! You won't be disappointed. Everything exactly as described & pictured. Prime location, easy access to the free street car for access of entire city. Right in the heart of Findlay Market, which was so neat! Parking is a little tricky, but Christy had great tips to make it as smooth as possible. The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. She even had games there which was great with the kiddos! We felt right at home & really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend.

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

Great stay! Wonderful apartment. Just make sure you don’t leave any valuables in your car since the area can get a little crazy at night.

William’s place is a great staying for short or long-term stays. Clean, as described, ease of access, quiet location. Had a quick stop while passing through, if I need a longer stay would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful. Had shampoo and body wash in all showers which I appreciate. Had coffee, tea, and cream. Lots of space to go and rest and really nice balcony. Marcy was really proactive and had clear instructions for entry and exit. Cleaning prior to leaving was minimal, too. Really great place. Will book again!
