Graham was an excellent host and his place is in the PERFECT location for visiting Portsmouth. My Fiancé and I parked the car directly in front of the building (an extra charge from 9AM to 8PM) and didn’t move it until checkout. Everything we planned to do was within walking distance! We will absolutely be staying here again over the summer to enjoy more of the area.

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

We truly enjoyed this place. Very clean inside and peaceful surroundings. Looks just like the photos. We would stay here again.

Nice property, clean and quiet. There were quite a few, very detailed rules to follow regarding noise, cleanliness, cleaning up, etc which came across as aggressive in the initial emails. I can understand the sentiment behind them but as a quiet, clean, and respectful couple, it was a little intimidating. We had some trouble accessing the property but the host answered his phone when I called and was able to get us right in, that was very much appreciated.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

Visited in October. Excellent location, extremely quiet and lots of room for 6 adults. Easily had parking space for 2 cars. Great option for budget-conscious travellers. Host left a welcome gift, which was a nice touch. Loved York Harbour!

I had a wonderful experience at the house, I felt right at home the moment I arrived. The place was spotless, the garden with the fire pit and picnic table wonderful, reading books in the shade of the trees in the afternoon was amazing. The bedrooms were great and I enjoyed the balcony. Kiana is a wonderful host, I highly recommend staying at her house. I look forward to coming back next year. The lake is right down the road, it is perfect, everything was. Thank you so much

Beautiful views overlooking river and waterways, with all essential amenities on main level. Home has full set of utensils and pots/pans for cooking in modern and newly renovated kitchen. Beds and mattresses were comfortable. Responsive host. Highly recommend for a family vacation, especially if in the summer when weather is warmer. If I travel to Portsmouth area again, I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Laconia, NH. The place was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything, with easy walking access to local attractions. Check-in was seamless, and Christine was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had the pleasure of saying at this beautiful cottage in Barnstead, New Hampshire, hosted by Darryl, and it was truly an exceptional experience! The cottage was immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully attended to, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Darryl was an outstanding host- incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and he went above and beyond by checking in regularly to ensure we were comfortable. He also provided fantastic local recommendations for dining, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was serene, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!

Great stay here in March. The family came up to ski at Loon for weekend. Shuttle to mountain stopped right outside the door - perfect location. Condo was great - a wonderful weekend in NH. Will definitely be back.

The house had plenty of space for a family of five — it was comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful view of the lake from the window. There was a lovely, clean river nearby. Not far away, there are several wonderful places to visit where you can see waterfalls, even in March. In the evening, you can relax in the pool and warm up in the sauna. A perfect getaway — thank you to the host!

Bobs place was comfortable and convenient to town. Lots of restaurants, bakery next door. Beautiful view from the porch. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Lots of hot water for the shower. We really enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely stay again at a different time of year to enjoy the lake as well!
