Dieser Ort ist ein absolutes Paradies! Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos hier. Der Pool ist wunderschön und man bekommt sehr leckeres Frühstück, wenn man es vorher ankündigt. Vom Bett aus kann man die Wellen hören und draußen auf einer Liege entspannen. Ruzaik ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer zur Stelle war und uns Unternehmungen empfohlen hat. Da wir ein einjähriges Kind dabei hatten und unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, durften wir in ein anderes Zimmer zum Ausruhen und wir bekamen direkt Wasser, Kekse und Früchte gebraucht. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wenn du Ruhe und Entspannung, sehr gutes Essen, freundliches Personal, eine saubere Unterkunft, einsame wunderschöne Strände und einen tollen Pool suchst, dann sind die Lanka Beach Bungalows genau das richtige. Es gibt einfach gar nichts zu meckern. Wir waren 7 Nächte da und können die Unterkunft 100 % empfehlen! Vielen Dank an die ganze Staff, es war wunderschön!

the best stay in Sri Lanka. if you want to feel the nature and power of the ocean you have to live here for a few days. the sound of the ocean was fantastic, the house was clean and equipped. the hosts were very nice and helpful, they even did the laundry! definitely 10/10

Die Unterkunft liegt inmitten eines Wohngebietes am Fluss. Nebenan wird wohl demnächst ein Hotel gebaut, dort ist eine Baustelle. Der Garten ist besonders schön und von außen nicht einsehbar. Man konnte viele wilde Tiere beobachten und hat einen tollen Blick auf den Fluss. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war sauber. Indika war sehr gut erreichbar und auch der Hausmeister stand für Fragen und Hilfe jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir befürchteten, dass wegen der Nähe zum Fluss viele Mücken geben würde, aber es war nicht mehr als an anderen warmen Orten. Wir hatten warmes Wasser und WiFi. Zum Essen haben wir uns den Tisch auf die Terrasse unter den Ventilator gestellt, das war wirklich schön. Die Betten waren leider nur 180cm lang, dadurch konnte mein 198cm großer Mann nicht so gut schlafen. Jedes Zimmer hatte einen Deckenventilator und es gab zusätzliche Ventilatoren zum Aufstellen. Auch Mücken Netze waren in jedem Zimmer vorhanden.

We stayed at Five for 2 nights and didn't want to leave. Our cottage was very clean with a comfy bed, wardrobe, fan, a/c, attached part outside private bathroom and a good sized shady verandah. It was a two minute walk through the garden to the restaurant and then on to the beach beyond. We stayed on the property for the entire 2 days, not wanting to leave this idyllic place. The restaurant breakfasts and dinners were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend Five to anyone who wants a quiet place to stay near Tangalle.

Perfect place to stay in Hikkaduwa. Right in front of the snorkeling site. Well spread out private garden area facing the sea. Rooms were well kept

We had a great time, close by short tuk tuk ride to diving, beach, surfing, bars and restaurants. There is a small beach very close, opposite the house but for a larger beach and more amenities it is just a short ride away. The family who look after the house were very kind and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

We would like to say thank you for a wonderful stay. The place is idyllic and magical. The gardens are beautiful and serene with monkeys and peacocks available to see. The rest of the bird population is amazing to watch. The pool is refreshing and allows views into the lower garden. The house itself is huge. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Gaya, Jagath and their staff were all lovely, welcoming and informative.

Great house right next to the beach and just à short drive away of the most beautiful beaches of sri lanka. we had a great stay. the house is as discribed. we are à family of 6 (4 kids) and we stayed à week. it was great. the house keepers are so nice and helpful. we definetly recommend the house!

The villa, immersed in nature, is an easy 5-7 minute walk from the nearest beach. The location is suitable for all those who appreciate peace and quiet around them, away from traffic noise. Everything is within a comfortable distance - Galle is about a 15 minute tuk-tuk ride away. The villa offers a mild, shady stay from the island heat, in a homely environment that is a simple and tasteful combination of local culture and European touches. The rooms are bright, clean and spacious, and what we especially liked - also with high ceilings. Tropical greenery rises behind the bathroom windows. This house is made with soul. In the garden, we were greeted by a family of peacocks, lively chipmunks, and a variety of birds . Definitely try recommend trying the dishes prepared by the villa's chef Prashan, this man is an artist behind the pans and stove. We're also deeply grateful to the owner kind and friendly Shatish- thank You!

The bungalow and it's location are fantastic. Johnson and his staff provided great food and everything we needed during our stay, the service was excellent. We would highly recommend!

The setting is absolutely stunning, providing an ideal environment to relax and reconnect with nature. However, December experiences frequent rainfall and significantly cooler late-night temperatures, so it's advisable to inform the host beforehand to prepare the fireplace and arrange for dry wood during the rainy season. The on-site assistance was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always available whenever we needed help. Kudos to the bungalow manager for doing a fantastic job. We're definitely planning to return to this incredible place.

Not only a great location in Hiriketiya, but a secure and comfortable haven when you have had enough of bring active at the beach! Walkable to the beach, and so many restaurant and Café options. We had a wonderful stay, and I am sure we will be back again next season.

Wonderful stay, impressed with decor, cleanliness, and comfort, far better than pictures. Located in a mountainous area with stunning views and perfect temps. During my October 4 week stay AC/ heat were never needed. Property's cook and caretaker are attentive without being intrusive. The host's guidebook is a great help with tips about this quaint tiny town as well as recommendations for sightseeing, local crafts, and nature-hoods. In addition to this I was fortunate enough to arrive when the co-host was there and was given a personal guide to some of these sites. The host, Jay was in communication and even setup a free dinner upon my arrival (which was then extended to my driver, who had a long drive back). I felt seen and cared for, before ever getting there. The owners respect and enjoy nature so expect and accept the occasional natural visitors inherent in such environments. I have already arranged to return for another long stay. A sincere thank you to both hosts.
