Lovely property in the suburbs of Colombo! Perfect for a small group of friends and family of 4-5 people. Extremely spacious rooms with well thought out furniture and fittings and to top it all off a large patio to unwind and chill.

Suggestion, change main door lock and install 9000btu AC for leaving area.

The house is beautiful with a lush green view. Ann and her husband are really nice and friendly! Location is very close to the airport. Recommended!

Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und haben dort vor unserer Rückreise unsere letzten Tage auf Sri Lanka verbracht. Sie ist sehr groß, in unseren Augen noch schöner als auf den Fotos und beinhaltet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und wunderschön. Der Owner hat uns zu Beginn sehr freundlich und begeistert alles gezeigt, uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war während unseres Aufenthalts immer erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Als ich krank war, hat er sich sehr liebevoll und fürsorglich um uns gekümmert und uns sogar selbst zum Flughafen gefahren. Wir haben gespürt, dass nicht nur in der Unterkunft selbst, sondern auch in der Umgangsweise mit den Gästen ganz viel Liebe steckt. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier sehr empfehlen und freuen uns darauf, irgendwann wiederzukommen :)

Домик нам очень понравился: чистый, светлый, просторный! Было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. В доме есть небольшая терраса, можно посидеть или полежать в гамаке в тени. Домик выходит на дорогу, поэтому может быть шумно(в том числе и ночью), но нам это не сильно мешало, ночью использовали беруши. Порадовала оборудованность дома: много посуды, всё необходимое для готовки, бытовые мелочи; в ванной комнате отличный душ и стиральная машина (в этом климате действительно спасала функция сушки). В доме нет кондиционеров, но нас это не смущало, т.к. мы не большие любители кондиционеров. Мы обходились вентиляторами, за исключением пары дней, когда на улице было очень жарко и влажно, тогда немного хотелось включить кондиционер. Также в доме есть много вещей для пребывания с детьми (нам не нужно было, но это показатель заботы о гостях). Домик расположен в горку, можно ходить, можно подъезжать на тук-туке, проблем с этим не было. Дом рекомендуем!

Caretakers Farida and Sumathi were fantastic and thoroughly professional. Breakfast was as good as Upalis in Colombo. They maintain the place to a very high standard. I have no complaints about the property itself. The only minor complaint I have is the road leading up to the property is subpar.

A perfect place to stay just outside the busy centre of arugam bay. A bit far to walk but easy in a tuk tuk or a rental car to the many surf spots or the centre. The house is beautiful and peaceful with areas to relax on the ground floor with friends. The highlight of the booking and what really makes it worth the money is Mita - a local friend of Nicola’s who looks after the property during the day and, if you ask nicely, can help you with anything you need. He made us an amazing bbq in one of the evenings and prepared the best breakfasts for the group every morning. Thank you Nicola and Mita! We will definitely be back soon!

Прекрасный хозяин, очень быстро отвечала на все вопросы, помогла с заселением, а также подсказала кучу мест где покушать) Обалденная квартира на высоком этаже, в ней было все необходимое для комфортного проживания (чай, кофе, шампунь, мыло, чистые полотенца) Вид из окна восхитительный! Мы не спали пол ночи, любовались видом) Две ванные комнаты, 2 спальни, удобная кухня гостиная с телевизором и прекрасный балкон. Также в каждой комнате был кондиционер и вентилятор. Горячая вода тоже была, с очень сильным напором. Очень понравился бесплатный бассейн на 8 этаже, советую всем сходить обязательно, безумно красивый вид на город и на башню лотос. Здание охраняется, вход по карточкам, все современно, безопасно. Вокруг много кафе, а также близко супермаркет. Всем советую! На самом деле прекрасный вариант проживания

Sarath's place was situated at a great location which met all my requirements. Was very easily accessible to any place from the accommodation. The accommodation was just like as shown in the images. The apartment had a separate entrance which could be conveniently accessed via the lift. Sarath's apartment was very secure and very safe. It had all required amenities including cooking utensils. The accommodation was very neat and clean and felt like home. Most of all Sarath was a great host who could be reached at any time. Sarath's staff was fabulous and always there to help at all times and could rely on them all the time. I will recommend Sarath's accommodation at all times to anyone who would choose his apartment.

I was in Colombo for work, followed by a vacation with my family. Romesh's place was perfect for my 2 weeks of work in Colombo. The apartment is centrally located close to several restaurants. Romesh and Janak were very responsive throughout my stay. Check in was very easy and Janak welcomed me and oriented me to the place. The apartment is very well maintained with AC in all the rooms, and a good WIFI connection. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and all the implements for cooking and eating. The location is secure and I had no concerns about safety or security. Hotel Janki is close to the apartment and I had several meals there and use of the swimming pool for a small fee. When I am in Sri Lanka, I normally stay in my own house, which is currently rented out. Romesh's place was as good as staying at my own house. Thank you.

Everything was perfect just the same as last year, Mayukha is very nice and friendly host, as well as his wife. It was nice to see them again! Thank you!

I experienced a excellent stay at Sudam's place. Sudam was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was nice, clean, and well-maintained. It was equipped with every essential item, including a washing machine, refrigerator, gas cooker, TV, water dispenser, clothes rack, hair dryer. Everything was properly cleaned and well-maintained. I reached well past midnight and Sudam was there to welcome me to ensure my stay is comfortable. Sidam also allowed me to checkout a bit late as my flight was late at night, which was very helpful. This place is just walkable distance from Colombo-Kaduwela main road and Thalehene bus stop. I used public transport for most of my visits to Colombo, so it was very conformatable to me. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets are available just in walking distance. I would highly recommended for everyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Baththaramulla-Thalahena area.

Good place. Good privacy while still being nearby humans, since houses are close to each other, for proper mental health. I prefer to just be left alone, so it’s good place, while if you have a problem the host is extremely responsive. Sri Lankan style studio apartment perfect a for a young and single individual. Good location, as long as you have money for rides. Near gym and food walking.

De flat voldeed aan onze verwachtingen: schoon en voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden voor onze dag en nacht in Nuwara Eliya. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Alle bezienswaardigheden waren op wandelafstand, wat erg praktisch was. De communicatie met de verantwoordelijke verliep soepel, en we werden hartelijk ontvangen bij aankomst. Met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers is deze accommodatie ideaal voor gezinnen.

Niresh was an amazing host from the start, very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was just as described, cozy, peaceful, and with an incredible view of the city, especially at sunrise. The rooms matched the images perfectly, adding to the overall experience. The only thing that could make the stay even better would be the addition of a hairdryer. Otherwise, everything was fantastic! 🔥

I had an excellent stay at this apartment! The host was very professional, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, and all amenities worked perfectly. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and straightforward. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the apartment's setup and the host's quick communication. Would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would love to stay here again!

Loved the place here. Everything was so organised and felt like we were staying in a 5 star property. The beach view was amazing! We made full use of our 2 day stay here by going to the beach and the pool. I had only 1 issue which is the lock in the common bathroom was not working. This was fixed in 1 day but , so that would be the only issue I faced. Outside of that I will highly recommend this place!

We had a great few days at Adams’s place. Brilliant host and easy checkin, really close to town and all amenities. Great for surf spots and we saw a few elephants out of town. Oh and importantly for me, the AC is utterly silent. Would definitely stay again 😎

Beautiful pristine apartment in a very good location. Pool area very quiet and a great place to relax. Excellent security, felt extremely safe. Overall we were extremely happy with the apartment and we have no issue about recommending this apartment.
