The cottage was a very peaceful and private place with beautiful views. My husband and I greatly enjoyed the relaxing setting and hot tub. I was able to read on the beach that looks out on the bay. It was great to also be so close to two towns with plenty to do and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend the cottage for a relaxing place to stay.

I’m not one for taking a lot of time to write a review, but this place is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Clean, beautiful, peaceful, private, and the attention to details is amazing. More than we ever expected, this place is amazing!

What a beautiful location , rich in history. The grounds are amazing with lots to do including walking trails. The receptionist was very friendly and took the time to give us a detailed explanation of where we were staying and where all the amenities were located. The breakfast was very good and the location is central to many attractions. Loved we could visit with our two dogs . I would certainly stay here again.

We had the most amazing weekend away as a family at Cassie and Dave's beautiful cottage on the lake. The location was so picturesque and the cottage had all the cozy touches. Also the beds were super comfy. Cassie and Dave are second to none when it comes to hosts. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Unbelievably hospitable! My kids were so excited to find all of the little treats that were left for us as well. We will definitely be back!! Thanks again!

What a beautiful spot! My siblings and I had an amazing stay and highly recommend checking out this piece of paradise! To be back on Lake Utopia after 15 years has been so memorable! We are so fortunate to stay on the same lake that we grew up on and visited every summer. This incredible space was absolutely stunning. Thank you Catherine! We will definitely be back!

Gail greeted me shortly after I arrived. She was warm, friendly, and very helpful. She let me know she was available if I needed anything. She even gave me vegetables from her garden. Gail’s rental was clean, inviting, super comfortable, filled with light, and lovely views to the lake. It was luxurious and simple at the same time. My stay was everything I hope it would be. We had a fantastic first-time stay at Todd and Jessica's cottage. The cottage's front lawn comes to the water so it is easy and incredible to sit on the spacious patio and watch the tides, Spoon island, and numerous waterfowl like great blue herons, eagles, crows, seagulls and cormorants. The cottage is clean and well equipped, inc. two pairs of binoculars, games, and well equipped kitchen. The fire pit is beautiful and we had sufficient supply of wood. We appreciate being able to bring our dog - we walked the nearby Gagong Nature Preserve every morning and it was great. St. Stephen is nearby for convenience as is a great little local vegetable market (inc. fresh blueberries, NB honey and maple syrup) - on route 170 toward St. Stephen. We highly recommend the place! As a former teacher, I give Joseph A+ in communication. He answered every question I had, respon\ded very quickly and provided clear directions. The cottege was very clean when I arrived, and the location is absolutely beautiful. If you are an active person, there is so much to do in the Lubec area, and the FDR Bridge to beautiful Campobello Island is just a few miles away, making for an easy and most enjoyable day trip.

Our entire vacation was ruined. We spent a week touring NB and PEI and never again experienced the level of serenity and hospitality that we enjoyed at Debbie & Neil’s. The home was immaculate, and Neil took the time to show us around even though we arrived later than expected. Upon leaving, we instantly regretted not booking the place for the entire week (though it likely wasn’t available). We are already looking for an excuse to come back and spend some quality time in L’Etete and with Debbie and Neil.

This cabin is very nice and comfortable. The dock and view are so nice. Beautiful area.

Beautiful location! It was great falling asleep to the sound of the waves below. There were some cute seals fishing in the cove and we got to watch them from the living room. The place had everything we needed and everything worked great. The neighbours were very close but because of the trees and cliff it still felt very private.

The River House was beautiful. The view from the kitchen, sun room and master bedroom are amazing. You can even see the river from the bed. The entire house is so cute and the decor is wonderful. There's plenty of room for everyone. We were working and I would make dinner for the crew every night and there is a big dining room table. We added the little "puzzle" table to the end; plenty of room for everyone. There are built in gas fire places that made the ambiance very cozy and the living room couch is fabulous. There are many special details in and out. People in town are great and even helped out on the paving job. This is definitely a place where one can enjoy a beautiful home, and relax. It feels like a vacation. We did go kayaking once and I saw a bald eagle, and that was magical. Outside there are cute areas to sit and look at the water with a great firepit. And its dog friendly, a must! Just keep them leashed as the front is on a busy road, but is still feels private.

We loved our time at the Artists Cabin! It was very private with a great beach and spectacular views. Krista and Jordy were very communicative and responded quickly to all our questions. We hope to return soon!

We are repeat guests for good reason … this is an absolutely beautiful property in a quaint seaside location. Walking distance to the gentle “bustle” of Lubec, close to amazing hiking, a quick drive to Campobello. The piano is a favorite. We love the fireplace for chilly evenings. Super responsive hosts who have thought of everything to make a perfect vacation.

Richard’s lake house is a great place to stay, and would be great for a family. The house itself is secluded and quiet and the lake is beautiful. We really enjoyed the kayaks and our pups had a blast in the lake. The house was clean and the kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils. Richard provided plenty of instructions and everything was very easy to figure out.

Loved the stay at Periwinkle. It was our friends first time there and they loved walking the ocean floor. Colin was super accommodating which I really appreciated as we travelled quite a distance and he was flexible on our check in. Would highly recommend this place to all our friends and we hope to be back. Thanks Colin 😊

Such a beautiful home! Everything was absolutely gorgeous. We loved being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants and walk to the beach. Thank you for sharing your space with us. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family had a great time during our visit at Darcy’s air bnb. We LOVED the private beach. We spent most of our time either walking the beach or relaxing by the little fire pit making s’more’s with the kids. We would recommend this place to anyone and we would definitely stay again.

Great location! The view overlooking the water was beautiful. The house is close enough to downtown that it's easy to walk to the breakwater and shops, but it's far enough away so that you don't hear any of the hubbub (we were there over the Fourth of July). The house was clean and had all of the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Thanks!

My girlfriends and I had a great time. The home is beautiful without being fussy or making you feel you had to be too careful. We loved the location, right on the inlet with great tides. The nights were silent with beautiful star gazing. There were many beautiful walks in the area - I particularly liked the ones out to the lighthouse and over to Crow Island. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped to support the preparation of many special meals, and the outdoor sitting areas were comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed seeing the deer at all hours of the day grazing right up to the deck. The location was convenient to several of the drives we wanted to explore - The Fundy Trail, down to St Stephen, and into Saint John. Steve was flexible to change our booking dates and generously allow us to check in early. We would definitely go back.

Great place had everything you could need and so affordable. Will definitely be back
