Awesome place! we have been coming to Lake Winnipeg ice fishing for 5 years and finally found this place. The accommodations for ice fisherman are second to none. The heated garage with fish cleaning facility was great for storing and charging our gear. The large hot tub was perfect after a long day on the ice. Very easy check in and out. Simple instructions. We would book again!

we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub and wood stove. The amazing and ability to swim right off the front yard was also a fantastic option. we would recommend this cabin to anyone looking in this area. thanks for the fantastic stay. hope to stay again soon. kim and Brent.

We stayed at Alicia's home in the cold of our Winnipeg winter... her house was warm, cozy and inviting. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the kitchen, the clear night sky and peaceful surroundings. It was a beautiful weekend away.

Cozy cottage, great location to fishing! Marcia had all the little details down to make sure we were taken care of! The wood burner was a treat, clean, great beds and sheets! We also loved the coffee bar in the morning! Thanks so much!

I gave Norrie 5 stars on “how well she describes the space” question, (because she deserves it) but was tempted to give her a 1, only because her photos & description don’t do this space justice. She needs to give it FAR more credit. IT’S STUNNING! I was very happily surprised with all of the elegant touches & thoughtfulness. I will definitely be back.

Couldn't have asked for more. Great location, well kept, new everything, VERY well supplied - bring clothes, your toiletries and food and you're set. Was surprised at just how well it was supplied, had every pot, pan and dishware we needed, cleaning supplies, you name it. Will admit the vacuum cleaner outsmarted us, but we got by and made it work lol.

The Lemon Drop is a very cute, spacious place for a couple or small family to stay. The decor is homey and, well, lemony. The kitchen was adequately stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, S&P, and the water in the fridge was a nice touch. Very high iron smell and taste in the tap water at this location. Bedroom walls are classic cottage walls - not much privacy as you could hear everything between main room and bedrooms. Asking for laundry to be started, floors cleaned, surfaces wiped, dishes washed is a tough one. I don't know if the previous renters washed towels or dishes with hot water and soap. We brought towels and I washed dishes before and after I used them. The linens and floors were pristine. It seemed everything the turnover crew did was clean and ready. All considered, I would stay again. Location is great! We walked to downtown Winnipeg Beach 2x (20 mins each way) along the lake. We watched fireworks and sunrises from the main bedroom through the trees. Just lovely.

Beautiful cottage. High class interior and the kitchen was picture perfect. The house was very well sectioned with rooms on one end and living n kitchen on one end. Safe place. Hosts were prompt to reply if required anything. The place was well maintained and really well managed. Have so many words for this place but limited words to be typed. Will be surely back and will recommend this place. Close to beach which is private with no beach traffic.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Dave's place, and the children were very happy. They saw many little squirrels. The kitchen is fully equipped and we also had a BBQ on Saturday night which was very easy to operate. But remember to bring mosquito repellent. Thanks to Dave and Camille for all the preparation and communication, we will consider coming back again.

Great place to stay with 3 bedrooms and perfect for 4 guys ice fishing. The 1.5 bathroom was great for getting ready or morning calls. Lots of room for fishing gear and winter clothes. The kitchen was great for making all our meals along with a big fridge.

Janelle’s place is absolutely fantastic! We stayed here two years in a row for ice fishing. It is very comfortable, cozy and we are able to park our truck and trailer off the road in the driveway!

This cottage was perfect for our group of ice fisherman. Spacious inside and adequate parking outside. Everything was clean and inviting. Very close to a lake landing. Highly recommend this home.
