This is my second stay here at “LaPaix”; First during the summer and now throughout the winter. Both stays have been far more than exceptional amongst all aspects. Definitely recommend 10/10

We had a great stay, we had our dog and friends with us and this space was perfect for just that! Kicthen is super nice as well as beds are super comfy. The location is perfect if you enjoy exploring Winnipeg and I’d definitely stay again!

Very beautiful and clean when I arrived, very cozy and comfy house. I had problems opening the door when I first arrived and she was awesome and helpful and answered the phone the first try. I would 100% recommend and stay here again.

it felt absolutely at home. very cozy and perfect for the trip we had. snowstorm came and Jason came by to clear up the walkways and paths around the house without us even asking. they have a dedication to their guests and they made us feel very welcome.

Such a great place! It was perfect for a relaxing weekend with the family. Such a peaceful location and this place is stocked with all the things you need. Would absolutely stay again!

Check-in was super easy without any issues. We felt right at home here. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry are well equipped, everything from dishwasher pods to shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. Dallas is a great host, communicates well and easy to deal with. This is the second time he has hosted us, the first one in the unit next door and Dallas is always accommodating. We would absolutely stay here or his other unit again!

This apartment was an amazing place to stay—cozy, comfortable, and offering a great view. It’s conveniently surrounded by fantastic restaurants and local attractions, making it the perfect spot to explore the area. The host was excellent, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. I would 100% recommend this place!

We have stayed in this building many times, but Julie's unit was the nicest we've been in. It is very well taken care of and made us feel at home.

Chris condo was just has described, very clean and neat. Nice view and great location close to everything and everywhere in the city. Thou the microwave isn't working and host promised to send someone to fix who never showed up and we had to eat our food cold. Aside that everything was okay and I would love to come back.

This place was nicely decorated and clean. Dallas was very responsive in his communication and we really enjoyed our stay. We will look forward to booking this space again when we return to Winnipeg.

Not only is Rebecca a great host but the house is exactly as promised. Clean, quiet and well appointed. Rebecca has clearly thought of everything people will need as there are multiple bath towels, face cloths and a well thought out kitchen with lots of tea towels and containers and everything to feel at home.

We had a great time staying here! Overall there were just a few things that took some getting used to but didn’t really matter that much! For example, the toilet situation is a bit cramped, so if you’ll be traveling here with any plus size guests they might be a bit squished using the toilet. There also was a bit of noise spilled over from the other unit in the building, though never during quiet hours!! This didn’t bother us at all but just thought I’d mention it in case it is something someone else would want to consider. Overall we had a great time here!

The cutest little studio apartment was perfect for our stay! Prime location, close to restaurants as well as the Canada Life Centre. Easy to access. I would easily recommend this to anyone

I stayed here for 3 days. from the beginning Julie communicated well. she gave clear instructions. the place it self was good. easy to get to. the bed was comfy. there was enough kitchen equipment to cook your meals. the place was quite. all that you wanted in a good place to stay for a few days.

Ina has a beautiful home. Very clean and the balcony was perfect , she’s a very responsive host and provided very clear instructions for parking/getting inside. The view is phenomenal and would definitely recommend this stay .

Great place with a great view to really enjoy the full Canadian experience!! The Skyloft is right downtown Winnipeg around the corner from Canada Life Center!! Great place to stay for a Jets game and/or to walk around downtown and check out all the great local restaurants and bars!

We enjoyed our 4 days at Marcos place. The space was modern with many upgrades. The open concept allows conversation while prepping meals. It is in close proximity to Winnipegs outlet mall as well as grocery stores for supplies. Would definitely recommend Marcos place, and look forward to returning when back in winnipeg.

Very clean, nicely done up, just as advertised. Good value for the money and walkable to downtown and/or the convention centre. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Scarlett’s place was perfect! 3 of us were there for a conference for a full week. The 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms were exactly what we needed. The bedding was sooo comfortable. Living room and kitchen were spacious and provided space to relax after the long days. The nice touch with bathsalts in the master was a bonus. I definitely enjoyed that one evening. Close to everything we needed, Browns Social House has great food for take out and you don’t even have to leave the building to get it. If you want to go to a hockey game it’s right across the street! Scarlett was very responsive when I had questions, super accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be booking again next time we come down.

Loved the place. Definitely will be my go-to in Winnipeg if available.

My day was great, very spacious like very very spacious. The balcony is huge. It’s in the winter time so I didn’t get a chance to hang out there but it’s one of the biggest apartments I’ve stayed in Winnipeg. Michelle was great a host. Thank you again.
