Fantastic stay. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Hot tub was great and the garden was peaceful. Everything was spot on and communication was great! Will be back!

The hosts were very nice. They even included breakfast in the refrigerator each day and also had dry cereals and milk. That was not expected so certainly an added bonus. Private entrance on the side yard made me feel more comfortable as well. Upon check-in, host walked through the property and explained everything very clearly. The breakfast area and kitchenette had everything I needed. The bedroom and bathroom very vey spacious, clean and modern. I wish the room had a TV, but not the end of the world. I would definitely stay here again. Great hosts!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Susan. La maison est agréable et bien équipée, avec une bonne literie dans les chambres. Le quartier résidentiel est calme, parfait avec une voiture pour visiter la région.

Wonderful short stay and the perfect base for a travel stop as we went on to the Highlands.. We arrived to some thoughtful welcome items of milk,bread, butter, cereals, and jam - thank you David. We stayed for 3 nights to visit relatives in Edinburgh and Falkirk and we were most comfortable and warm. Easy check in and check out - a beautiful Home with a really interesting history. Really enjoyed visiting The Kelpies in the day and the evening. Recommend visiting the palace and going on a barge on the grand Union canal with the local volunteers who were really knowledgeable & seeing the Falkirk wheel in action! The Boardwalk restaurant near the Falkirk wheel is well worth booking! Food was lovely.

Tracy was very helpful and friendly from the start. We booked with Tracy as our friends from Worcestershire came to stay. They loved everything about the stay and cannot wait to come back.

This place was perfect for the six of us- and it even had a washer (one that could wash and dry!). We loved the artwork inside, too. The location was great, comfortable, and Trish helped with recommendations for food and travel. Street noise was no bother, though one must stick to the sidewalk when walking about.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Matt’s fantastic place. It is a very welcoming, comfortable and well-appointed space within a historic property and lovely grounds. Matt is a fantastic and friendly host; with clear instructions and quick responses to our queries. Would absolutely recommend this apartment to others who’d like to explore the Fife area, and would love to return sometime. Thanks again, Matt! 😊

My stay at Dan and Alex's couldn't be better. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and taken care of. The hosts are very approachable and made my stay in Edinburgh a wonderful experience. The room is spacious and decorated with style, the bed was very comfortable. Bus to the airport is just less than 10 min walk away, also getting to the city center is very easy.

I stayed at the Giddy Limit for a couple of nights before my wedding and it was the perfect location to get ready! The apartment is in a beautiful house and gardens, has loads of natural night and even a view to the loch from the balcony. Evelyn was extremely communicative and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

Really lovely accommodation. Immaculately clean and lovely decor. Thought of most things to make it home from home. Great location for exploring the local area and wonderful views from the living room. Would definitely rebook this place!

I had a very good stay at Heathpark House. Very interesting place. Chris and Meg are great hosts. Breakfasts were amazing. Will stay there again if I am again in that area.

We loved our stay with Sue. She could not have been any more accommodating and breakfast was lovely. A perfect place to stay if your walking along the costal path, the community run local pub is a must for your evening meal

I had the pleasure of staying for three nights at Jo and Steven's lovely home on my way to the Isle of Skye. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warmth and care they put into making their guests feel welcome. My room was impeccably clean, wonderfully cozy, and provided a haven of peace and quiet after long days of exploring. Jo and Steven have thoughtfully prepared a dedicated kitchen for guests, which was both convenient and well-equipped. Their beautiful garden was a delightful retreat, perfect for enjoying sun or the fresh evening air. The location itself is serene, safe, and ideally situated for visiting both Edinburgh and St Andrews. Steven kindly recommended some excellent restaurants and must-see attractions in the area, while Jo went above and beyond by providing a lovely selection of breakfast essentials, including fresh milk, bread, cereal, and fruit. Their hospitality was truly heartfelt and made my stay all the more special. Thank you, Jo and Steven.

Unfortunately Mary was called away to look after a sick relative on the day of our arrival but John Archie was a fantastic and welcoming host to us and our doggy. The house was beautifully clean and the bedding and towels immaculate. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! It was a nice quiet area but with easy access to all the amenities of South Queensferry. John Archie put on a delicious breakfast for us and was such good company that I felt like I’d made a friend by the time we left. A shame we didn’t get to meet Mary but I hope we can come back and will definitely want to visit John Archie and Mary again if we are ever in the area.

Rosie and Tim were brilliant and friendly hosts. The room is excellent. Great breakfast that set us up perfectly for the wedding we were going to nearby. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area, throughly recommend!

The perfect little cottage within walking distance to everything! And John was the perfect host! His entire family worked as a team to insure our stay was amazing. They communicated well, always had great recommendations, and provided everything we could possibly need. This cottage is so close to EVERYTHING! I can’t stress this enough. There’s a GREAT restaurant, quaint little shops, a bakery, a convenience store, local attractions, etc. literally across the street. And I’ll add, while the cottage is central to everything, just off the main road, it’s sooooo quiet. You can’t go wrong booking John’s place!

Super adresse quand on veut visiter Édimbourg qui est à 15 minutes en voiture. La chambre était propre, salle de bain attenante petite mais fonctionnel. Lit de bonne qualité. Et petit déjeuner super. Je recommande l'adresse !

The cottage was in a lovely woodland setting. Very peaceful and inc all the necessities and more for a lovely stay. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped with some nice starter items included as a lovely touch.
