We had a wonderful stay at your place! Our whole family, both the adults and the children, were really happy to be there. The house was clean, the surroundings were lovely, and everything was just as we hoped it would be. We truly enjoyed our time and appreciate the place

We stayed for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The cottage had a beautiful Christmas tree beside the log fire. Absolutely gorgeous. The cottage is one of the best we have ever stayed in, it's absolutely stunning and I feel the pictures don't really do it justice. The beds, pillows and linen are excellent. We would certainly all stay here again. Thank you, Lara for a warm welcome. We all loved your homemade cake too.

Lovely clean home, very quiet and peaceful. We loved the hot tub too, so easy to fill and heat. The garden seating areas could do with a spring clean, lots of cobwebs, moss etc but still a lovely quiet place to enjoy. The village is small but has everything you need for a short stay. The pub has lovely food and very friendly staff and locals!

We have just spent a fantastic week at this house with friends. The house is spacious and very well equipped. There is plenty of room for 10 people to sleep and live comfortably. We enjoyed lighting the log burner and using the sauna on cold days. There is lots to do locally. We enjoyed trips up to Glenshee where we were lucky enough to have snow and the children had a great time sledging, we did a tour of a whiskey distillery and chocolate tasting and lots of lovely walks. We also enjoyed an evening in the hotel at the end of the road which is only a couple of minutes walk. Sam is a great host. I would highly recommend this place as a base to explore the Highlands.

Our family had an amazing stay at the coal house,kid friendly with toys they can play with, very clean and had all the stuff we needed Carla and Alan were great host and fast to answer any questions we had. Would recommend for anyone that has kids Thank you again

A lovely quiet cottage in the middle of leith. Will definitely book again.

We spent a lovely holiday in your house. We highly recommend it if you go skiing in Glenshee Ski centre. It only took a 40-minutes drive. The parking is easy, just in front of the house. Also the location is good. It only takes a few minutes to get to the supermarkets and restaurants. If you want to dine in or cook, it is also well equipped in the kitchen.

Amazing accommodation which was perfect for my sisters hen weekend. The house had everything and more that we needed and everyone who came along for the weekend loved it! Thank you

The Burrows was a great place to stay for my family of four. It's ideally located in Blairgowrie so easy to get to the Cairngorms, Perth, Aberfeldy, Dunkeld etc and you have supermarkets very close by (Lidl and Tescos). The place is extremely comfortable and beautiful inside, has everything you need to self-cater with a full kitchen and also has washing machine and tumble dryer. The beds were really comfortable including the sofa bed and it was very private. It also has its own garden which would be great to sit in when its warmer. I would definitely recommend Kathleen's place for a wonderful place to stay in Perthshire!

We had a fantastic 3 days golfing at St Andrews. The flat was in a fabulous central location just a 3 or 4 minute walk to the first tee of the Old Course. We were a group of 4 guys and the flat was a perfect base. It was clean and exactly as described. The owner was very easy to communicate with a very well organised in terms of providing information to guests. We’ll definitely try and book here again next year.

Mark and Jill have an absolutely wonderful accomodation. Spacious with high ceilings, the property is clean, warm and the hosts kindly provided a whole range of food and drinks for us arriving. The property is in an ideal location, only a couple minutes walk to the town centre. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent time here. The flat is very nicely presented. It was clean, comfortable and had everything you’d need. Location wise it is good, lots of buses into town but also it is only a 20-25 min walk down the Hilltown into the centre of Dundee. Big Tesco is only a 15 min walk away and wee Tesco only a 5 min walk away. There’s a chippy, a Chinese takeaway, a kebab shop, a convenience store and a local pub, if you wanna have a no frills pint, all around the corner. The kitchen has all mod cons, gas oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Although we didn’t use the dryer as the central heating made the flat very warm and it was quick to dry our washing on the radiators. The heating was set on, so I didn’t mess with it. It is hot but you can switch each radiator off by its valve. The only SLIGHT shade I’ll throw on the flat is the water pressure of the shower. It’s pretty weak and I like a powerful shower to wake me up in the morning. But that’s a personal preference

Had a fabulous long weekend at the Puffin Burrow. Perfectly located just across from the beach and a few minutes walk to some great places to eat in town. We loved sitting in the window watching the sea with a glass of wine or cup of coffee (depending on the time of day!) A great base for exploring North Berwick and once we’d parked we didn’t move the car until we left. Walked from our door along the coast to Tantallon Castle and the cliff top Drift cafe (recommended!) as well as to the top of the Law for a great view. Slept well in the very comfy bed after enjoying the sea air.

Douglas has a lovely apartment, which we used for a short family visit to the Fife coast. Great to look out of the window onto the sea, while warm and cosy inside. Plenty to see and do up and down the coast during the day using Anstruther as an evening retreat for a meal and a drink.
