We were in awe when we entered the home. It was bright, beautifully decorated, immaculate, spacious and cozy. I would certainly stay here many more times. ☺️

James’s home is large, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean (I must admit the $175 cleaning fee seemed exorbitant, but it would have been more reasonable, had we stayed for longer, as opposed to the one night that did stay. The house does seem geared toward groups with children, but my group of 4 adults had a blast with the many many fun games provided. It was absolutely a wonderful experience and I wish I could stayed longer. Driving into the neighborhood it looks a bit shady, but the home itself is on a dead end with no other homes very close at all, so we did feel safe and there were plenty of security cameras outside and a fence to give us peace of mind, as well. I love the location, as far as proximity to the beautiful Spanish colonial district, and wonderful places to eat along the way and in the district itself. We went for a concert at St Augustine Amphitheater and it took about 10 minutes to get there by car.

This was our 2nd stay and it was, again, clean and spacious and perfectly located for our time with family. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and our kids loved the pool. We enjoyed sunrises over the lake from the swings by the camp store and also played horse shoes one afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen is serviceable. We also used the gas grill and Florida room.

Terry's place was everything our family needed for time together. We were able to cook meals (the fresh eggs from the hen house were an extra bonus), hang out by the pool, play board games in the pool house, and we had a fire in the firepit (the wood was stacked and ready for us to just light the match). We will be back next year. Thank you for making this a very special vacation.

Ashley's home was the perfect home for a peaceful beach weekend getaway. The location was perfect- close to everything you could need yet the area was calm and relaxing. The home itself was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. Ashley thought of everything as far as amenities go. We hope to return on our next St. Augustine visit. We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

Cary's house was the perfect place for our family on vacation in warm Florida. The bedding was comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped. The public beach was close by, and we had a great time there using the umbrella and chairs from the shed. It was convenient to have delicious restaurants and a grocery store nearby, and it was also easy to visit St. Augustine downtown since it was close. Cary was always kind and communicated well, making sure we were comfortable during our stay. Thank to Cary for making our visit to St. Augustine after 18 years so happy.

This was our first time using Airbnb and these hosts made it a wonderful first time. Very friendly, loved the dog and cat that visited us, and house was very comfortable. We would definitely book with them again!

Carley was a perfect host. Checked in with us on arrival and also throughout our stay. The location can't be beat. We travel with our dog and the neighborhood is great for walking her. Also an easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. We went to Zaba's, Beachcomber and Coneheads this trip. The St. Augustine Historic district is only a 10 minute drive and The Nights of Lights is always worth the drive.

I love the 1920s architecture, the houses beautifully maintained. And updated and still has many of the characteristics of an older home. The neighborhood was wonderful for walking, we enjoyed a few evenings at local establishments beer gardens and restaurants. Walked across the bridge into downtown several times as well. All around excellent value for the price. Appreciate the cleanliness of the kitchen bathroom and bedroom.

Perfect! The location was great. Very quiet surroundings and everyone was very friendly. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed the stay! Clean house with good space to stay with people. Beach was not far to walk to.

We participated in an event at Dunns Creek State Park, which was under 1.5 miles from the cabin. Our stay at the cabin was perfect for our large group. The cabin had everything we needed from kitchen essentials, to games for the down time to the fire pit outside.

Patricia was GREAT! Staying at her property was the best choice for my husband and I. She checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was clean, peaceful and easy to navigate. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The hot water stayed hot foreverrrr… my personal favorite thing about the property 😂 Thanks Patricia!!

Rare Florida cabin on a lake. Enjoyed jet skiing and watching the seaplanes take off. Had a nice family Thanksgiving week at the cabin. St Augustine and Ocala are about an hour away.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in this cabin. The game room was a hit! We would love to come back when weather is cooler. If you come during summer make sure to make reservations ahead at the springs. You will enjoy a peaceful place with nature around… kids were able to see deers and heron birds… simply lovely.
