A great little place for me and my kids to kick it for a weekend in Saint Augustine! The entire area and streets were kids safe for bikes and scooters and we walked or rode everywhere, to include downtown in the historic area. As well, the hosts were exceptionally responsive and even gave a few recommendations for us to do. Very nice place and will definitely look to stay again!

The house is really nice. Spacious, modern, high-spec amenities and very comfortable. The main living area is huge and really good to cook, eat and relax. We only had four of us staying but more would be easy. The beach is really nice and you definitely don't need a car. Just a couple of minutes walk from the house (if that!). Beaches are great sand and very friendly and the back yard of the house is great with swing chairs, fire pit, hot tub etc. Seth is very responsive and helpful and we would recommend a stay to anyone.

We stayed here with our family for my fiancés Bridal suite on our wedding weekend and it was literally perfect. Plenty of bed space, super clean, extremely aesthetic and spacious and plenty of parking. Thank you for making our big day weekend that much better

Huyen in an amazing host. She was very responsive for anything we needed and was even able to work it out so we could park our big truck on the side, so it didn't stick out in the street. The house is in a great location and very cozy. Thank you again for everything and making my birthday weekend a very enjoyable one. We will definitely be back! :)

House was great and very recently renovated. Very nice location, just on the edge of the historic district. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Easy 10 minute walk to main historic district or a 3 minute bike ride. Nice front and back porches, in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Driveway has room for multiple cars no problem. Host (Ashish) was super responsive and very quick to answer our questions. Totally would rent this house again.

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

Grandeur is this home. Big kitchen, dining living rooms and a truly spacious master/ bath. Super family room for board games with their huge wide sofa for 8. The deck was comfortable too. Views yea it has nice views of the water through the trees. Lovely sunsets and sunrises are a brief walk to the beach. 2 Great restaurants in golf cart distance. It a great family.

Nick was a fantastic and friendly host! His home was beautiful and clean! The beds were VERY comfortable! I don't usually sleep well if I'm not home, I slept like a baby. I plan on visiting again in the near future and would certainly re-book. Thank you, Nick!

Great spot if you're looking to hang out at the historic district. Walkable to all of the restaurants, bars, shops etc... Location was private, with a pub/deli nextdoor Bed was extremely comfortable, linens and towels were nice.

I’m almost afraid to say how great this place was because I want it to be available so we can book it again! I looked at a lot of places and was drawn to the photos of the interior layout and design as well as proximity to the beach. On both counts, Seas the Day met every expectation. For example, I’m a coffee drinker, and there were no less than 3 different options for making it. Then, once made, I could choose to sit in the comfy chair on the east side balcony with my feet up and the sun rising, or on the west side, maybe stretching out in the hammock. When we wanted to sit at the beach, we were supplied with great chairs and an umbrella. After beach, washing sand off feet etc. in the outdoor shower. We were right in the middle of great restaurants north or south, and far enough away from what for our taste feels “too touristy.” The space feels roomy and private and incredibly comfortable. Don’t tell the owners but it seems like it should go for a lot more money! Feeling grateful ❤️

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! Natalia was a lovely host and was very kind to me, helping me with my luggage and bringing an electric kettle and toaster oven for me. It’s just beautiful to go and sit down on their dock and watch the sunset. I will stay here next time I am in the Saint Augustine area.

Great little place just a short walk from Colonial St. Augustine. Easily accessible, parking was a plus, and squeaky clean throughout. I highly recommend this one!

Lauren was an ideal host. She consistently replied within a couple of hours, and check in and check out were a breeze. Her place was amazing - comfortable, spacious and clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great. We were in walking distance to the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, Flagler College, and St. George street which has a lot of great restaurants and shopping. It was fun and interesting to walk around the neighborhood and check out the different architectural styles. We were only about 10 minutes to the closest public beach. I would highly recommend Lauren's place!

A cozy little apartment with a great sunset view, overlooking the inlet. We enjoyed our stay and our hosts were responsive wen we asked for a cutting board; They left one at our steps on the same day. Our favorite part of the stay was sitting in the backyard and watching the sun go down. The Fish Camp and Iceplant restaurants, nearby were delicious too! Such a beautiful, old neighborhood and city!

This is a fantastic location allowing us to have a great walkable vacation over 4 days. The location plus having a parking space was tremendous helpful. Sincerely recommend this location to anyone wanting to travel to St. Augustine.

This house is nicely decorated with a designated parking space. It’s also walkable to most interesting parts of town. The host is very friendly and responsive, always striving to provide a five star experience.

Things I loved at Carla's: *The view is beautiful! Deer and birds in the morning were wonderful. *Access to downtown and beaches was easy. *I felt safe and the condo is on the end so it was private. *I appreciated how she has everything you need for a beach day!! Cooler, chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.

We highly recommend Marty‘s place. It had an ocean view, and we enjoyed watching the sunrises and hearing the waves crashing on the beach. Overall, the building was quiet in the pool and pool area were very clean. The only negatives were not enough towels and beach towels we’re not provided or made available at the pool. A trip to Walmart remedied the situation.

Place was well stocked with appliances and items needed for the stay. Would absolutely book again.

Butch's beach and ocean facing condo was a great way to soak in the sun on the St. Augustine coast for a few days! The condo had everything a small family would need for a visit, including a Graco pack&play that was perfect for our daughter. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants close by to pick up anything you may have forgotten to bring along. The condo is a short walk over the sand dunes to a very relaxing beach, and we enjoyed relaxing to the sounds of the ocean waves in our room to our morning coffee and evening drink. Overall the location was great, the unit is in a well maintained complex guarded 24x7 and just south of the main activities in St. Augustine Beach, but still a short drive to some great restaurants, shopping and the attractions in historic St. Augustine. Communication with Butch was fantastic, and he provided all the details needed to make the check in process seamless. Great unit and great host, hope to be back again!

Great place, one of the farther apartments from the beach access but still easily walkable. We especially enjoyed the heated pool when the beach was too cold.

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.

Doug and Lori’s place was perfect! Clean, quaint and had everything you needed! Check in was so simple and the communication was amazing! Great location, close to restaurants, coffee shops and everything you would need. Definitely would stay here again on our next visit to St. Augustine

Ana Marie was a wonderful host. Very thoughtful and attentive. Our stay was very enjoyable and it was nice to unplug for a week and relax right by the beach.
