Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

Caio and Arlene's unit is located in a beautiful location with great access to the beach. Their place was very clean and the surroundings were quiet. They are both responsive and pleasurable to work with. I hope to stay at their unit next year for another golf outing.

Mark and Melanie have a GEM at St Augustine Beach! The kitchen is so well stocked there is nothing missing. The seaside decor sets the tone for a very comfortable and relaxing getaway! The unit is clean, bright, well designed and the walkout patio directly to the beautiful Pool is a highlight ! The condo complex is securely gated. And extremely well maintained. And they’ve thought of everything , all The beach chairs, toys and towels are included which makes packing for a beach vacay a breeze. Melanie was very responsive and prompt with checkin instructions and local Recommendations. The beach is our favorite with white sugar sand , rolling surf, shells and it Is perfect for daily walks. We’ve stayed at many condos in St Augustine and this is by far the favorite ! We’ve reserved for a return trip next year and look forward to the sun, ocean, and relaxing here again !

went out there for a weekend with my wife and our pet Lillie. We had a great time. everything was as advertised. The home was cleaned and the location was perfect for us to go to the beach and walk to some restaurants. We will definitely consider coming back. Thank you Andres.

Loved it! Excellent hosts and the perfect sanctuary literally steps from the beach and popular restaurants, diners, cafés, etc. The A/C and heat both cranked! I was always comfortable. The spotlessly clean bathroom has a larger mirror not shown in the pictures that was helpful for full outfit checks. There was a brilliant thing to hang plenty of clothes and a hamper I used for my worn clothes until I packed to leave and then only left used towels in it. There was a cool large tray on the counter that was a perfect catch-all for my toiletries and jewelry. Beach umbrella and chairs were tucked in the corner ready to use. The bed was huge and so comfy with lots of pillows. The hosts made me feel welcome and safe. Even the lighting was good - warm and not harsh. There is a slight basement-y musty scent but with my essential oils and candles, it didn’t bother me. Kitchen was perfect. This is a great spot if you want your own lil nook on vacation. I immediately rebooked! Love!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The host makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter the home. Home is beautifully appointed, clean & charming! Quiet neighborhood, easy parking & close to everything.

This place is perfect to enjoy the beach and discover Saint-Augustine! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A cozy little apartment with a great sunset view, overlooking the inlet. We enjoyed our stay and our hosts were responsive wen we asked for a cutting board; They left one at our steps on the same day. Our favorite part of the stay was sitting in the backyard and watching the sun go down. The Fish Camp and Iceplant restaurants, nearby were delicious too! Such a beautiful, old neighborhood and city!

Thank you, Whitney, for sharing your home! It was the perfect place to spend quality time with my family. My son and I enjoyed fishing right from the backyard and the location was perfect if we needed to go shopping or walk to the beach. It was so peaceful and relaxing and I highly recommend. Whitney was prompt to respond if I had any question and everything was as expected. Thank you again!

Paola was responsive and respectful. The property was charming and spacious. Also, our teens loved that there were two kitchens and two hang out areas. Also, the beach access was perfect,

I have never had a harder time leaving a rental home than I did when we had to say goodbye to this one. Between the charm and comfort of the house and the beautiful setting, our family had a truly magical stay. We were mesmerized by the marsh and the wildlife, birds, etc. We had an incredible time paddleboarding the marsh right from the home's dock during times of the day of higher tide. The house has fantastic decor, space, and comfortable beds and furniture. Everything about the property is lovely. What a great location to explore St Augustine, which is our favorite town in Florida, and the surrounding area. It was so nice to have a quiet, peaceful haven to call home base for the week. Thank you again Patricia for sharing this heavenly place!

We had a fantastic time staying at Paul and Natalie's home. They were super responsive and very kind. The house was beautiful and clean, exactly what was in the description. Tons of dishes and pots and pans, plenty of laundry detergents and fabric softener available (which was nice) Surrounding areas were peaceful and quiet (we got to see dolphins coming down the canal that is behind the house. brother-in-law, husband and nephew-in-lae was in heaven with being able to fish right out the back door. We had to cut our trip a day short due to severe weather coming through but that was okay, we definitely want to come back sooo...another trip is in order. 😉 Thank you!!!!

My husband and I took our 14 year old grandson on a mini vacation to fish. We were accompanied with my elderly parents. This place is absolutely wonderful. We spend so much time outside on the covered dock. Even in the evenings, my husband and grandson would fish until after 11:00 PM as there are lights on the dock. We caught some really big fish too. The house was also very comfortable with everything you need included in the kitchen. We brought food with us with the intentions of eating dinner out each evening. We were having so much fun that we decided to stay in (and not dine out with the exception of one evening.) This place is good for ALL ages. Thank you Dori and John for your rapid response anytime we had questions (before and after we checked in!!) We highly recommend this place.

Extraordinary and special property! Beautifully positioned at the foot of the bridge from St Augustine— felt very peaceful, but could not be more conveniently located. Stunning vista, to enjoy from sunrise to sunset. Immediately adjacent to the water, for views of the water and skyline that could not be beat. Home was very clean and nicely appointed. Central living and dining are were convenient. Master bath/shower very updated and spacious. Furnishings were comfortable and stylish. Easy parking in driveway. Neighborhood felt very safe. A slice of heaven. We would definitely stay again!

Things I loved at Carla's: *The view is beautiful! Deer and birds in the morning were wonderful. *Access to downtown and beaches was easy. *I felt safe and the condo is on the end so it was private. *I appreciated how she has everything you need for a beach day!! Cooler, chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.

I had an amazing time! The Condo was fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen 💕 the views were stunning and the pool was relaxing. Perfect location.

We highly recommend Marty‘s place. It had an ocean view, and we enjoyed watching the sunrises and hearing the waves crashing on the beach. Overall, the building was quiet in the pool and pool area were very clean. The only negatives were not enough towels and beach towels we’re not provided or made available at the pool. A trip to Walmart remedied the situation.

We loved our stay here! Right on the beach with a private access. Be aware if you’re traveling during the holidays, the traffic is bad but that’s anywhere around the world at this time!

Place was well stocked with appliances and items needed for the stay. Would absolutely book again.

We have stayed in Chris' condo for 4 years..enjoyed very stay . condo is equipped with everything you could need or want ...always clean and filled with owner pride...view from balcony is second to none..over these years we have noticed the entire complex has been well maintained..close to St Augustine historic area..they fire the cannons on weekends!..and outlet mall...enjoy eating at seafood kitchen..get the seafood platter for 2! ..good communication and Chris is always quick to respond..thanks Chris for letting us stay in your condo ..or your little piece or paradise...

The beach is magnificent and a quick walk away. Comfortable living room great for conversation. Had a slight lock out situation which was handled with a quick phone call. This is a very nice condo. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. Truly appreciate how easy to reach and responsive Courtney was when I locked myself out. Oooops. Definitely stay here.

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.
