This was our 2nd time back, it was truly fantastic. It was perfect for a Valentine’s Day getaway where we could unplug without having to completely “unplug”. It was so peaceful and beautiful, even with the cold weather outside.

hosts were very welcoming and friendly. the cabin was amazing and very private. a perfect getaway with a backwoods feel. the bed is comfortable and was very warm despite the cold weather. would book here again!

Beautiful home and amazing property! The house is incredible, and we especially enjoyed the views, peace, and quiet. When we had a minor problem related to the extreme cold, Rebekah responded immediately and came over to fix it within the hour even though it was right before the holiday. She was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We definitely recommend and will be staying here again whenever we are in the area!

Would highly recommend! A very spacious spot with lots of activities and lovely surroundings. The place is very cozy with the wood burning stove and plethora of candles. Annette was very pleasant, responsive and accommodating! We had a great time playing with her dogs in the snow. We will be back!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable old stone farmhouse but with modern finishing and amenities. My kids particularly loved the hot tub and we had fun tootling around the local town. Only minutes away from Picton and Bloomfield among others so very convenient location.

Fantastic property with the back fields. Our dogs had a blast. Some fantastic options for food around. Had an unexpected issue during our stay that is out of their control. They were very responsive and reasonable to communicate with. Will still come back and certainly recommend to others.

Our stay at the Schoolhouse was perfect! Ingrid is an incredible Airbnb host. She's invested and proactive in making your stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The Schoolhouse is immaculate and well-designed, but Ingrid also pays close attention to smaller details that enhance your stay. We loved the freshly baked bread, farm-fresh eggs, and chopped wood (for the outdoor firepit). She also provided us with endless recommendations for local restaurants and hiking trails, all within short driving distance. If you're looking for a cozy and intimate little getaway, we highly recommend it! Inside the Airbnb, you'll find loads of blankets, Netflix, a fully functional kitchen, board games, and an electric fireplace. Outside, it's located on a fully functional farm, where you can enjoy a cozy firepit and make friends with some adorable farm animals. Everything about our stay was smooth and seamless too. My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming tiny home in Port Colborne, and I couldn’t have been more delighted with the experience! The location is perfect, nestled in a peaceful area yet close to all the essential attractions, including the stunning waterfront and local parks. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail. The tiny home is thoughtfully designed, with every space used efficiently. Despite its compact size, it felt cozy and inviting, with all the modern amenities you'd need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The tiny home has a small deck where you can enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening, surrounded by the tranquility of nature. Overall, this tiny home was the perfect getaway for a peaceful, private retreat. It exceeded all expectations, highly recommended.

We were very impressed with Tim & Katie. They always responded quickly to our questions before our arrival and were very accommodating about our two medium dogs. The place was very clean and homey, and had plenty of amenities that we didn't realize we would need. They even had an extra dog dish, which was great because we forgot their water bowl! We already had arrangements to stay in May for RIT's graduation, and we're so glad we get to go back. Thank you, Tim & Katie -- we wish we had found your place years ago!

Although we had a short stay, John's place was perfect. It was well heated when we got in. The area is quiet and so pretty, the tiny house was super clean and the bed was insanely comfortable. John was so helpful to us and the situation we were in - which was so considerate. I would highly recommend staying here, especially for the cost!

We really enjoyed our stay. We live in the country so it was very much like home. The restoration Katie and Nick have done of a 200+ year old house was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The memorabilia and historical items were interesting to go through. The property has more to do outside that we weren’t able to take advantage of due to time of year and weather. Our little adventure included winery visits, shopping and fine food. The farmhouse was always a comfort to return to at the end of each day. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Cheers

Very peaceful, looked exactly like thr pictures. This was my first time using air bnb for a quick vacation, and it was perfect! Ann was very friendly and responsive and the place was beautiful, clean, everything was very clear and perfect! Will definitely have to visit again! the cats were so cute, the hot tub was relaxing, and the night sky stars were beautiful with the morning sunrise. would definitely recommend!

We’ve a had a great stay at this place, it is very stylishly decorated and located in the peaceful private neighborhood, overlooking a beautiful vineyard. I can only imagine how gorgeous it is in the summer. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, so we felt right at home.

Another fantastic stay as always. From the time you book it until the time you leave, there's constant communication. The place is absolutely fantastic. If you're anywhere in the area and you want an outstanding place with a fantastic host, I highly recommend. Karen went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very gracious and letting us stay a few extra hours for a late checkout due to some terrible weather conditions.. We will definitely be back and highly recommended to anyone.

I will continue coming back to Stephanie’s place! The hosts are kind, responsive, and friendly. They have gone the extra mile numerous times to help our stay be memorable. There were fresh flowers in the house for us when we arrived, and they even introduced us to their baby lamb that was born in their barn while we were there!

Jim and Cheryl were fantastic. We rolled in from Toronto late. The conditions were rough. When we arrived, they greeted us with big smiles and a bug furry friend. they helped us get acquainted with our 1st off grid experience. the vistas were majestic. when we were ready to set sail, Jim went to work [after tending to the farms animals > real] and plowed us out of all the drifts formed overnight. the outdoor tubs were very cool. a first for us. 10 stars

Lori & Darren's place was perfect for our family trip to Niagara. The old farmhouse is spacious and comfortable and we felt like we were at home right away. The kitchen is well-equipped with quality equipment. The dining room is comfortable both for eating and playing games. The beds are comfy and the bathroom was spotless with a huge walk-in shower. The house is only minutes from the Niagara Parkway and a short drive to Niagara Falls, Queenston, and Niagara on the Lake. The backyard looked spectacular for outside dining and campfires but it was under a foot of snow when we were there. Communication with the hosts was easy and timely. Darren was at the house shoveling snow when we arrived and was very friendly and easygoing. We look forward to returning in the summer to hike the trails at the Niagara Gorge. Thanks Lori & Darren!

I stayed here with my girlfriend for one night and we felt so at home! We enjoyed the hot tub during the winter storm and spent time playing some of the board games. The complimentary snacks and coffee was a nice addition and the bed was super comfy and having Netflix was awesome. Check in was contactless and very quick. Could not be more satisfied, we will definitely be back for another getaway, for the price it’s everything we wanted to be and more. Could not recommend this place more!

We had such a great time at Ken's place! The three kids had so much fun exploring a big beautiful house. The space was so nice and accommodating to our needs. Ken was super helpful sending recommendations and was great to communicate with. We really enjoyed our time here!

Bruce’s place was perfect for our family of 4 over Christmas holidays! He even set up a tree! We had lots of space in the house, and the basement was amazing! We had lots of fun with the ping pong table! Bruce was very responsive and helpful, and sent someone over immediately to shovel and salt when we had some snow. This place was perfect, and we hope to stay again!

Beautiful, private space with an incredible view. Ron is very communicative and kind. I wish I could have stayed longer!
