The space is very good, the neighborhood is quiet and there are many amenities around. If I return to St. Peters in the future, I would definitely like to return to the space.

For being a studio it definitely is bigger and more spacious than any studio I seen or stayed in before. Would highly recommend and stay again

We liked the secure parking lot and building. The unit was very clean and nice. The host was responsive and helpful. The location was great and an easy drive from our family in St. Louis. We would recommend it as a great place to stay.

Even though we travelled to St. Louis for work, Tyson’s airbnb made us feel like we were on vacation. The building is brand new and well made. The amenities (gym and yoga room) were top notch. We were woken up by the next door neighbor’s alarm at 5:30am but that’s typical for apartment buildings nowadays. We paid for the garage parking and it made for easy access and loading. The bed was super spacious and comfortable. The ceilings are very high and the kitchen is well stocked, even with a rice cooker! We highly recommend!

My wife and I absolutely loved our experience! Eugenia was very sweet and met us at the front door with a smile. It was very clean and plenty of space! Parking was secure with a gate. Walking distance to everything and we had the best time cruising around downtown on the lime motorized scooters and drove them right up to Ballpark Village! Born end raised in St. Louis and worked at 901 Washington for 4 years as mail clerk at the Bank of St.louis until leaving for college. It was so nostalgic for me and my wife of Detroit MI loved it as well. We were elated with the decor both in the oversized lobby and our unit. They spared no expense on our comfort. We stay again in a heartbeat. We've loved old restored housing since our young adulthood. Our first apartment was at 5560 Waterman̈ owned by Lipþon̈ Realty in 1973 just before the central Westend restoration period. It is so good to see vibrant downtown again and know that Barsala is a part in it, thank you for your hospitality.

Comfy home for a family looking to spend a few days out here. Location is also very convenient to the airport! Very lovely home!

Cute house! We had everything we needed for a great stay. Love the wood floors, 1930ish doors. Close to the river and shopping. Kim was very responsive, great communication. We will be renting again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful! Can see the arch through the master bedroom!!!!! Location was perfect! The most we had to drive was 15 min! We traveled with our 2 little boys (1 and 4) we felt right at home, almost like it was own home. Hosts were responsive even when we had a late night question. Here's what we were in 10min or less of that we did with our kids: Arch City museum Zoo Ferris wheel Botanical Gardens The Hill Enterprise stadium Aquarium My husband went on the Budweiser tour It was amazing! We have never stayed in a better air b and b all beds were comfy but the basement bed is the BEST! Washer and drier were clutch dishwasher worked great. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Easy to navigate, even in the dark. My husband and I went to a Blues game with our 4 year old and my mother-in-law felt safe staying at the home with the one year old alone. Don't pass this place up!!!!!

We stayed 2 nights; in town for a niece’s wedding. We found everything to our liking. To list just a few: Beautiful kitchen, Keurig with a variety of coffee pods. Fluffy towels. Nice furniture. Big TV, with a fluffy blanket on the large couch. Good mattresses with nice bedding. A well-equipped workout room. Seating areas in the front snd back yards.

This was my 1st time using Airbnb and I was very happy. I booked very late the night before (last minute plans) and he responded quickly to my booking. I had additional questions and his responses were quick and easy to understand. The house was very nice, clean, and had additional items to make it more comfortable and feel like home. It is a wonderful home and he's a great host. Thank you for everything!

Karissa’s place was a fantastic location. You’re in The Hill of St. Louis which has many Italian restaurants and cafes. It was so cool. We walked to a pizza place and to a cafe. It was a quick drive to the city museum. She has all the amenities you would need and plenty of spaces for kids or adults to sleep. The hot tub was super nice too. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Great place to stay! Very clean and had anything you needed there. He was very good at responding when I had questions and very polite. Comfortable beds and felt right at home and comfortable!
