Louis and his property really started my wife’s birthday celebration weekend off on the right foot. After an intense adventure at the connecting airport, our nerves were remedied by our first step into their property. Louis/Wife had gone out of their way to add additional “Southern hospitality” accessories, livening up our first impression immediately. Their above and beyond effort continued to brightly color the rest of our experience as we discovered a well prepared, considerate and thoughtfully stocked property to use as our home base for our New Orleans weekend. The location is 10/10 as we could easily walk to the trolley for public Transit. Please consider staying here as it is an incredibly nice alternative than a hotel.

We stayed over a week in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. The home was perfect for the two of us and we walked to the parades and met with friends in Uptown. We found it very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. It's a little off the main parade routes but not too far of a walk to Magazine. It's close to the Winn-Dixie, Wholefoods, restaurants, and bars. Tucks stages down the street and at the Winn-Dixie so it was a short walk to see the groups marching in the parade. If you don't mind the bus, there is a stop right in front that will take you down Magazine and onto Canal street and back. Very convenient!

We enjoyed our stay here when we were in town for a wedding! Excellent location right near magazine st and all the bars and restaurants it has to offer. Brian was very communicative and it was easy to check in and out. Defintiely would recommend staying here!

Amazing place with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Loved the whole atmosphere, especially the foyer with the crystal chandelier and exotic jungle and birds wallpaper. Thanks again for everything!

Perfect location, plenty of space, and quiet.

I have stayed at many airbnbs and this was one of my favorites. We stayed with our 3 kids under 5 and we felt right at home. Walking to the nearby coffee shops and the saint charles street car was super easy and very beautiful. The Azeleas were blooming and all the houses around are beautiful. We felt very safe and thought this was the best location from a time we came 2 years ago. We ate dinner at Superior seafood one night and it was delicious and a quick walk. One night Lori made me a delicious cocktail because she saw me with all 3 of the kids and could tell it had been a long day on the french quarter. She was so accommodating and sweet! Would love to stay here again next time and will tell my friends! Thanks again Lori! The kids love the stuff animals you passed along and kept saying how kind you were.

I really enjoyed my time at Maxie and Lydia's place! I appreciated that it's set apart just a bit from most of the hotels and tourists around Canal St while still being extremely accessible and close to everything else. While the streetcar line does run in front of the apartment, the bedroom is well insulated from the sound (in addition to people on the street) - just remember to bring earplugs, headphones, or a sound machine for nighttime if you're sensitive to noise. It's a wonderful space that's tucked away from the main hustle and bustle!

Had a great time staying here. I was there during the week and felt that it was quiet and dark enough that I didn’t have any trouble sleeping. very pleased.

Such a responsive host, wonderful accommodations, private fenced in back yard for pets, easy access to Baton Rouge & New Orleans.

This was my second time staying here and it was nice and I will stay here again and again.

This Airbnb was really nice. The neighborhood is clean & peaceful. It felt really safe. I had no issues with people next door. There are a lot of stores & food nearby. Popeyes is literally right across the street. It is very spacious inside & looks just like the pictures. I would definitely stay here again when I visit!

This is a very nice home that is well cared for and loved. The kitchen was awesome. If you love to cook, this is your place. Plenty of seating for a big family, HUGE TV for all the guys to drool over. Great games and tennis table. Backyard was peaceful and comfy. The location was centrally located. The downstairs bathroom was amazing! Bryan is a nice host who responds quickly. The home is pretty well stocked with some drinks and paper goods. Overall, I’d stay here again!

Great place for our group. We were in town working on a upcoming family reunion and our committee was comfortable with these accommodations. The home looked like the pictures and was easy to find. We like the area and love how close it is to the airport for our departure back home. Although we didn't need much, Champagne's communication was great.

Very nice home and am planning on booking again. Very clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Easy access to everything in New Orleans and surrounding areas. Well worth staying here!

Great place. Very spacious and clean, quiet neighborhood, Righth by the water. Loved the Seafood Pot, went twice!

Brad's apartment is roomy and close to the the French Quarter and streetcar stop. Brad answered my questions promptly and provided clear information. My stay was very smooth and enjoyable.

This place is in a great location- walking distance to restaurants, bars, live music, and parade routes. You won't need a car if you'll be mostly in the garden district and French Quarter. Easy walking and plenty of Uber/ Lyfts/ taxis. The beds were comfortable. Two of the rooms did not have windows so they were especially quiet and dark (if that's what you want after being out too late).

We stayed at Gigi’s place for a Mardi Gras trip and couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were right in the heart of all the action with our own balcony to retreat to whenever we wanted! Plenty of restaurants and shops, and the streetcar picks up right outside. Gigi and David were very responsive and were even able to provide recommendations on where we could park our car for free during the parades. This is a stay that’s worth every penny!

Brad was a great host. Communication was great, all questions were answered fast. The condo was very clean and neat, the instuctions for check in and out were detailed, concise and well communucated. The location was great! We were able to park our vehicle and walk to everywhere/everything we wanted to go do and see Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at Godfrey‘s place several times and will continue to do so. The condo is very clean and Godfrey is a cordial and very responsive host. The neighborhood is very walkable with several great restaurants and friendly neighborhood bars. The building itself is clean, quiet, and has several great amenities for those who wish to partake.

Exceptional apartment with a great layout for two couples and everything you need to relax and feel at home. Location was superb and close enough to walk to the French Quarter and downtown. Very quiet spot and we would most definitely recommend to others.

We had a great stay! The space was quiet and super walkable to the French Quarter along with the Central Business District. Patricia was also great and gave us an earlier check-in and later check-out!
