This home was one of the BEST Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in! Extremely clean, sooo comfortable, very spacious, and just perfect! Doreen is an AMAZING host! She was able to accommodate our early check in, and with the unexpected snow, they shoveled the driveway and walk way for us! Communication was great, the home was huge and beautiful. I cant say enough, that this home was super CLEAN! Right on the lake with amazing views! The 4 full bathrooms made this home perfect for our group of 5 adults. We want to stay here every time we are in michigan. You wont regret renting this home!! Oh and the fireplace made the home nice and cozy!!

Henry and April were an amazing host, they were super respectful and responsive. They were flexible and helpful for checking in as we had to check in a bit earlier due to winter storms. Whenever we had a any questions or help they were there quickly. The view and area was beautiful even in the winter and we enjoyed being there. Will definitely visit again in summer time.

Clear instructions were given at check-in. A binder with restaurants was given to us during our stay. Her home was beautiful and spotless. Extra supplies was provided. The view was stunning, even in colder weather. We were able to catch a sunrise over the water and watch the supply boat go by. It was amazing. 2 local towns were within driving distance and easy to access for food and supplies. Locals were extremely nice people. We would recommend this place to friends and family. We enjoyed a few days at Troy’s lake house. Contacted Troy about the Heat not being on but with a flip of a switch it warmed right up. Troy was very responsive during our stay. We will be back to enjoy in the warm weather!

Everything was absolutely beautiful, even when visiting during the winter and having the lake frozen over. The host was very responsive and communicated everything early to allow for a smooth check-in and check-out. Large windows to take in the views and great kitchen amenities. I am definitely planning on returning in the summer and recommending to everyone! Absolutely amazing experience

Lisa has made a beautiful little getaway in the small town of Leamington! Their family was always friendly and very welcoming. Access to the park across the street and beautiful short walk to beach was so convenient and made the area feel more private as well. So relaxing and had everything you needed. It was a perfect getaway spot and I would highly recommend!

Excellent communication. Great location. Excellent parking. Very clean. Located on the quieter side which was great. One minute walk to south beach which was very quiet and nice. Ten minute walk to main strip, excellent shopping, restaurants and beach.

This is a basement apartment Airbnb, which I usually try to avoid, as we have experienced a basement Airbnb where we could hear every word the owners above us were saying. But this basement Airbnb we could not hear anything above us, so it was private. There is a soaking tub/shower with a rain shower shower head. The tub/shower, being a soaking tub, is high to get in and out of. But it has excellent water pressure. The bathroom is not right next to the bedrooms. We always bring our own nightlights in case this is the case. So, with the tall tub and bathroom not near the main bedroom, I am not sure I would recommend it for older people such as ourselves, but for a younger person, it would be perfect.

Enjoyed our time in the area. I'm from the lake area and enjoyed being centrally located to friends and family. Its a quiet location for the most part. Commonly refered to as a carriage house, located over the garage, you do here conversations and comings and goings of people adjacent to the property. We found everything we needed in the apartment. Bed was firm. which we enjoy, very cofortable. Linens were nice and served our stay well. Heating and cooling worked well and there was ample hot water. It takes a bit to reach the upstairs, but once it does, the pressure is good. Be aware that the stairway up is quite steep...may not be suitable for some. There are hand rails and a light in the stairway. There are a number of restaurants in the area...M29 diner is a favorite and Marine City Fish Company just up the river is also one of our area favorites. We would maybe stay here again if in the area, but think we prefer fully private dwellings.

Olivia’s place was perfect for us. It was 4min to the arena where we were watching a hockey tournament. There is a convenience store and diner on the same block. Perfect for our needs. The unit is comfortable, we had everything we needed. Beautiful view. Many thanks.

very quick to respond. They remembered a promised DVD player was not there, offered to bring one the next day, but ordered one and had it delivered by 0800. Very welcoming home for a winter getaway of 4 friends. seating area nice for movie and Lions game watching. Plenty of VERY HOT water, for 4 showers! Bedrooms all upstairs as is the main bath. canal out the backside. ONLY NEGATIVE is the parking across the road. (the road is JUST beyond the front door) unloading and loading a little challenge, but doable. Definitely a comfortable home and great stay for a friend getaway.

This place is perfect for a small family. The view is wonderful and is in close proximity to Point Pelee National Park. Everything was clean and tidy and stocked with all equipment needed. We visited in winter and would love to see it again in another season!

The place was amazing, it was cozy and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Melissa is wonderful, always responsive nd friendly. If someone is planning for a cozy and comfortable stay this is the perfect place. We will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful place, great location and fabulous setting in the woods close to the beach. Host was very helpful and great communication. Place was as described even bigger than we imagined and lots of games and activities for a snowy weekend. Loved it and will be back for sure.

Great cottage! Perfect for a family getaway. We enjoyed the beautiful beach which was a short walk away and the lovely yard. We had several bonfires and enjoyed the cozy cottage environment. Wonderful stay!

This is a great cottage with a fantastic view! Lots of room, comfortable with well appointed with modern furniture and appliances. Anita is a terrific host! If you’re looking for a vacation spot in this area, any time of the year, absolutely choose this place. 10/10

Can’t say enough about this beautiful cottage! It was beautiful, super clean and lots of fun!! The views were absolutely breathtaking taking…no words! The cottage was equipped with everything needed while we were there, it was literally spotless inside and out! We visited the beautiful beach which we had to ourselves and took a nice little drive into Amherstburg which was also a cute little town! We brought our dog with us and he LOVED the cottage and surrounding area!! We highly recommend and would DEFINITELY return to Lucas’ cottage! Thank you for having us! ❤️
