Nice little space, big enough for me and my two large dogs. Very nice and quiet neighborhood, there was a really nice walking trail (Engelmann Farm Park) about a 5 minute walk from the Airbnb that I was able to take my dogs on. The yard was also great for setting up a picnic blanket and hanging out outside. The hosts seem very nice and pleasant and gave very clear instructions and recommendations for around the neighborhood, although I never had any issues they seemed like they would be very responsive. I do think it's a little expensive for what it is, however I enjoyed my stay regardless and would come again if needed!

This was the perfect place for our family get together with lots play space for our toddlers and kids and plenty of dining and relaxing space for everyone. Also a very responsive and flexible host

Four college friends stayed at this space through a long reunion weekend and loved it. The home was clean, easy to access and wonderfully furnished. We consistently complimented (if only to ourselves) how clean and well-appointed it was and how beautiful the interior. Thank you for allowing us to stay- we hope to return!

Brandon was very responsive throughout our stay. The house has gorgeous architectural features and the photos on the listing are well representative of the property. It provided ample space for our group of 13 at a fair price. The location requires some consideration - it's next to an abandoned property and occasionally had loud people in the alley or those experiencing housing instability rifling through the dumpsters looking for items that might be reusable. While we never felt unsafe due to the 6-foot fence and gate, which needs some minor repairs, we kept closer watch on our younger children. We noted Brandon uses the property across the alley for Airbnb purposes as well. Inside, the house is warm but needs some refreshing - interior paint updates and repairs to broken chair legs in the main area would improve the experience. Outdoors, minor repairs on furniture there would add value. Overall, the spaciousness and value made it work well for our large group.

We arrived after dark and no light was left on to illuminate the house number. All houses on the street are similar which made it hard to locate. Other than this and no parking in front of the rental, it was perfect for an overnight stay. Clean, free of clutter, close to the interstate and Erik is wonderful!

We stayed here the night before my daughter‘s wedding. It was a great location for her and a few of the bridesmaids. Super cute place! Very close to many activities in Waterloo. Would recommend staying here.

Demi was an amazing host to work with. She was accommodating and helpful with recommendations for places to go in the area. She responded quickly and gave thorough instructions, and made sure I had everything I needed and then some. Her location was clean, peaceful, and nicely decorated. I hope to stay at one of her locations again in the future.

Great location, close to local amenities with good recommendations for local spots. The space was comfortable and very pretty looking out the windows into the trees. I didn't use the kitchen much, but it was well stocked. The bed and floors are squeaky, but it's an old house so the floors are to be expected. Located in a very nice neighborhood for walking. Daniel has an interesting collection of books, I wish I had some more free time while I was there to page through some of them. Overall a very nice stay with no issues.

The place was up to date, clean, and very quiet. The couch was comfortable enough to sleep on. Lots of things you can walk to, and plenty of parking to choose from. There is a lot in the back as well as street parking in the front. The place was up to date and modern. The kitchen is fully furnished with pots and pans, dishes to utilize which is helpful.

My family of 6 had a wonderful time staying at this house in Saint Louis. Standouts were: safe neighborhood, fairly quiet at night, close to parks. A few small touches were not quite right, and the interior has seen some aging, but these are not enough to lower my 5 star rating. This is a safe, functional, and budget-friendly home. Chris was very prompt in the questions I had, and he cares about his guests.

We (5 guys in mid 30s) stayed here for the MVC basketball tournament and it was perfect! Hosts were extremely accommodating of travel schedules and responsive to any questions. Plenty of beds in the unit. Pullout couch was comfortable as well! Location was extremely walkable to the Enterprise Center and Ballpark village (and the soccer field is literally across the street!), so would certainly recommend for a sports getaway. Some reviews discussed the noise from night club next door - i believe it is closed now, so that was a non factor. There was a nightclub about a block or so away that we heard a bit Saturday night, but it wasn’t a concern or an issue at all. For families or young kids the noise from the street Sat night might be a problem, but it wasn’t an issue at all for us. Saw noise machines and fans in each room but we didn’t need them. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place was very nice and cute! Great location and so close to a ton of activities. Parking was also surprisingly easily available and not completely packed like a lot of streets in the area.

Great loft! Very close to downtown, easy to walk to the attractions there, restaurants, and all the sporting venues. Short drive to Forest Park, St Louis University, and Grand Avenue arts & theater area. Only problem was this is a loft, so if a neighbor is having a party, you may hear it. That said, Chris contacted the neighbor to see if we could get the volume down. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Chris is a great host! Proactive, friendly, and very responsive.

Awesome little airbnb perfect for 2 people and their pets! Everything was clean and comfortable - it was easy to find and easy to get in. Parking was easy with a spot usually available right in front of the unit. Quiet neighborhood - even on mardi gras weekend! Would recommend!

Great spot in a peaceful neighborhood. People were out walking with dogs and strollers, so never felt unsafe.

Loved our stay! Perfect location- right next to the park and the botanical gardens. Place was wonderful- just like pictures. Comfy bed and linens, very clean. Loved the coffee, and all the details. Even the little electronic candles were helpful. Great little backyard for the pup. Would return!

Jennifer’s place was perfect for my sister and I. We stayed two nights while in town for a concert. Everything about the place was great. The kitchen was fully supplied for cooking, with plenty of coffee pods and creamers, condiments and other essentials like storage bags, dish soap. Dishes and utensils were nice quality. The living room has a really comfortable couch and two recliners. The entire property was tastefully decorated making it super comfortable to hang out on our down time. Everything was as pictured and described. I would definitely stay again.

This is a great spot, the place was very comfortable and well appointed. Location is very convenient and street side parking was not hard to come by. It’s good to know that the stairs are a little steep to get to the bedrooms, but nothing unmanageable. Highly recommend.
