We were all very happy with the unit and communication with Katie and Aaron. It was a wonderful time in Port St Joe with family members. The grounds were well kept and clean. The pool and hot tub temps were perfect. The referrals that Katie and Aaron supplied us with were very helpful and we enjoyed great food while we were there. We would definitely rent from them again! Thanks so much!!!

Out of all of the places we have stayed this has by far been our favorite. It was exactly as described, cozy, relaxing, spacious for the whole family and close to the beach. Very family oriented. Zach was by far the best host we have ever had. He was very informative and responded quickly. We will stay here again in the future!!!!!

This place was a DREAM! You know when you're at the beach and you see some condos and you think, "I wish I was staying there..." THIS IS THAT PLACE! My kids AND my husband were pumped that it had a Monopoly theme so of course, we played. :) This place is super charming...also, everything you need is there...we didn't buy charcoal or even a lighter. Kitchen stocked great, excellent spot for the kids to hang out...and this condo is right in the middle of everything...walk everywhere! Yay! My boy played basketball every day (30 steps from the condo) grocery 3-4 minute walk, the lighthouse, the shopping, the food, I parked when we got there and never got in my car again! Note, if you have an electric car there is a spot to charge less than1/4 mile walk at the buccaneer inn. My husband drove separate, EV no problem! We had a great time! It was clean and perfect and right on the beach, the BEST!

The home was very spacious and was more than enough space for my family of 10. Everything looked as described and the surroundings were beautiful. The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes and the view was amazing from both balconies. There was sort of a game room included but you have to choose between parking your car in the garage and having the game room set up so we had to move the car a few times to play pool. Also, it’s a bit of a drive to get to a grocery store and family activities but overall we loved it and would stay again if welcomed. The host was very quick to respond and gave us options of plenty things to do.

Sara checked in daily and made sure our stay was perfect. Fantastic views and house had everything it needed. Will definitely be back. Sara went as far to help us get a jacket returned to us that was left on accident by one of our guest. Grade A service & stay.

Great place on the ocean. Plenty of outside seating areas for sun and shade. Saw dolphins almost every day. Grandkids loved the pool, hot tub and swimming in the ocean. We enjoyed the foosball and ping pong tables and other outside games on the premises. Livia was very responsive to our questions. It was a great week!

We had a blast! Their were 11 of us (mostly kids) and we didn’t feel squished at all. The place was very nice and the pool area was as well. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all and overall the whole place felt very safe! I especially like the mother-in-law suite. It was perfect for the older kids to get away from the younger ones for just a bit. The video game, ping pong table and bikes were a big hit. We enjoyed Windmark Beach but especially enjoyed being close enough to Cape San Blas that we went twice a day! Chris and Hanna were extremely cordial and thorough in all our communications which made our stay so much easier. Overall we had a great visit, made great memories, enjoyed ourselves and are already planning our next stay.
