Gary was incredibly responsive and made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and felt at home. We had a concern with the outdoor fireplace not lighting and he had it looked at that same night and arranged to have a part replaced the next day. He has a beautiful home and it is cozy and inviting. Our family of 7 made meals and enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and available storage. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay at the Southern Retreat!! It was the perfect location to the pool and the ball fields as well as restaurants, etc. The home was very clean and comfortable. Our family of 8 all had a place to sleep and the kitchen is very well set up and quite large. Thank you for a great weekend!

Good location for our needs, was clean, dish washer and clothes washer/ dryer worked for us. There were plenty of pillows, towels and extra sheets if needed. Ground level was nice. Kids especially enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub at the club house. Thank you!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family. The unit was close to the pool and clubhouse and was a perfect place to relax between swimming and exploring the amazing sites around St. George. Highly recommend!

Jill’s place is a great fit for our group of four adults. Clean and comfortable. It’s located in the second floor of the building. And there is another unit on the third floor. It could be loud but it was still ok for us. We used the kitchen to make simple meals and had the utensils we needed. Location is great for our adventures in Zion NP and Bryce Canyon. It’s reasonable driving distance to shops and restaurants. We used the pool, hot tubs and pickleball court. They close at 9 PM wish it’s later especially for hot tub. - but it’s the community rules not her. Jill is very quick in responding our text, when we had questions.

Awesome place! Everything you need for a family was available(cookware, lots of beds, washer/dryer, etc). Swimming pool location in walking distance. Lots of activities close by. Definitely will stay again in the future if available.

Beautiful resort! Kids loved the pools and slide. Very fun place for families. Condo is spacious; the design is very private with outdoor space. Perfect place to relax and great location to lots of attractions.

This was our first time using a Air BNB. We loved it. We stayed a month and other than having to buy a couple of things for kitchen, we had all we needed. Easy to get to main roads from this location. Tia was such a friendly host. Zero complaints!

I am a traveling RN and only stayed at the house when I was sleeping, but I LOVED the giant tub & everything was very clean and it had a lot of extra amenities that were helpful. I was able to wash my scrubs while I was there and the fridge had lots of condiments. Great little place in easy to get to location! It has everything you would need!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the activities and pool at the clubhouse. We would stay here again!

GREAT PLACE! You will not miss home while staying at this house -- perfectly clean, kitchen is well stocked, reclining leather sofas are super comfy, and even had fun games and pickleball racket/balls for us to use at the court right across the house. The host was very responsive, and I always appreciate a flexible self check-in with a code. I loved how tucked away and peaceful the neighborhood was, but we were still very close to everything else (most restaurants ~10 min drive, the nearest large grocery store ~5 min drive). Would come back again.

I liked that there was 2 swimming pools, 1 family and 1 adult lap pool. I enjoy swimming and the lap pool was perfect. We loved the private garage use, very easy access. Jocelyn is a very good communication response I will recommend Jocelyn's Airbnb.

Our stay was fine as we didn’t spend much time in the condo, mostly just for sleep. But it is small and a bit cramped, especially with the pull out bed extended. We were missing bedding for the pull out bed, only a flat sheet and two pillows without cases. We made it work, but it would have been nice to have pillow cases, fitted sheet, and some sort of comforter provided when two beds were listed.

This condo was clean, easliy accessible, comfortable, and had all the amenities that we needed. The adult pool and hot tub were very relaxing, and the condo was a short drive to all of the hiking and biking trails in the area. There was even a trail right down the street where my husband was able to mountain bike and I hiked with the dog. It was perfect!

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip and it was perfect for what we needed. The outdoor patio space was nice and peaceful, and the additional amenities, like pool and pickleball courts, were a huge bonus. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in St. George!

We enjoyed our stay in Stephanie's place. It was clean and comfortable for our family to come stay during our soccer tournament. We loved the convenience to the interstate, yet the quietness of the streets around the area.

Great place for our family to stay during spring break! The condo was easy to find, clean and had many bonus perks including pickleball paddles, swim towels, games and patio furniture. We were able to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Diane gave clear instructions and was helpful upon checkin. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 5th stay in the las palmas community, all in different units and all lovely. This place was a standout though- such kind, helpful and responsive hosts! We arrived to a closet full of games and cozy blankets, a spotless, bright, and well-appointed kitchen and beautiful views from the many windows. Would definitely book again!

Dan and May are great and very helpful. second time staying in they're place and love it. they are very quick at answering questions and real helpful,.

The location is great for what we need it for and it has a lot of activities for the family. We start here every time we're in St. George. Good communication and easy instructions.
