awesome location and place! Garage space for bikes worked out awesome, and ground level made it perfect, and views out the back were amazing! Grateful for the opportunity to stay here, I'd stay here again!

Came in for True Grit Mtn Bike Race w/ my son in mid-March. Plenty of space for the two of us. Very clean, used the heated/outdoor pool. Easy drive to town for groceries and restaurants--quick access to Rte 15 and under an hour to Zion Nat'l Park. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay while exploring Zion. It was accurately described and the host was so very helpful with any questions that I had. I would recommend to others coming into the area!

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Had great amenities for cooking. My family loved playing on the chessboard and swimming in the pool. Close enough to all of our desired activites. Only issue was that the mattresses in the top bunks were so high that there was almost no railing left. We couldn't sleep our kids on the top beds for fear of them falling them out while sleeping.

Very big basement with 2 bedrooms. 1 bathroom. Giant kitchen with a living room that included a big couch and a big tv. We had a great stay. We had plenty of towels, the refrigerator was big and had a strong freezer too. Plenty of utensils and cookware in the kitchen. The stove worked fine. Plenty of detergent and dishwasher pods too. Only about 35 min from Zion National Park. Well worth the money to stay here. Would stay here again if I had the opportunity.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids and it was perfect- great location, quiet, and close to Zion and Kolab Canyon (worth going there-no crowds and beautiful). We all loved the pickle ball/ bball court and hot tub of course. We will definitely stay again when we return to Utah.

Jude’s home in Santa Clara was the perfect place to stay. So comfortable, tidy and great location. I appreciated their clear instructions before we arrived and while we were at the home. I will definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful rental property. It is everything that the listing describes and more. It is centrally located in St. George with a beautiful patio (including a fire pit) to enjoy the views. It is in a safe area and close to shopping and activies. The inside is clean and neat with all of the amenities to make you feel right at home. Lots of extras that made the stay nice such as games, a fully stocked laundry room, supplies for outdoor activies, etc. All of the beds and furniture were high quality and comfortable, making it a perfect place to rest and relax. I highly recommend choosing this property.

Casey's place was a great spot for our large group of friends to use as a home base while.we explored the areas mountain biking and climbing. The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for all of us.

Eric’s place was a perfect jumping off point for hiking at Zion. The kitchen was easily one of the best stocked with cookware - even decent knives which is usually rare. The place is super close to a supermarket and good Indian and Mexican options.

My boyfriend and I felt comfortable at the place! It was 30-35 minute drive to Zion. The place overall is perfect for 2 people. The refrigerator is a mini size. So if you do plan on cooking make sure you have enough room for your stuff. Overall, perfect spot to stay at :) Chantelle was a great host too! She gave us some recommendations on food places and places to check out!

I had a really nice week here with my toddler and husband. It feels very spacious and nothing feels too far away. Check in was smooth and the place felt very clean.

This experience was the easiest check in ever. John proactively made us aware of a change to the door code before we arrived on site. Great amenities at this condo. Close to town and shopping but far enough away for nice walks on the numerous bike and walking trails. The view from the balcony was great as described in the listing. The condo was clean and spacious for the two of us. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. Definitely a great place to stay for awesome hikes in Snow Canyon

Perfect for our stay, loved having dinner on the patio, loved playing at the pools even if it was windy and 55’ outside, pools were heated, hot tub warm, pickle ball fun, lap pool was chilly but we still played in it. This is a very family friendly place to camp out for the week.

Great price with lots to do around the condos. Clean and spacious.

We had to cancel at the last minute due to illness. Rachel was accommodating; the cancellation process was straightforward and easy. We hope to return at another time as the property looked very inviting from the pictures.

This was our 5th stay in the las palmas community, all in different units and all lovely. This place was a standout though- such kind, helpful and responsive hosts! We arrived to a closet full of games and cozy blankets, a spotless, bright, and well-appointed kitchen and beautiful views from the many windows. Would definitely book again!

Calvin Todd’s place was truly exceptional. It was serene and beautifully decorated. The access to the pools, beautiful grounds and the spa right next door was wonderful. I enjoyed the hot tub the temperature was just right. Hosts were responsive and very helpful. I will definitely be back!
