We had a wonderful stay and hated to leave. The bed was super comfortable and everything from check in to check out was extremely accommodating and easy. The unit was clean and was close by to everything. It was a great place to stay. Would definitely stay there again if I go back.

Our family of 6 stayed a week, and absolutely loved our stay. The views from the rooftop were stunning especially the sunrise and sunset. We all loved the rooftop pool. The location was perfect and walkable to many restaurant and shops. Aileen and Randy are wonderful hosts and provided great recommendations for restaurants. Aileen was very communicative and great at answering any questions I had. The staff are amazing- we had the most contact with Darwin and Leticia and they are absolutely wonderful. We were well taken care of from having all transportation arranged for us to setting up excursions with Karen. An added plus is that golf carts are right on the property and available to rent. The condo is absolutely stunning - it was the perfect place for our family get together. The location is quiet, peaceful, and remote. Ester, our host, was incredibly communicative and helpful. Gene, the groundskeeper, also helped make the stay flawless. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

The location was great, just a short golf cart ride to town and restaurants. A quick walk to the grocery store. The pool was nice, the bar was very active with retirees enjoying their day and they all were very nice and didn’t mind our kids splashing in the pool. The condo was as super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more.

Gordo was extremely responsive and always had a smile on his face. Location is great, close to the ferry, restaurants and shopping, but far enough way that it was quiet.

We loved our stay at Sal’s place. The unit is a spacious studio with everything you need. The patio is big enough to do yoga on and it faces east overlooking the ocean with the morning sunrise peeking through the palms. Responsive host, which we greatly appreciated. Standout is the location, by far the best area to stay in Caye Caulker - walkable to the ferry (5-10 mins), the Split (5-10 mins) and the tarpon feeding dock (5 min). Superbly situated for great food, too, and you can rent bikes at a number of places nearby. Note that there is only hot water in the shower, but really that doesn’t matter as the water in the kitchen/bath faucet is neither too hot nor too cold. They provide a jug of drinking water as well, and replace as necessary. AC works well and it cools the place off quickly, even when you turn it off while you’re out of the unit. Two ceiling fans add circulation, wifi was good, bed was comfortable enough. Great value. We highly recommend.

Great spot for four adults. This is a little bit of a walk (10 mins) outside of the main town area, but it made for a very quiet and relaxing time when we were there. The beds were very comfortable, AC worked great, and the deck/pool was a wonderful spot to relax. We loved our time at on Caye Caulker and would stay at this spot again.

I was pleasantly surprised about the property, and how attentive the property management people were. From the day I booked until I left for my flight to go home after my vacation. They were there for my every need. Arranging pick up times as well as offering suggestions for things to do. They are extremely knowledgeable about the area. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The property itself is amazing with beautiful views of the reef. I do travel the world, and this was probably one of the most interactive friendly encounter, I have with any property management company. Industry should really take a look at how these people run a property and make it a gold standard.
