Was a great place to stay for two people. Felt secluded out on the deck at night with all the plants and trees. The bed is extremely comfy and big. Very nice having ac at night and the full kitchen is great if you feel like cooking your own meal once and awhile. I’ll def be looking to stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim's place. She was super responsive leading up to our trip and until our departure with any questions or needs that we had. The place is larger than appears in the pictures and my family of four had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our leisure time at the Airbnb. We had great views from our balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. Kim also provided recommendations as to local activities that were occurring (since we were there during St Patrick's Day) which we attended. We were glad to have access to the beach supplies--the snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach cooler, and towels. Will stay here again on future trips.

Brittany and Robert were amazing hosts. They answered all of our questions quickly and even reached out to us to warn us of a storm coming through. The location was exactly what we wanted.. quiet and private. We spent very night and morning on the screened in porch.

Lovely condo with comfortable king beds/private baths and beautiful views of the bay from the living room, one bedroom and covered porch. Beautiful landscaping. Nice snorkeling right from the beach which is steps away. We were married on the beach during our stay and it could not have been a more perfect location!! Stayed in the condo with 2 other couples and everyone had as much privacy as they wanted. Steps to the beach with 2 eateries……..one a beach bar/bistro and the other upscale restaurant. 15 minute taxi ride to Red Hook for a 20 minute ferry ride to St. John which should not be missed. Looking forward to returning to Staci’s condo again!! Thank you, Staci !!

This was more than we could have asked for. Studio apartment with a kitchenette, a big comfy bed, and clean bathroom with fresh towels. there's also a full bbq, washer and dryer, and a pool. That being said we came for the view from the patio, and it did not disappoint, I cannot understate how beautiful it is up on the hill. The sunsets are STUNNING. My girlfriend and walked down to town in the morning and took a taxi up on the evening every day. While we enjoyed the hike we do recommend renting a car if that's not your thing. All and all just had a wonderful experience! Thank you very much Kristen!

Julie and her associates were great with communication. My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to St. John. We always have a great time on the island and this condo was the perfect way to enhance our vacation.

Julie and Jack's place is even more beautiful than the pictures. Excellent location, wonderful food home-cooked by Julie, and super-helpful to rent the jeep from Jack, too--it was necessary! Julie and Jack responded instantly to all of our needs during our stay. I appreciated all the extras--the beach gear, the wonderful set of curated guides, and helping us get to and from Cruz Bay. So appreciative of this special, magical place. Wildly exceeded my expectations.

Frangiapani was a cute little condo with nice views and everything was as described. The kitchen had everything you need and the place had items you could borrow like chairs and beach towels, snorkeling gear and a beach bag. It was walking distance to town. Some steeper hills so if it’s tough to walk I suggest taxi or car rental. My husband and I had no issues. Lots of wildlife and a friendly outdoor cat we love. I would stay again for sure. Bob was super helpful as well and picked us up and dropped us at ferry. He even took us to store upon arrival.

We had a wonderful stay on St John. It was just two of us and this place was just right, walkable to everything in Cruz Bay including gorgeous beaches and amazing restaurants while also feeling peaceful and secluded. We flew into St Thomas, rented a Jeep at the airport and took the ferry across spending a week on the island. We did several great hikes in the park and took a sailing and snorkeling cruise with Ocean Surfari which was wonderful. We liked the flexibility of having a car to reach some of the more secluded hikes and beaches, but for just a week we really didn’t need it. Some great hikes, gorgeous beaches (Solomon and Honeymoon were our favorites) and amazing restaurants (Morgan’s Mango and Extra Virgin Bistro were fabulous) were all within walking distance of the property. The host was very responsive with clear and helpful communication and everything was as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Maxine is a great host! Very responsive and cared about us. We loved the location, sitting out with our coffee in the morning watching the boats go. Lovely breeze and views of the islands. Quiet beaches nearby, restaurant and ferry only a few minute drive away. Excellent location for exploring the island. It felt like home, we would absolutely stay again!!! Our only suggestion, which Maxine was quick to respond to, were concerns with bugs in the kitchen. It's a tropical Island, so to be expected, just know that ahead of time. But it was not a big deal for us. We kept the kitchen clean, food sealed/in the fridge, brought the trash out. Other things we appreciated. The kitchen is fully stocked, had everything we needed to cook (paper towels, sponge/soap). There was snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, a cooler, lots of leftover sunscreens, books to read, shampoo, soap, hair dryer. We didn't need much. Thank you Maxine for your hospitality! We're looking forward to our next stay!

Simply a great place to stay!!! Conveniently located to Cruz Bay restaurants, shops and markets. George and Kathryn were very responsive and check-in was a breeze. Close to town, yet felt like we had privacy. Always felt safe...even when walking to/from town after dark. George gave great local tips on hiking, beaches, and snorkeling. Perfect for family vacation! Two bedrooms and a full kitchen. Everything we needed with some extras. We were able to cook a lot of our meals in the kitchen which was helpful because food on the island can get expensive. Clean and spacious. Location is a little far from the beaches. Would definitely recommend staying on St John versus St Thomas. Perfect stay for five nights!

My husband and I booked Happy Place for a last minute get away for our fourth trip to St. John. It exceeded our expectations in every way! So convenient to town with easy parking, so impeccably clean and adorable, and with every amenity we could need! We loved grilling on the patio and listening to the frogs, watching the hummingbirds, and even saw a rainbow over the water. Henry our concierge was super helpful in coordinating our arrival and getting us checked in and was quick to reply to questions via text. Beach gear is awesome - we are obsessed with the backpack chairs! Happy Place is perfect and we will be back.

More than 5/5!!!!!! My husband and I had the most amazing stay in St. John and just adored Adrienne’s home. It was everything we could have asked for a more. Clean, cozy and had all the amenities we needed. While most of our time was spent exploring the island, when back at Pirates Cove, we felt right at home. Very close to town too! If ever given the opportunity, we’d be back in a heart beat! Added bonus, Adrienne is so quick to respond to any questions or when we reached out. Just the sweetest! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This place is gorgeous! Very quiet and private. We met the owners and they were very nice and gave us great recommendations about beaches and places. The property manager was very responsive and also helpful with recommendations. This is truly a piece of a paradise. The owner emailed us before our planned trip to inform us of travel Covid restrictions and thanks to her we were able to get to USVI without any problems. We truly appreciated that as we saw a couple that wasn’t let on the airplane due to lack of Covid test. She also suggested renting a Jeep which I highly recommend if you’re wanting to explore the island. Some beaches are only accessible via off roads and impossible to get in a sedan… The studio has all the basics you need for cooking as well as it provides towels and bedding. Unit has a wall A/C unit for hot nights as well as a fan for breezy, cooler ones. Thank you Thia and Raf for sharing you little piece of paradise with us!

This place was perfect for us. It’s bigger than it appears in pictures, which gave us enough space to both work from the apartment during the day. The WiFi was strong and we had no issues having simultaneous meetings. The location was amazing! We didn’t have a car so we walked a lot. Walking the main road is difficult because there’s little to no shoulder, but there are great trails through the national park that take you to Cruz Bay and the North shore beaches. The trails are accessible from the back of the property. Michael picked us up at the Ferry and gave us the number for a taxi service for the few times we needed it. He was also responsive when we needed him, but other than that we never saw him. The landscaping makes the place very private and quiet. It was a perfect trip. We swam the north shore from Caneel bay to Turtle bay and from Hawksnest to Trunk bay. We rented fins from Low Key Watersports. Can’t wait to return!

Stefanie is an amazing host, We really appreciated the welcoming gift she left us along with a few crucial items in the fridge. Great location, good food, nice beach, close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon

Book this place ASAP. The host is amazing. This is a hotel so it’s a plus to have access to hotel amenities. I had hiccups with my reservation dates and the host was very accommodating. Might I also add, St. Thomas is beautiful!! The hotel is very close to red hook where there’s nightlife. I would recommend this host any day. Todd, you are the best! Book with him ASAP!

Beautiful, convenient location. Amazing views of this beautiful island. Jacqueline was a wonderful hostess and told us about all of the amenities of the property and was very responsive when we had a minor issue.

Our family of 5 had a great time staying at Strawberry Grouper! The location was great. The beach and pool were both a very short walk down a few stairs. Our boys enjoyed a mix of spending time at the pool and beach. Both restaurants on the property were delicious. Red Hook is less than a 5 minute drive down the road with more restaurants and easy access to the car ferry which we took over to St John’s one day. We also appreciated the short drive to activities such as scuba diving and kayaking. The condo is clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for the week. The views overlooking the bay were also a great place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee. Chris was responsive and helpful.

We had a great week at the Mango Suite! The suite is the downstairs unit of a four-unit property, but it still feels very private — we barely encountered the other guests in our whole time there. The apartment was very clean and everything seemed quite new. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment (even a salad spinner!), a full-size fridge, and even a dishwasher! We would highly recommend bringing some groceries over from St. Thomas if you’re planning to stay a while — it’s a blast to grill on the deck in the evening looking out at the STUNNING view! There is a small grocery just 5 minutes back down the hill towards Coral Bay, but like most things in the east end of St. John, it’s expensive and the selection is limited. All the beach equipment you need is provided —- beach towels, chairs, and cooler! Definitely follow Glenn’s written directions to the place— if you do, you won’t have any trouble! A Jeep is best for driving on St. John. Great stay!
