This home is perfect! It is spotless, not one speck of dust ANYWHERE! We didn’t need anything but they had so much available.. beach chairs, port a crib, sand toys and much much more. Location was perfect. Parking is a hassle in St Augustine. We parked at the house and had a quick cheap Lyft ride to and from town. We only stayed one night but I highly recommend!

Alex was by far the best host I've had in my Airbnb years. I enjoyed staying at his place during the Players Championship week. He was responsive to questions, and his place was nice and peaceful.

Good room for a short stay. Alex was out of town but he has another guy who stays there off and on for almost two years, who basically acted as the host. Kept to himself but there for questions, shared bathroom. Had water bottles, coffee and bananas for us. Alex was very nice when we spoke on the phone. Good stay for the price

A beautiful house steps away from beach. Enjoyed morning coffee overlooking the beach with the large scenic windows. A great place for a little R&R. The house had everything we needed for cooking meals/lunches which is always a bonus. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The place is amazing having a 10 out of 10 for the pool and the hot top. House very beautiful and clean. Abrina and her husband are very friendly. They bring you fresh bread and butter in the morning. For sure I would recomend this peaceful place for vacaciones with the family

We wish we could have stayed another week at this beautiful home. It is as lovely as the pictures look and no detail has been spared to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Everything we could have needed was provided, including baby items like a high chair and well thought out baby gates. The house was extremely clean and well kept. The area is safe and quiet and I enjoyed being able to go for a run on the beach whenever I wanted. Tracie was a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate not hesitate to return. Thank you!

I had a great experience while there. It was raining most of the time, but I was near everywhere I wanted to go so it wasn’t bad. Amenities were as described and communication with the host was easy.

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

Honestly I don't even know where to begin, this was one of my mine and my wife's favorite experiences. The pictures do not do this place justice and should be updated to show how spectacular it is. It really is just two houses down from the beach, maybe a 30 second walk to the sand, over the dunes and you're on the beach. You'd have to have a house on the sand to be any better. You can actually see the ocean from the main bedroom in the airbnb and when it was storming and at night before bed that's what we did watched / listened to the ocean. The spot has everything you could thing of needing and the amazing host leaves you a few starter items like eggs, bacon, cinnamon rolls and lots of coffee. This places is also located within LOTS of restaurant options and only a mile from a grocery car so honestly other than going to old downtown for site seeing you don't need a car. My wife and I definitely plan on coming back here next year!!! This place will feel exactly like home.

I had the most amazing experience I had stayed here for a couple days and it was just better than I could have ever imagined. I was truly thankful to have that experience looking out over the bay it was just beyond beautiful perfect everything I needed was all nearby I couldn't ask for anything better. I will always come here when I come back to St Augustine. There are no words that can describe how amazing the experience was when I went there. 🙏❤️😇

Perfect place to stay to explore St Augustine! The place is clean, cosy and well located. We had a great time and Abrina left many treats for us! It’s a been a long time since we didn’t feel that welcomed in an Airbnb! 😊

Our family of 8 stayed here for one night on our way up north. We are very grateful that this family hostel still exists! This is right downtown in the historic district and so everything is very walkable. Jenny and crew make everything very hospitable with a game for the children to play when they check in, games in the tv room and pancakes made for everyone in the morning. :) Great for a family that wants to explore St Augustine.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. They always asked if there was anything they could do for us. The Breakfasts were just what we needed to start the day full of walking and enjoying old town St. Augustine. We enjoyed being able to walk about town but return to 44 Spanish Street to rest, reading books in our room or out on the upper porch. The charming location was perfect because it was quiet but we could walk a couple of blocks to get involved with the night-life. We would stay there again.

The Airbnb and location were wonderful! You cannot beat the views from the bedroom window, the private deck and crows nest. Being that there is a completely separate entrance to the unit the space feels incredibly private. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet. Additionally everything was very clean, shoutout to Leo the housekeeper who is awesome! I highly highly recommend this gem of a spot and would stay here again in the future.

Stayed here to celebrate my wedding. Looked exactly like the pictures and Sandy was very responsive. She answered all questions and was extremely helpful. Room was very clean and bathroom was huge. Hotel staff was friendly and offered local recommendations for meals and other activities to do. The only problem is the lack of parking. There is a private parking lot around the corner from the hotel. It’s a bit of a walk. So I recommend trying to park in front of the hotel, you just have to pay. Besides the parking, would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Room was stylish, bed comfortable, location can't be beat. The staff are all so helpful and kind. Breakfast and happy hour exceeded expectations- just excellent. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Sejal’s bed and breakfast is an amazing place to stay. My wife and I felt absolutely at home, slept extremely well, had an amazing breakfast, and then enjoyed our day in Saint Augustine. This location is absolutely amazing and the hospitality is second to none. I highly recommend you stay there on your next trip to Saint Augustine.
