We just had a great stay at the Coconut Cottage. Very quiet, friendly neighborhood. House was very comfy and cozy. Cannot beat how close to the beach it is. We had so much fun traveling between the ocean and the river in our golf cart. Loved everything about Vilano Beach and hope to return soon.

Host was very responsive and the extra touches were perfect. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a great time staying at Stephen’s place. He was so nice and considerate making sure we had everything we needed for our trip. His place is clean, cozy, and super cute! We arrived to a surprise Christmas tree and Christmas card, a nice touch for home away from home during the Holidays. The location is great with easy beach access, walkable restaurant locations, nearby grocery stores, and everyone we met was so nice. We will definitely check on the availability of this place again for our return trips to St. Augustine!

What a great house. The description was exact. The house is in a cul-de-sac sorry it was a quiet street. The beach was a 5 minute walk and a water front restaurant just a 2 minute walk. Holly answered all of our questions, including my son’s Xbox question we didn’t know he was asking. She was great with it all. The bikes and all the beach supplies worked out perfect for us. The home was spotless and the hot tub was a hit. Thanks again holly and we will be back again.

The location was charming. We enjoyed the walk to the river view and it was very comfortable. Courtyard was relaxing and picturesque.

Blue heaven was the perfect spot for our couples getaway to St. Augustine. Truly felt like home away from home. We loved everything about our stay. The house was well equipped and was in the perfect location for all the sights of the historic downtown. Valerie is a great host and was able to answer all our questions, give us some great local recommendations and made our stay truly memorable. We can’t wait to return!

The cottage is everything Elizabeth describes! Quaint, cozy, comfortable & so convenient to everything. Her kind & warm style made us feel like it was home! Super cute Airbnb with a great location. It is just a short walk over the bridge to the downtown area. Dog friendly is a huge plus! Only thing of note is that the wall between the neighboring Airbnb is pretty thin. If you have neighbors, you will hear them. Overall, good stay!

Our first visit to St. Augustine and this apartment is at the top of the list of things we enjoyed most. Spacious with separate living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen made it feel like a small home not just "one room" as is most rentals AND it had a very nice screened in porch nestled in a tropical garden. Kitchen is small, but useful and it was nice that this unit is on the ground floor (a few steps), but not lugging suitcases to an upstairs unit. Has a quaint family "beach house" feel. VERY convenient to the historic district, short walk to coffee shops, etc. Jame's was quick to answer any questions and accommodating with our needs.

This was the perfect beach house cottage! Took no time to walk to the beach and was easy to drive into Saint Augustine for other activities. Host is very kind!

Our stay at the Pink Peony completely met our expectations. We were looking for a place to stay that we would enjoy and would feel was comfortable and nice, but also met our budget needs. The property was exactly what we expected: comfortable and practical, quiet, easy to access, and well priced. We weren’t expecting luxury accommodations, and this property didn’t provide that, as we were looking for something in a tighter budget, but this property provided us with exactly what we wanted and expected and our host was wonderful. Extremely accommodating and responsive. Helpful with anything we needed. I could tell that Huyen wanted to ensure our stay was perfect and that our expectations were met and exceeded. That is a wonderful feeling! I will save this listing and plan to use it again when I am in need of a great but budget friendly stay!

We loved everything about this cute cottage! It really felt like home and had all the comforts one could need. We booked super last minute and Renee made it all happen in a smooth and easeful way. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb. The space is quiet and homey. There is a bed upstairs and a bed downstairs but we stayed downstairs since that’s where the bathroom is. I used the upstairs as an office for a day. We walked into Saint Augustine every day. You definitely get your steps but it’s an easy walk over the bridge. We were in a great location for Anastasia Beach, which is quiet and awesome. The Airbnb provides beach chairs and you can rent an umbrella at the beach. The pool is also very nice. The guide book was really helpful from the host.

The cottage on Bayview was perfect for a couple of snowbirds wanting to get some sun. My daughter & I loved it and immediately felt right at home.

Julie was an amazing host! Her home, landscaping and property with river views was absolutely gorgeous!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time meeting her and walking the grounds together. Her home was well equipped and extremely clean. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Her restaurant recommendations were perfect for our time and celebration during our visit. We look forward to another stay and visit with Julie!!

Have stayed here multiple times and it’s always perfect. Great location, easy parking, convenient to the historic district. Hosts are always pleasant and place is always clean.

Steven and Stacey are fabulous hosts! Everything about their property was exactly as pictured and described. Their property was so very comfortable! They pay attention to every detail and provide every accommodation you might want. Steven and Stacey keep their home well-stocked and provide generous basics in the kitchen. They are also located in the best area possible. You can take quiet morning walks through a peaceful neighborhood or find yourself in downtown in 2 blocks.... really is the best of both worlds! We are very much looking forward to our next trip to St. Augustine and hope to be Guests again!

Words could not describe how well appointed and well stocked this rental is. It is even nicer in person. I am a very discriminant traveler since I run my own Air B & B and I can easily say this is the nicest one I have stayed at. We hope to return!!

The Carriage House was such a nice place! Great location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. Getting in/out was so easy. If we had questions, Stacey responded immediately. Loved this place, highly recommend!

Kathy’s place was perfect for 3 adults. The house was clean and had everything you needed. Close to downtown historic St Augustine. Kathy was great, always responded quickly.
