Everything was clean and exactly how it’s pictured. It was so cozy and great!

My family loved our stay here. There were so many games/activities to enjoy while we were on the property. And the house is so close to many other activities, shops, and food. Highly recommend!

Our large family had a wonderful stay. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room and comfort. Beach was an easy 3 minute walk away. Towels and beach chairs were available and plentiful. Chris and Geni were very gracious allowing us to check out late as we had early evening flights home. I would highly recommend their place and would definitely come back!

A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Angela's Airbnb in Jacksonville, FL, was the perfect stay for our small group. We felt at home immediately. The private backyard was a peaceful retreat, and having exclusive access to outdoor amenities like the firepit, BBQ grill, and great Adirondack chairs were a bonus. The neighborhood is quiet making it easy to relax and unwind. Location-wise, we could not have asked for a better location for our event. With quick access to I-95 and I-295, we were able to explore everything the Jacksonville area and our schedule allowed. Jacksonville Beaches, historic St. Augustine, the Bolles School, and the area shopping & dining. Angela was a fantastic host, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay.

The location and interior were great. The fully equipped kitchen included a full sized refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker and a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great! We felt very comfortable having our dogs with the fully fenced backyard. While it was too far for us to walk downtown, it was just a short ride. We would definitely come back for another stay.

We had a great time at this property! The home is incredibly spacious, and the neighborhood is wonderfully peaceful. Its location was perfect — just a short distance from both the beach and the historic district, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The city of St. Augustine has so much to offer, from its rich history to great dining and unique attractions. The hosts were great — welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a visit to the area.

Kayla's place is very comfortable and just a short drive to downtown. For our family of four it was so nice for everyone to have their own space. Would absolutely stay here again.

my in-laws came to visit the States for the first time from Spain, so we had to go to St. Augustine. Stephanie certainly went above and beyond-leaving wine, snacks, and anything we could possibly have wanted. my husband and I have stayed in many airbnb's... he's a Spanish chef, and was beyond delighted to find every odd cooking utensil to make a proper tapas dinner for us. we've bookmarked this place for any future trips!

We enjoyed the space and deck. We particularly liked the location. It was an easy walk to the fort and downtown. Lots of good restaurants, coffee shops and places to grab a beer right next to the apartment. We would use this place again.

We stayed here a few years ago and decided to come back for our Babymoon. :) We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay each time. It’s quiet, in a cute neighborhood, walkable to several restaurants and coffee, Amy is so friendly and helpful, and the walk to the beach is so easy. We definitely recommend staying here!

There are some pros and cons to this location. The pros: the bed is super comfortable. There were plenty of pillows, blankets and extra sheets if need. There were plenty of towels as well. Anything we needed in the kitchen was there and the TV was amazing. It was definitely a very Quiet location and we appreciated that.. As far as the cons go, I did forget to mention to the host that there was dust on the plants and also the closet doors in the bathroom. I don't necessarily feel like any issues we had were his fault, I feel like it's more so the cleaner's fault, unless he is the cleaner then maybe lol. Overall whoever cleans I feel like needs to do a little better of a job when it comes to details but overall I think everything was pretty Fine. Any issues I brought up were fixed immediately which I appreciated. The unit itself, I feel like it is a little overpriced, however it could be because of the location. Overall i give the rating a 4.5! We would return!! Great location!

If you’re looking for something within walking distance to all of downtown St. Augustine, look no further. Unit #4 was home away from home. I appreciated all of the things that were provided by the host. You can tell they put the effort in to make their location a 5 star stay. The place was quiet, clean and comfortable. What more could you ask for? Would definitely use this property again when we return to America’s Oldest City.

Located in the Lincolnville neighborhood, it was an easy 15 minute walk to the St. Augustine historical area. Close to great restaurants. Short drive to the lighthouse and beaches. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We liked that it had its own parking spot. Steve provided good instructions and checked in to see that all was good. The quietest room in the house is next to the kitchen as no one is above you. You will hear steps from the tenants/guests staying above you in the front of the home, but it was very quiet at night. We would stay here again!

My family and I had a great time! We love how convenient it is to get on the beach. It is located on the south end of St.Augustine and less crowded. The unit itself was located on the first floor close to the pool and parking lot making it easy to get to. We love the area and this place. We will definitely be back!!!

My boyfriend and I decided to go on vacay to St Augustine for the first time for both of us. I honestly believe that even though St Augustine is a really wonderful and charming city as we were told, staying at Todd's place really enhanced our overall experience. It was very convenient and it's located very close to the beach. We rode bikes to get there, just for fun and it was like 5 min away but walking I guess it's like 10 to 12 min. It was 15 minutes away to all the touristic attractions downtown and 7 min from the Lighthouse. We also did some kayaking to see the dolphins and it was only 8 min away. The apartment was perfectly clean and equiped with nice furniture, comfortable bed and tv's. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely come back soon and stay where we did.

The condo was beautiful! It had everything we wanted or needed. We brought our 8 year old grandson and there were games/water toys for him to play. Theresa messaged me and asked if we needed anything. She was a great host.

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back soon. The view is breathtaking. The condo is very close to Saint Augustine. The hosts were extremely accommodating and pleasant. They always responded quickly. Can’t wait to book this place again and have another relaxing vacation!

WOW! The view and sounds of the ocean were amazing! The photos of the view do not do it justice, and the sounds of the crashing waves were so relaxing! We usually go out to dinner every night when we travel, but we couldn't tear ourselves away from that ocean view, so we BBQ'd on the deck and sipped wine. One lucky day, we were treated to dolphins swimming past the condo. It's an easy 15-minute drive to St. Augustine - well worth the trip!

We only required a 2 night stay, but the location and price were perfect for our needs. Grounds are clean and well maintained . Unit was clean and rules/ expectations were clearly outlined. Short walk to pools/beach and even restaurants. Grocery and Walgreens a short distance away.

Doug and Lori’s place was perfect! Clean, quaint and had everything you needed! Check in was so simple and the communication was amazing! Great location, close to restaurants, coffee shops and everything you would need. Definitely would stay here again on our next visit to St. Augustine
