Our stay was incredible. We really enjoyed the property and the surrounding area of Jacksonville! I could see how amazing it would be for a family with kids - but it was also perfect for myself and my husband who are both disabled. It was so easy to get in and out of the pool, shower and bed without help. All steps into and out of the property had handle bars and the slope to the dock was easy to navigate. The kitchen was wonderful to work in and the grill did a great job with our steaks! I can’t say enough great things about this house. There are only two things I would change if I lived there: 1. A king size bed because my husband and I are large and could not sleep in the same bed. 2. A larger sofa - (possibly reclining sofa) for the same reasons. Honestly, you just can’t go wrong with this place. The pool was heated and so warm! We hope to return next year.

House was just as beautiful as in the pictures. Plenty of space for all of us in our group. Outdoor shower was great to use after a day at the beach, before we got in the pool. Short walk to the beach from the house. Very quiet neighborhood. The extra fridge in the garage was a welcomed bonus. We had a great time and would definingly recommend to everyone. We also had no problem getting Ubers to downtown on Friday and Saturday evenings.

We picked this rental for the space for everyone and location to our favorite restaurants. It was very relaxing and felt very private. We definitely loved the charm and beautiful touches. The details of the appliances to the rustic cabin feel was very different from a boring condo. Walking distance to a great place to eat! The neighborhood is friendly with a beautiful view of the intercostal waterway. I think this would be a great place for a large family as the sleeping options are amazing! Thanks!!

C'était notre 1ere expérience en Airbnb et nous devons avouer que c'était au delà de nos attentes!¡! Tout etait conforme a la description Caroline et Martin sont des hotes exceptionnels !!!! Ils ont un petit coin de paradis qu'ils adorent et ça paraît !!!! Nous sommes chanceux d'avoir pu y séjourner!!! Nous le recommandons a 100% La plage privéea environ 10 min de marche est magnifique et tres intime!!! Merci encore pour tout!!!!!

The listing photos of this space and its surroundings are beautiful, but I can honestly say you must see this AirBNB to understand how wonderful it truly is. Quiet, serene, incredible sunset view from a hot tub/dock, beautifully designed interior, great linens and shower, I could go on... We did have plumbing issues upon our arrival, so plumbers interfered with our privacy for the first part of our rental, but the hosts were proactive in making sure that they accommodated us for the annoyance. Even with this frustration, we wouldn't hesitate to book this location again.

Ryan’s place on the river was absolutely beautiful! The views were peaceful and relaxing, and the space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect getaway spot. We’d definitely love to come back!

Braden was very amicable and responsive to any questions we had. The apartment was very nice and clean and the area very quiet and beautiful, especially by the pool area. Looking forward to returning here in the future.

Great little place just a short walk from Colonial St. Augustine. Easily accessible, parking was a plus, and squeaky clean throughout. I highly recommend this one!

First of all, Angie is an amazing host. She gave me clear directions from the beginning and she was very responsive. The place is beautiful and spacious, full of natural light and all the appliances needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a great time and we are looking forward to coming back soon.

Spent one week here for work with my family and it was perfect. Chris was responsive and very helpful. The house is very comfortable with a beautiful lake view. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone to stay here. Anything you need is no more then a 5 min drive the location is amazing

Lovely place. Everything was nice even the pots and pans, toilet paper and paper towels. Not your usual AirBnB. Beds were excellent and the furniture inside and out was nice and comfortable. Easy 20 min walk to St. George St. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We had a great stay!

Loved Sherri’s place. Great Argentina to detail and has all the amenities and goods you need. We felt right at home and enjoyed the peaceful porch every day. Sherri was a great communicator and super flexible with us. Will definitely be back to stay in this beautiful home.

This estate is gorgeous, peaceful, secluded little spot, beautifully renovated, nice and quiet little location, perfect for a peaceful getaway! Allison was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The place was very clean. I love that. They are pet friendly my dog enjoyed running around in the yard. We had a great time.
