Our stay was amazing. It was nice and cozy. I think it was a perfect distance from the busy parts but also not too far from the beach and main attraction areas. It was my first time to the ocean and st Augustine was a great choice and I highly recommend it.

Perfect place for me for a week in St Augustine. It’s cozy, has character, and is a short walk to the heart of the city. There is a little road noise due to the location as it’s on a busy street, but that added to the charm for me. Bed was comfortable, and I loved sitting out on the back porch. It was also nice to have private parking right in front of the building. Was there during St Patrick’s Day and parking elsewhere was scarce.

Just a perfect little home! Quiet & peaceful! We love St.Augustine! We will definitely return’! 🥰

Great location for walking around the historic district.

I loved staying at Gregs place! It was amazing and he's such a cool guy that really cares about making sure you have what you need and the property was beautiful. Will definitely have to come back and stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described in listing. I found the reviews to have additional helpful info too. We saw 2 different types of shore birds and a family of bunnies while relaxing on the screened porch. The fire pit made for cozy intimate conversation and ambiance. I love the use of space in the home. We slept great. A wonderful value too. James was flexible, responsive and fast on responsiveness. Just a short drive or uber to downtown.

Maria and Luis have gone above and beyond to create a lovely, welcoming space on their property in St. Augustine. Their tiny house is plenty big enough for two. The quiet, tree filled property is a great getaway after a day of sightseeing in busy St. Augustine. Their deck and patio also provide plenty of spaces to enjoy the sun throughout the day. Maria is very responsive, answering all texts promptly. She had a great suggestion for dinner - Ned’s Southside Kitchen - with delicious food, reasonably priced and an easy drive away. If you are planning to spend a few days visiting St. Augustine we would highly recommend this beautiful property and its welcoming, hospitable hosts.

The Piney House is a precious tiny home nestled in the woods, but only about a 5-10 minute drive from historic downtown! It was a delightful retreat after the hustle and bustle of the tourist scene. It was so nice to sit outside by the fire pit to enjoy a cocktail in the evening and a cup of coffee in the morning. My only regret is that we forgot to bring firewood! Ashlyn was very prompt in answering all my questions and requests. The home was very clean with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable overnight stay.

Great little place that was walkable to everything downtown. It was absolutely perfect.

Every detail was considered. From eye masks for sleeping to sunscreen and umbrella. Loved riding bikes that were provided and used the beach chairs/beach umbrella. Accommodations were cozy and centrally located. Home away from Home. Highly recommended!!

Ziggy was a great host. His place was cute and what we needed. We had a wedding at Chandler Oaks Barn and it was a quick 12 min drive away which was very convenient.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It had everything we could’ve needed. The setting was so serene and private and the location was perfect for our needs (biking distance to amphitheater). The neighborhood was so beautiful, quiet, and safe. The room decor was so nice and the bathroom was pristine. I wish we lived here lol. Would certainly stay again!

An absolutely perfect stay in a perfect house in a perfect location…so - pretty much perfect! This is a lovely cottage in an idyllic ocean front setting, with absolutely everything you could need during your stay. Truly a home away from home. They nailed the VRBO thing and we’ll be back! Lori’s Tupelo Studio was the perfect weekend get away! She really thought of everything. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchenette had everything, the bathroom was clean. Quiet and cute neighborhood and the bikes were a huge plus!! Highly recommend!

This is one of the BEST airbnb's my husband and I have ever stayed at! The place was immaculately clean and all items were in excellent shape. Johannah was so accommodating and kind. I have major allergies to chemical detergents and fragrance. She made sure the cleaning crew used only safe detergents for our stay. Johannah was also able to accommodate us a day early! She's been wonderful to work with, very fast responses. The place was decorated beautifully and we enjoyed playing the games provided. The bathroom is gorgeous and the bed is very comfortable. The air conditioning units work fast and efficiently. I highly recommend Johannah's airbnb!

This is a very very lovely home on a quiet street. Great communication with host, allowed us to park early, easy to get inside. No problems. Enjoyed the hot tub. 15 minute walk to the old historic downtown. Sometimes we walked, sometimes we got an Uber. Always felt safe. I'm not crazy about a Keurig coffee maker so we bought a press pot to make a proper pot of coffee. But seriously, great place.

I stayed here for The Players Championship in March 2025. The location was absolutely perfect and Peter provided a bike so I could avoid traffic/parking. It took 10-15 mins to get there so was ideal. The AirBnb was exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely clean and had everything I needed. Peter/family were all extremely friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
