Great place to stay with a group! Clean environment, looks just like the pictures, a little snack box & toiletries basket was a great touch! The host is a great communicator and we had plenty of privacy!

My wife and I have been very grateful for the time at Brook’s place. Brook is very accommodating and flexible. Our family needed this so much and Brook didn’t disappoint us. From extending our time to making adjustments to provide a safe area, as to accommodate our toddler’s exploration phase, Brook didn’t hesitate to take steps that would make us feel comfortably and at home. Her place is as good as all of the reviews say, no one exaggerated when expressing how good they felt about staying at Brook’s place. We are blessed to be one of those to have found her. Thank you Brook (and John). We are beyond grateful for your hosting services.

First of all, Mindy was super-responsive to emails and questions. Second, her home was very spacious and beautifully quaint. We had 5 adults and 3 dogs and we had so much room that we didn't feel like we were walking over each other. Third, the description of the house was spot-on. It is definitely close enough to Notre Dame to walk. However, there was quite a bit of construction around ND so finding a place to park was a little challenging. Fourth, there were plenty of places to eat and shop close by. The only negative (and it wasn't even a big negative) is that he kitchen floor was a bit sticky when we got there. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. Thank you Mindy.

Extremely friendly host who was very responsive. If you plan on cooking there’s not a ton of utensils, which we were aware of, just something to keep in mind! House felt safe, open, and clean. Nice bathroom and comfortable beds. I would highly recommend staying here!

This place was peaceful very close to downtown. Chris is very fast responding any questions. The house was very clean very nice. I will be booking again when I am in South Bend.

Beautiful home, we want to come back next fall for a game and be able to use the pool! The hot tub was amazing! Also loved the 3 inches of snow the first morning we woke up!! And the Irish win was perfect! Very responsive hosts! Perfect location!

The home was exactly what we needed for a family get together. The house is spacious and open. The design and layout was perfect for our large family. It is conveniently located near the university.

Nice house in a good neighborhood ! It’s on the south side of S Bend close to a Meijers & restaurants etc. It was a fun house ! The pool and hot tub and outdoor space were fantastic . The basement has a ton of fun games . PAC Man is a favorite The host was super responsive & easy communication ! Highly recommend

The home was great and just what we needed and were looking for in our stay.

We had a great stay and Ashleigh was very responsive with several messages during our stay. We loved the location and place on the river. The hot tub was great. So much space in this home. The only thing I would caution would be the number of beds. We had 3 adults that had to sleep on couches. The big room in the basement had 6 beds, bedroom #1 had sleeping space for 2, bedroom #2 had sleeping space for 2, and bedroom #3 had sleeping space for 2. That is 12 sleeping spaces. We had a group of 15. We made it work. Also there were lots of pillows but not much extra bedding and blankets. Overall a lovely experience and would go back again. Thank you.

Tiffany is an amazing host. Anytime I had questions she was quick to respond with helpful solutions. Her home is a spacious, clean and comfortable living space that put my family at ease. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic! I spent a weekend cross country skiing an St. Patrick's County Park, and this was the perfect place to stay. Just across the river from the park, with a beautiful view and everything I needed to relax after skiing. I'll definitely stay here again the next time it snows enough to ski.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great. We stayed in the middle of a winter storm in the area and the home was very well heated, felt comfortable in every space of the home. The kitchen also has all the amenities you would ever need, and I very much appreciated the coffee options available. Would highly recommend! Very kind and responsive host. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spare. We didn’t even use the basement. The furniture was comfortable and we had enough room for everyone to sit and relax. Most places the furniture is uncomfortable and not enough sitting for everyone.

This place is amazing, very cutesy. I honestly thought it’d be smaller but it’s very spacious and cozy. I would definitely recommend to whoever. Also she is very friendly and tries her best to make her guest feel welcomed !

Carolena's house is a little gem. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The kitchen was stocked and Carolena had bottled water and cookies waiting when we arrived. We were visiting our son at Notre Dame and it is a quick drive along the river to campus. Thanks for hosting us!
