This property was our home base during our wedding event in Malta. It met and surpassed our expectations for accommodation space, location and amenities. Lisa was very responsive and proactive in all of our communication. The listing photos depicts exactly what was discovered on checkin. Beautiful home in a peaceful location with much to do a short walk away from grocery, restaurants and island adventure!

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier commerçant avec un grand choix de restaurants et de supermarchés. Le ferry pour La Valette est de l'autre côté de la rue à 2 min à pied. Le stationnement est plus facile en fin de journée après 19h. Même si le quartier est animé, les chambres ne sont pas située côté rue ce qui évite d'être dérangé la nuit par les animations de la rue. Le Jacuzzi est un plus même si un ajout d'eau chaude avec des casseroles nous a été nécessaire pour obtenir la température souhaitée. Nous l'avons utilisé tous les soirs.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement de Shaun. Tout était super. Endroit calme, avec le confort souhaité. La piscine est vraiment un plus lors des retours des visites. Shaun répond rapidement à toutes vos demandes et est à l'écoute de ses clients. La proximité de la mer (on peut y aller à pied) nous a permis de faire de belles balades. Nous reviendrons...

We loved are stay here, it was home from home. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool area was great and it offered lots of seating and beds with parasols. Only a short stroll to the bars and restaurants. Antoinette was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a great stay with 10 people. Rooms where nice and clean with large living room, dining room and kitchen. Most of all loved the large and deep pool that most other places did not offer with max depth of 2,4m. We also liked the grill area that we used in the evening to make food and sit outside. Only small complaint would be the pool man being there a bit early and making noice before 8 am (might be just a light sleeper problem) and the hair dryers did not work.

Très belle maison fonctionnelle et propre située près des transports (bus et ferry) et du centre ville. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec de jeunes enfants. Jacuzzi très apprécié en fin de journée. Le barbecue nous a permis de savourer des saucisses maltaises bien grillées. Nous recommandons cette maison.

We spent 5 weeks Feb-March in this apartment, and it met all of our expectations. Clean, with comfortable seating for 4, (something often lacking in holiday rentals) and all necessary facilities to allow us to cook for ourselves when required. An abundance of excellent local bars and restaurants with exceptionally friendly attentive staff made dining out a pleasure. The access to transport to all attractions across the island was also very welcome, with a bus stop across the road and the ferry a 5 minute walk away, and a constant stram of Bolt taxis on hand when required. The walks along the waterfront to St Julians and Valetta are very pleasant with interesting sights along the way, and recommended. We had the added bonus of being in Malta for Carnivale which was breathtaking. Minor queries were responded to promptly by Tina with friendly communication when required.

The photographs do not do this property justice. Heritage house stylishly and sympathetically arranged inside. I felt comfortable from the moment I stepped inside and was quite sad to leave. Communications were clear and Ian and Marthese were quick to respond. The hosts provided some pantry and fridge items to begin with. Clean linen was plentiful. I recommend this property for anyone who prefers a quiet location, close to beautiful Mdina and the city of Rabat itself to explore. The bus is very close to the property so you have all of Malta to easily see.

We had a wonderful stay at Pawlu´s place. The apartment is spacious, sunny, colourful, clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The communication with Pawlu was smooth and pleasant. The apartment is situated in a nice neighbourhood, everything is close - bus stops, shops, restaurants. We really enjoyed the atmoshere and would highly recommend Pawlu´s place if you are looking for local vibes.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. It was clean, spacious, modern, and minimalistic, equipped with everything we needed. As a family with a small child and stroller, we faced some challenges: the steep hill leading to the property was inconvenient, though an alternative, less steep route was helpful. Additionally, the small elevator and stairs at the entrance required us to carry the stroller separately, which was cumbersome. The location is excellent for exploring Sliema—just a 10-minute walk to the ferry, making it easy to get around. Stanley, the host, was fantastic—prompt, understanding, and accommodating. He allowed a late check-out during an unforeseen situation and maintained a positive attitude, even when a small accident occurred in the apartment. Since it was Christmas, Stanley surprised us with goodies and a small gift, a thoughtful gesture that added a special touch to our stay and will serve as a lovely reminder of our vacation. We highly recommend it

Great Location for Spinola Bay with St Julian centre short walk from the accommodation. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen/lounge area were ideal. All in all great place to stay.

Stanovanje nam je bilo izredno udobno in praktično, primerno za 4 člasno družino dovolj udobno pa bi bilo tudi za 6 oseb. V stavbi je mirno in tudi soseska se nam je zdela precej mirna. Stanovanje je dobro opremljeno. Mogoče bi bi bilo dobro zamenjati nekaj posod, vendar se mi zdi, da je to tudi vse kar bi koga lahko motilo. Gostitielj nam je tudi za doplačilo ponudil garažo, kar je po mojem kar nujno, če najamete avto. V okolici je težje najti parkirni prostor. Stanovanje ima čudovit razgled na staro cerkev. Avtobunsa postaja je zelo blizu, kar je priročno za tiste, ki nameravate se po otoku voziti z avtobusom. Sim nam je vnaprej poslal lepo pripravljena navodila, kjer nas je tudi usmeril na destinacije po otoku, ki ih je vredno obiskati. To nam je zelo pomagalo, čeprev smo si načrt sami že prej pripravili. Na vsa vprašanja nam je Sim odgovoril hitro in jasno. Mi smo bili zelo zadovoljni z bivanjem. Hvala.

Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement est superbe, spacieux et décoré de façon très élégante (le fait qu’il soit au rez-de-chaussée n’est absolument pas un problème). Et la climatisation dans toutes les pièces est bienvenue avec les températures élevées. L’appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Sliema, se rendre facilement à La Valette, Gozo et Comino en bateau, et découvrir les multiples beautés de Malte. La résidence est très bien entretenue et sécurisée, et la piscine est superbe, très ensoleillée le matin et ombragée dans l’après-midi. Jason est un hôte très accueillant et très prévenant. Nous recommandons vivement son appartement !

The Jasmine Suite is a very well appointed and attractive apartment in a fabulous location. Close to supermarket, restaurants, walks and transport. I took my parents, and the layout of the suite means you can have your own space from one another and also come together on the terrace. Maria is lovely and friendly and extremely helpful, responding to questions in the app very promptly. Highly recommend the Jasmine Suite and Malta in general, would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful villa in peaceful and stunning location. Very comfortable with lots of space for our extended family to relax and enjoy together without feeling on top of each other . We hired a car but BOLT super easy to use too . We enjoyed beautiful weather throughout our stay. Well equipped villa , and shopping easy at Welbees supermarket ... restaurants we recommend are The Square and one 80 ... and don't forget pastizzis from Champs ! We enjoyed trips out to the beach at Mellieha Bay, a boat trip around Comino and visiting Valletta and the Waterfront as well as Mdina and Rabat ... we hope to return another time soon .

Spacious villa with a beautiful view. Rooms are spacious with loads of storage. Kitchen well equipped. Big living-room/dining area. Large terrace with a pool, BBQ and sitting area. Game room is a great addition. Perfect villa for a group. Host very pleasant and responds quickly.

Es war ein traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt im Haus von Jean Paul. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern und man fühlt sich direkt wohl dort. Die Kommunikation mit Jean Paul war super. Er hat schnell geantwortet und war auch bei allen anderen Fragen schnell behilflich. Wir durften sogar später aus checken, weil unser Flug erst am späten Nachmittag startete. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde sie jedes mal wieder buchen.

Nella caotica Malta , un angolo di pace e tranquillità in un appartamento molto silenzioso . La piscina poi completa l'esperienza positiva . Nessun problema per l'auto facilmente parcheggiabile davanti all'appartamento . Consigliatissimo !!

Grest stay. Everything matched the description. The host gave us a really good tour and explanatiln prior to our stay and made it very easy to feel at home. Would recommend!

Overall we had a great stay . The apartment is huge and well positioned, close to beach and restaurants. It is at the top of a very steep hill, fortunately we hired a car. We loved the swimming pool and although not heated once in it was amazing. Chris was brilliant and responded quickly to any issues. Couple of things that would make a great stay brilliant, set of wine glasses, more tea towels, refurb ensuite bathroom, and finally the single beds are fine for children but very uncomfortable for adults. Also some new balcony furniture. We loved Malta and the weather was very kind to us in October.
