Not to mention how caring and thoughtful the hosts are. I really appreciated all the information and availability from start to finish. It had everything you needed including hot water bottles! We had a great stay. I chose the place for the view and wasn't disappointed. The flat is well appointed and a great place to walk along the sea front. We relaxed in the lounge as a family in the evenings. There is on street parking outside the property where you can park for free. We used the nearby train station rather than walk to the old town in Hastings but there were also plenty of buses.

We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

We had such an amazing stay in Moyra’s apartment , it was just as described and more ! Such a cool place and waking up to that view well …. Location is great with an easy stroll into town and a great pub less than 10 mins walk . All her recommendations were great and we look forward to returning later in the year

We rented the apartment for 6 of us to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Very comfortable, clean and great location for exploring St Leonards and Hastings. Easy roadside parking outside the apartment. Lovely beach and easy walking distance for exploring. Especially loved Hastings old town, St Leonards galleries and the Goat for lunch and cocktails on the beach is a must.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb for the weekend. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

I thought Hilary’s place was on the beach so was a little surprised when we arrived. It didn’t matter, the location is actually across the road from the beach and is protected by a sand bank. The beach is fabulous and if the climb up the sandbank is too much, level access to the beach is approx 200m up the road. The house is very clean and comfortable, the sitting room is spacious and the kitchen is small but well equipped. Bedrooms are both a good size and the beds are comfortable. There are steps to access the property so if steps are an issue, this property may not be for you, however the steps are shown in the photos. Hilary was very responsive and very helpful, she has a good knowledge of the area. Absolutely recommend Hilary’s place, it’s a home from home with a decent pub down the road (The Owl) that serves proper ale and good food.

Beautiful house which opens up right onto the beach. The outside area is great and the view from the house are amazing. Really nice house inside as well.

This is such a fantastic house for a big group! There's plenty of communal space. Both the house and garden are gorgeous. The rooms are lovely - with brilliant views of the sea. And Jane is so helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here!

A good position near to shops and restaurants etc. Very quiet area although lots of houses close by. Access ok although on tiny side road. Rooms were large and well furnished. A lot of stairs although they are quite easy but this is not a good place for people with substantial mobility issues. One of our party has a very arthritic hip and coped ok provided she used her visits upstairs wisely! A caretaker appeared and dealt with some minor issues well.

We had such an amazing stay at Ben’s flat - the view is so so lovely so we made food to eat and watch the sunset both nights. The flat is close to all the great restaurants and bars in st Leonard’s and along the sea front which was so perfect - we loved Selkie and the Goat ledge on the sea. The beds were very comfortable and the flat has everything you could need :) thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dominka and Lucas’s place. They were great to communicate with and the house is as described, and an easy walk to the beach. D&L left lots of bits to use at the beach - cricket set, wind break, buckets and spades etc - that was a real bonus and they’d also left a basket of goodies with snacks, which our kids loved. The hot tub and pool table were a fab addition to our weekend and everything easy to find/ use. We loved Camber and will definitely use this home as our base again.

Vi var 8 damer som tilbragte noen helt fantastiske dager i Gigis hus i slutten av mars. Det var litt utenfor sesong, men allerede grønt og fint og beliggenheten rett ved sanddynene var helt magisk. Huset var stort, komfortabelt og veldig stilig innredet. Særlig sengene var veldig behagelige og luksuriøse. Huset har alt du trenger av utstyr for å diske opp med gode måltider til mange. Gigi var veldig hjelpsom med tanke på bestilling av matvarer og take-away og svarte alltid raskt på våre henvendelser. Anbefaler huset, verten og området på det varmeste. Rye og området rundt er virkelig sjarmerende og fullt av opplevelser. Vi var der uten bil, og det fungerte helt fint med tog fra flyplassen (Gatwick) og taxi til og fra Rye. Men husk å bestille taxi på forhånd. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Thank you Dan for making our stay a great one⭐️

A lovely, well kept and spacious apartment, ideal for a long weekend. Peaceful and cosy for winter breaks, with outside space for summer too. With quality towels, toiletries and bedding for extra comfort. Perfectly located, just a short walk from St Leonard's Warrior Square train station, close to the cafes and vintage stores on Norman Road and King's Road - and just a few minutes down to the Hastings seafront. Very handy to be able to store our bags securely in the ground floor storage space between check out and our train departure too.

Kimberley’s flat was a beautiful place to relax on the south coast with sea views. The decor is exceptional and full of character which made the stay even more enjoyable and the kitchen and bathroom are both well equipped. She was extremely responsive and helpful and was a fantastic host!
