Stop looking and just book! This was the perfect place for a fun girls weekend. The place was very clean and comfortable. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Great location by shops and restaurants. I just can’t say enough. The space was also super clean and well stocked with thoughtful amenities.

I had just the BEST stay. Beautifully appointed, incredibly clean and well-maintained and absolutely perfect surroundings! I loved being so close to the beach, too. I especially appreciated how quick and responsive the host was and how willing they were to accommodate requests. They also put together a very thoughtful/helpful welcome binder with everything you’d need to know and great local recommendations. I can’t say enough good things about my stay here and look forward to coming back!

Nice cozy apartment, very clean and well put-together. James was communicative and proactive about the only pain point (upstairs unit gets toasty with the windows closed) so we appreciated that. Couple of things that didn’t bother me but might be sticky for others - the back entrance involves narrow stairs that might be hard to get a large suitcase up - front entrance is direct and wider. Being across from bars comes with some noise on the weekends if the windows are open, not a problem with them closed. Walking distance to restaurants, coffeeshop, and several bars was a nice feature, and it’s less than a half-hour drive from the north end of Sax Zim.

This was a beautiful location for a relaxing vacation. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. I recommend that you reach out to him before your visit since you will be interacting with him rather than Evolve.

Sarah and Seth have thought through every detail in this studio apartment. The place was very clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable for the weekend. I appreciate that there were shades to block out light for sleeping, and that the couch and bed were very comfortable. Also, the shower with the rain showerhead was amazing! We loved that their brewery served such good food so we could just pop over for dinner (we regret we didn't try their Saturday brunch). Their brewery/restaurant is also a really lovely place. The neighborhood is a great spot on the East end of Duluth where it is quiet, residential, feels safe, and there are a few other fun things nearby such as Amity Coffee, Falastin Palestinian restaurant, and Yarn Harbor. The only recommendation I would suggest is to bring your slippers in winter as the cement floors get pretty cold, but they did provide some extra thick cozy socks for guests to use too. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Canal Park! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Duluth! The location couldn’t be better—right in Canal Park, within walking distance of great restaurants & shops. It was so convenient to have everything we needed just steps away. The loft itself was spotless and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was so cozy, and the sheets were absolutely amazing—I even had to ask afterward where they were from! The towels in the bathroom were also top-notch, soft, and plush. Another perk was the fitness room just a door down from the loft. It was perfect for a quick morning workout before heading out to explore. Kevin was fantastic—super easy to communicate with and made the booking process a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Duluth!

We (couple) came to ski the Pepsi Challenge race and this unit was perfect for our needs. You are about 7 minutes from Giants Ridge and close to a grocery store and eating options. I would say for a couple this unit is a great fit. The kitchen is solid and the eating bar is the sole spot to eat so would be tight for more than 2 people.

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kids had a blast making s'mores by the firepit and spending time with their cousins. The host was quick to respond and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make family memories.

The home was so cozy and clean, like a home away from home. My husband and I stayed with our 3 small children. The toys, games and puzzles were a hit! The kitchen was very well equipped and we chose to make most of our meals within the home. The hosts were very responsive to any and all questions we had along the way, even offering great recommendations on places where we could take our kids to swim. The sound machines in every room were a great touch as we are light sleepers and very accustomed to sleeping with some white noise at home. The view is beautiful right along side the river, it feels nice and secluded while still being within a good distance from many attractions. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay here again!

Diane let us get unloaded and moved in. Then she stopped over to see if there was anything else we needed. She also texted the following day to see if we needed anything. We even invited her in for a beer. On check out day we had an person that ended up in the emergency room. Diane said we could postpone check out if it helped us out. She was very nice and helpful.. We will be coming back again! Both Diane and the place were wonderful.

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Thoughtful attention to detail was taken throughout the house and Anna was an amazing communicator and host. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in town!

We stayed at this property to ride the ATV trail system. You could not ask for a better location to the system. Easy to get to the trails, and access to two great loops to ride.

The Twin Port Resort was the perfect spot to spend our weekend away. The home was clean and had plenty of room for our crew of friends. The sauna was very enjoyable! Would definitely recommend Al’s home to others.

This is a true gem of a home! We stayed with our two children (4 and 6) and had a fantastic time. Even in February’s cold, the lake is stunning, and the house is a true inspiration. The kids loved trying an authentic sauna (simple, beautiful, and with clear instructions), and the private beach was a huge hit. The space is clean, open, and minimalist, but incredibly warm and peaceful. We found this retreat to be a healing space, and it was magical for our kids to experience that as well. Duluth is an easy 10 minute drive (the aquarium is our favorite), and there is a grocery store a block away. Meredith was responsive, kind and honest. This was the best Air BnB experience we’ve had, by a large margin - we would recommend to absolutely anyone looking for an exceptional North Shore experience.

This place was exactly what we needed. Lots of hiking trails nearby. Vermillion Falls was amazing.

Tiegen and Keenan do a wonderful job anticipating the needs of their guests. We were especially impressed with the attention to detail and abundance of kids amenities that made our stay so much easier and focused on fun for the 4 kids. Clean, organized, stocked with both the necessities and fun extras. Definitely top notch. Highly recommended for a Duluth trip. Thanks guys.

The place was great. It was clean and spacious, and I love how it was in the heart of Canal Park. The kids loved swimming in the pool, and I liked the separate bedrooms and the kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. The place was nicely decorated and cozy. We Hope to stay there again in the future.

Loved the condo! Terrific location within walking distance to anything you want to do. The condo itself is immaculate, spacious, and well stocked with everything you need whether you’re staying as a couple or a family. We highly recommend the condo and would without question stay there again.

The place was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. Also, it is incredibly close to one of the alpine ski lofts for Giants Ridge (literally right across the street). We will definitely stay again!

A cool renovated property in a perfect location. The weather was poor during our stay in Duluth, so it was nice (especially with little kids) to have access to the pool and restaurants without even having to step outside. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed as a family of five. Beds were comfortable and the bunk beds were a fun addition for the kids. Host was very responsive and parking was easy. Alicia is the best Airbnb host in the world. We have been staying at her Duluth condo for years and keep going back because of the fantastic space, but also because of all the little things that she does as a host that are not quantifiable, but make everything extra special. We can’t wait to stay again (and again and again!!)
