This is a beautiful apartment with wonderful views of Lake Superior. It is conveniently located and includes amenities such as an outdoor hot tub, exercise room, game room, and rooftop seating and firepit. We love staying here and will do so again.

Nathan was super responsive, helpful, and just went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The building was so nice for a cozy long weekend!

We came to visit our son and take in a Bulldog hockey game over the weekend. The view of the lake from the living room sliding glass doors was lovely. It also snowed a great deal while we were there, and it was like being in a winter wonderland. The condo was clean and well appointed. The beds were SUPER comfy! We will be back!

A cool renovated property in a perfect location. The weather was poor during our stay in Duluth, so it was nice (especially with little kids) to have access to the pool and restaurants without even having to step outside. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed as a family of five. Beds were comfortable and the bunk beds were a fun addition for the kids. Host was very responsive and parking was easy. The place was great. It was clean and spacious, and I love how it was in the heart of Canal Park. The kids loved swimming in the pool, and I liked the separate bedrooms and the kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. The place was nicely decorated and cozy. We Hope to stay there again in the future.

This is a great option for a Duluth getaway! The hilltop views are very impressive and it’s a short jaunt down to Canal Park. We had no difficulties finding close street parking. The condo was incredibly clean and modern. Would stay again!

Loved the condo! Terrific location within walking distance to anything you want to do. The condo itself is immaculate, spacious, and well stocked with everything you need whether you’re staying as a couple or a family. We highly recommend the condo and would without question stay there again.

Great location, clean, well stocked kitchen. Beds were really comfortable. Cozy blankets and great amount of space for our family if 6(including teens). Pool and gym hours were typical-10 pm for kids and 11pm for adults. We were pleasantly surprised given prior review on this. Walked to many restaurants and the canal area. Great, kid friendly brewery on main floor/lobby level with board games, ability to bring food in. Lots of other restaurants within 10 minutes drive time. We had a blast here. Will be back!

We were displaced from our home due to water damage. Jessica was very accommodating and responded quickly to our questions and requests. The condo is newly renovated with everything you will need to have a fun and comfortable stay. There were great special touches like fun family games, nice Keurig selections and a variety of snacks!

Host had great communication and instructions. Easy to check in and get into room.

Stayed for a long weekend on a snowmobile trip. Great place! Plenty of parking for my big truck, trailer, and our sleds. Walkout basement was ideal for unloading our things and even better place to hang up your riding gear when not in use. Very close to trails yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Sauna was especially nice after a long day on the trails. Kitchen is well equipped. Brenda is very responsive and made sure we got in and out without a hitch. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend if you are visiting the area!!

Great place to spend a couple of nights. The sauna was a hit for us after traveling many hours in the car. Beautiful location even in the winter. Thanks for a great home away from home 🫶🏻

This was and is hands down an amazing place to stay. Everything felt as if I was coming home each night and the family and myself had some of the most relaxing moments ever. Will 100% stay on our next trip

My family and I had such an incredible stay at Jennifer’s lake house. It was the perfect combination of spacious, cozy, and private for us to spend our Christmas week there. The location and wintry weather had us feeling like we were in a snow globe. The house was even decorated for the season, and had more than enough room for the group we had. Makes me excited for the summer months, as I would absolutely book here again!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. We had a great time fishing, eating at various places and traveling the North Shore.

Travis' home was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and it is walking distance to the lake walking trails and downtown Chisholm. If you are a cyclist, it is a short distance to regular and mountain biking trails. Enjoy!!!

Dane’s place was the perfect place to stay for our annual north shore trip. Great location. Communication was top notch. Would definitely stay again.

This is our second stay at Benjamin and Molly’s House on the Hill and it has been amazing each time! The hosts are very proactive in their communication and quickly respond to any questions or updates. The house itself is wonderful for a large group, has beautiful gathering spaces, but also lots of cozy nooks to get some quiet time. We didn’t have kids at the house with us, but the house is well outfitted with lots of children’s equipment, books, and toys. Can’t wait to stay here again next year!
