Very nice, quiet place. You feel right at home throughout your stay, and no matter what time they’re extremely responsive. Spacious, clean , and enjoyed our stay!! Will have all my family utilizing this unit when they come into town to visit

It was delightful to visit this space in the early spring with all the flowering trees on the street. Very comfortable beds and a nice bathroom although space is tight it has everything you need!! Great host. Would stay again.

Stayed while visiting St Louis for a memorial service. Exceeded our expectations! (and you can walk to Ted Drewes!). Very responsive to questions, condo was very clean. Will stay here again!

Great location! The check in process was a little confusing at first but easy once I got it figured out. The description matched the property so pay attention. This is NOT for a high maintenance group. We had 6 guys staying here for an event and used it only as a place to sleep. I would definitely stay here again!

Well kept place, we loved it. Walkable to get something to eat or drinks. While we were there the weather was going to drop dramatically, Bryan reached out and came in to get the heater ready and running for us. Bryan is also very friendly. I would recommend his place and will definitely come back.

Booked the double apartments for a trip with the extended family - it was a great space! The steep steps were a small issue for the youngest member, but other than that it was family-friendly. Would recommend. Close to a large park as well as some shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Great space and great host. Location was excellent as there were restaurants and bars right across the street. The day we were there the weather was bad and an actual tornado touched down not far from the property. Bryan called me to make sure I knew the tornado was near and instructed me how to get to the garage ensuring the safety of myself and my family. Very gracious for that and I’d rent this location again.

We loved this apartment. Great location, comfortable furnishings, kitchen well appointed. Would definitely recommend. Quiet hours in the building were 10pm-9am, which we liked, but something to be aware of.

Great location. Apartment is clean, spacious, and as described. There was always street parking right outside the door. The construction across the street is pretty much finished, so it was generally quiet. Definitely recommend for a trip to St. Louis!

Great place and host. It felt just like home. Not a far drive to BJH!!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at Keisa's home as I visited town for a friend's wedding. Is a lovely place, will have to keep my eye on it for when I come back again!

*Clear directions for check in and check out *Exactly like pictures *Plenty of room for 2 people *Plenty of towels and blankets *Very nice fan and heater available *Keurig with plenty of coffee pods, sugar, and a variety of creamer *TV in room and living room with plenty of options (We used Netflix, Max, and Disney) *Large closet with plenty of hangers *Personal parking/driveway (loved this because it snowed while we were there and it was easy to get in and out and warm the vehicle) *Great neighborhood (felt very safe staying with my 14 year old daughter) We stayed 3 nights and had everything we needed. Riley even had fresh flowers in the bedroom and living space! We would highly recommend and hope to stay again the next time we are in the area. Thanks Riley!

Loved our stay! Perfect location- right next to the park and the botanical gardens. Place was wonderful- just like pictures. Comfy bed and linens, very clean. Loved the coffee, and all the details. Even the little electronic candles were helpful. Great little backyard for the pup. Would return!

We had a great stay at Connor’s place! This place looks exactly like the pictures, and it was easy to acclimate to the environment.

Great place to stay with a large group. Close walking distance for many activities and short driving distance as well for planned events. Easy to find and simple entering instructions.

This place was very nice and cute! Great location and so close to a ton of activities. Parking was also surprisingly easily available and not completely packed like a lot of streets in the area.

Kam was a great host! Space was well furnished and lovely! I thoroughly enjoyed my 6 month stay, and would definitely book again. The location was perfect, and most importantly, I always felt safe!

Stayed here a few nights to attend a concert. The nieghborhood was nice and the location wasn’t too far from attractions in ST. Louis! Party was very responsive and friendly

Great loft! Very close to downtown, easy to walk to the attractions there, restaurants, and all the sporting venues. Short drive to Forest Park, St Louis University, and Grand Avenue arts & theater area. Only problem was this is a loft, so if a neighbor is having a party, you may hear it. That said, Chris contacted the neighbor to see if we could get the volume down. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Chris is a great host! Proactive, friendly, and very responsive.

Such a wonderful home to call "home" while in St Louis. Beyond wonderful host! Beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen to make meals, quiet and close to everything by foot or car, parking right out front...such a lovely stay and will return!

Stayed here for a short weekend while attending a conference at the conference center. Short drive to the conference, so very convenient. Well stocked kitchen. Fun location to walk to the historic district for dinner. Really enjoyed our stay!

Anand was highly responsive to messages and our needs. I was traveling to have surgery, and he was flexible with check in and out based on my flights. I'd highly recommend this apartment for stays in St. Louis.

This is a great spot, the place was very comfortable and well appointed. Location is very convenient and street side parking was not hard to come by. It’s good to know that the stairs are a little steep to get to the bedrooms, but nothing unmanageable. Highly recommend.
